I sell on eBay. I print my labels and package them at home. I often ride my bike with mypackages to drop off at this location. The space is small but I’m in and out quickly. Everyone is friendly and even when there is a line the employees keep it moving.FYI | There is also a bike rack out front, fellow riders!
I have always had a great experience with this location...I just think they shouldnt charge so much to print a shipping label, and so much to buy a small box.
I had two items shipped out of this location and both items arrived broken at the receiver. I thought I was lucky to have purchased extra protection for my items since they are useless now and valued at almost $500. However nothing is covered they gave me the run around for over a month with no resolution. The manager of this store BECKI should be fired ASAP since she has no common sense and no courtesy for any customer raising a great concern for the broken items. This UPS location should be ashamed of themselves for damaging my packages which I paid $121 to ship with insurance for my $500 items so Im out $600+ and no solution but only the run around.Do yourself a favor do not go to this location and make sure you ask questions before buying extra insurance because they wont cover you but they will give you the run around with no resolution at the end.MAYBE THE PICTURES WILL REFRESH YOUR MEMOMRY BECKI
Closed due to the Gratiot cruise? Drove here with multiple packages to send and they’re closed. I don’t understand, you have a whole parking lot in the back of the store. Parked, got out of the car with all my packages to walk around the front of the store and see a sign that says closed. Very annoying.
Hot tip: theyre charging $4 to print a shipping label, which might make sense for the extra cost of a sticky label... but, the machine was broken so they printed a b&w 8.5x11 sheet of paper, which would usually cost $1.50, but bc it was a still a shipping label, they charged $4Id recommend taking a USB drive with the file and printing yourself, or stopping by the library first.This is something FedEx does for free, so Im more likely to use the service that doesnt nickle and dime their customers
Outstanding service here every single time. I’m always greeted politely when I walk in and today I couldn’t figure out my Amazon return label situation and both attendees helped me through it, something they really aren’t required to do. With how poor most delivery services are this is the best I’ve experienced.

Very rude, inconsiderate, incompetent customer service. Nobody greets you and there is a young male that works back there that seems to be prejudice. He looks at customers and either decides to service you or not. I don’t know his name but he made me wait and up front and LIED about the computer being down which it wasn’t. (He went straight to the back and never came back out. Matter of fact, he went even deeper in the back, blatantly refusing to service me. What’s the matter? You shouldn’t be working in customer service if you’re going to discriminate and generalize customers. You shouldn’t even EXIST in this world if that is a “problem” for you. This society is far too diverse). By the way, this has happened more than once in this store. I stood up front and got no welcoming from NONE of the employees. If this UPS wasn’t convenient I would not be a customer. This location is lucky I have patience, tolerance, and respect because if that was anybody else, they would’ve made a scene—which they have a right to, since rudeness is never acceptable. Again, this is happened more than once. I am not a satisfied customer nor am I recommending this location. My advice, start training your employees to not have preconceived biases, micro-aggressions, and teach them common sense; then I would possibly consider giving your establishment a better rating.

The last time I was actually in the store, I had a great experience . However, today I called, and when the guy answered I said HI, How are you? ...There was a long pause and then silence. He then responded by saying what can I do for you or How can I help you? If you cant speak or acknowledge your customers, why would I want to patronize your store

