There store is always clean. I shop here for convenience. I think they are so over priced on alot of items. I cant go buy my groceries here. If your on a budget dont go here.

Went in for a job. Store was clean and everyone I talked to was real nice. Got the job also.

We were visiting from buffalo new York, for my mom 90th birthday party,and we stopped in Ingles for groceries and lunch and I must say that the food is awesome and the store is so clean, the service and supermarket is great, wish we had a Ingles in buffalo 🙂

I stopped at the Ingles in Eatonton, GA, on Sunday, September 26 around 3:30. I found four gift cards totaling $200. Upon going straight to the checkout where lights were on (# 1 and 2), there was no one at the register. There were three employees standing near this location leaning on the displays and talking. I walked past them as I got in line at the only open register. Then one of them looked my way and I asked if those lines were open. One employee said yes but no one moved to go to the register. I asked if the registers were self-checkouts, and a different employee would not answer but slowly walked to the register. She acted as if I had interrupted her afternoon. By this time I decided that I could purchase $200 in gift cards somewhere else and that’s exactly what I said. I was appalled at the lack of customer service at this location today. There are other places to shop in Eatonton where employees do not treat customers as if they are an interference. Publix will get all of my business from now on. And it’s a shame that this has to even be an issue on a Sunday afternoon where people were in line at one open register while three employees did nothing. The two females were cashiers. The one male walked out of the store as I did.

They have the absolute worst assistant manager rude, disrepect,disrespect, nasty,if you want to shop at Ingles Greensboro and Madison are much better...They have better line personal, managers and better service.The Inglesi Eatonton has alot of turnover and that should tell you something...But the assistant manager will be why the net profit of this store declines...Very rude,non caring about his customers....I personally have spent 25000 a year here, but that will now go to a better store and that would be PUBLIX GREENSBORO...Never have I been treated so badly, nor my friends either...i can guarantee that between us all and word of mouth there will be a significant change of their profits...

This was my first time at this store. It was clean and cool temperature. I signed up for their rewards card. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the cashier wasnt too friendly; didnt ask how I was or answer when I asked how her day was.

There are two major places to buy food in Madison. You have the Walmart and you have Ingles. If you like going to a store where the shelves are never stalked and the meats are to the point of near expiration any employees act like youre in their way and you have some sort of contagious disease it does not allow them to assist you then Walmart would be your choice.If you want good quality meat and the assistance of an employee that you can actually find, a better selection of products from a company that respects and appreciates your business, Ingles is where you want to shop.

Love going to Ingles, wish there was one closer to where I lived. The meat is fresh not prepackaged, they have a wide variety of different types of things to choose from.

Its always a pleasant experience for me. The store is always clean and staff are always very helpful and friendly. This is one of a few places in Eatonton that requires face coverings which is a A+ for me. This proves management cares about the citizens who shop at Ingles.

Customer service was a little shabby. I was overcharged on the after 6pm donut special and when I brought it to the clerks attention she gave me some mumbo-jumbo about a card. The chicken wings were so hard I couldnt eat them and I was too far away to return them. I basically donated $4.28 to the store.

Service was excellent. We came from macon to pick up 30 balloons for a memorial celebration and they were already done by the time we got there.

I shop at Ingles regularly for my groceries. Ive been an Advantage Card holder ever since it opened.I recently went in there to get my groceries. I got to the check out and realized that I had forgotten my wallet. I told the cashier to stop ringing up my groceries so I could go see if my wallet was in my car. It wasnt. I called my husband and got him to call out his debit card number so I could go pay for my groceries.When I got back inside the cashier had rang my groceries up and pushed my cart forward out of the way. Good job young lady. Unfortunately I couldnt put the debit card number in manually so I was forced to drive home. The manager suggested that it would be okay if he put my cart in the cooler until I got back. Awesome customer service right there.I finally got back and the manager saw me come in and went to go get my cart. I went to go talk to the cashier while I waited. The manager made it back with my cart and told the cashier she would have to re-ring everything up. I felt sorry for her since it was my fault.She rang those groceries up like a champ. Smiling and talking to the co-worker who helped her out.That was a day of great customer service.Thank you Ingles.

The best meat market! I love being able to buy smaller packages of a variety of meats for the week. Shopping for single serving menus is so easy at Ingles.

Fast service and cheap gas

Good variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, melons and cantaloupe are sweet (if you know how to pick them). Smell the end of the cantaloupe if it smells sweet then it is. And you thump a watermelon, if it sounds hollow its a sweet melon.

Ingles supermarket continues to provide excellent customer service. The store is clean and well stocked. The associates are friendly and well informed about their products and store environment.

Great meat prices

Very clean and very nice people that work here. I had been looking for dry ice for a looooong time...they have it.

It is way overpriced. They have great fresh meats and the sub sandwiches are good too. Produce is usually priced OK but the rest of the store is extremely overpriced

The staff in the deli are usually friendly and never rude. I had already started my order with a gentleman and his female Co-worker rudely came and took over and she had to ask me what I wanted 3 times after I told her and she got my food wrong and the portion size was no where near what it usually Is and myself and my husband were the only