They close now at 5 o’clock I have not updated their UPS app to reflect it nor to update the last pick up time. Additionally their voicemail says that their hours are 7:00 and last pick up still says 6:00. I went there very frustrated as it was just after five and the associate was was letting someone out and despite the fact that their information has not been updated to be accurate and my stuff is ready to go And the truck was still in the back. This is highly frustrating as I would’ve gone to a different location to start with and now I’m having to run all around!
This place is a rip off and they don’t accommodate their customers. I went in thisevening to print some documents. The lady who was at the counter, Becky, informed me that it was $12.00 to print my documents, which is a dollar a page. I told her that I go to many UPS stores since I travel a lot for work and the most they charge me for this type of service is .10 cents to .15 cents per page. She pretty much told me she didn’t care and she also informed me that she will not make any accommodations for me. What a rip off! Very upsetting.Response to Owner: Yes, you told me that it would be a dollar a page. However, you should have made the accommodation for me to print at .10 per page because your computer was down. When I print from your computer, you charge like .10 or .15 per page. The day I came in, your computer was down. Therefore, You should have accommodated me! Why should I get penalized and charged more because your computer was down?????? I would have printed the document at your computer for a cheaper price. But, your computer was down and you failed to accommodate me. You told me it was more work for you (took you like a minute to print my 10 documents) Your other reviews speak for themselves. It shows why you have a 3.1 stars, which is very low ratings in the Google world. Many, many customers are dissatisfied with your facility. You started your business in the early 1990s, and at that time, you might have gotten away with not accommodating your customers.
Visited this store for the first time today and the staff was awesome. I was returning my AT&T equipment and the clerk was fast friendly and courteous. This will be my go to store now!
Charged me a $1 for a piece of tape. I dont give a poo poo about the dollar. I use UPS for everything all over the U.S. and this location is the only one to charge for tape and it has many poor reviews. The other locations make so much more money via better customer service that they dont need to pimp tape. They can keep my buck and their crappy performance too.
Shipped our children their Christmas gifts on 12/19/17. Man behind counter asked me for their address in TN. I gave him a photo of the correct address to enter. He inadvertently entered 114 instead of 1114.I was told I should have called this Eastpointe store when the package was lost. I did call and the phone lines were down. In fact, I called when I was face-to-face with the woman in the store on Monday. I had to prove the phone lines were down. I spent hours on the phone with dozens of UPS reps trying to locate my package.The gift did not arrive until Dec 29th. According to UPS store this became my fault for not verifying correct address. They refused to compensate me for the $50 it took to ship this box.Once again, it would be nice for corporate America to stand behind a customer once in a while. Never will I go back into this store.

This place is expensive. I only went here because my printer broke. I was charged $2.00 to print out 2 sheets of paper the other day and today they wanted me to use their computer which charges you 40 cents a minute to use to print out an email attachment I sent to their main email. Plus theres a charge to print on top of that. The fees add up quickly. Plus theres $19.95 hold on my debit card right now which is tying up some of my money. I couldnt get my email to login in so they eventually checked their email to print my attachment and I was charged $2.00 for one sheet of paper. Talk about overpriced. I wont be back anytime soon. Its a shame because it wasnt always like this before. I have no complaints about the employees though, they have always been helpful and friendly but the pricing is high.

This store is a racket and will shake you down at any opportunity!Store manager would not accept a prepaid Amazon return neatly taped with two pieces of duct tape.I have dropped off items at no less than a dozen locations without once being told duct tape was unacceptable.Raggedy store manager demanded I pay her $2 to retape the package with store tape. Will take future business elsewhere.

Went in there to return my ATT U-Verse router first gentleman that I dealt with was rude about returning the power cord that AT&T told me I needed to return with it so I called AT&T they said yeah the cord normally needs to be returned however the wave the fee because UPS wont accept it. Ladies that got it all set up for me was very friendly and when I asked the gentleman if it was a new policy very rudely said no its not its been like that for a long time.
Convenient location but if they lose your package they taken no responsibility they claim to assist you but never follow up 2 times I gave Becky the manager my number for a package they lost. Never received a call back no apology and no accountability. I will not renew and will drive to Grosse Pointe UPS store for a PO box.. their hours are longer on the weekends anyway bonus for me...
This place is TERRIBLE!!!!! The MANAGER NEEDS to be retained in her job. I paid for the ups store to pack my package. It was packed incorrectly and damaged during shipping. Its been over 6 weeks now and still getting the run around on the claim.
The store closes at 1pm. I arrived at 12:58 pm just to drop some already labels packages off & as I was walking up, the person working at the counter clearly saw me struggling to carry a big box full of packages & instead of helping me, they pulled down the gate thing to show me they were closed lol. Maybe some customer training is needed at this location😂

The UPS Store ad that lured me to their location stated that any notarized copies would be scanned free of charge. Classic hook and bait as I was forced to pay for the scan as well at an outrageous fee of $6. I wont be back

No matter how I package items, they tell me theyre incorrectly packaged and want to charge me a fee to re-pack. I can take the same package to the UPS store nearer my house and its accepted without a problem.
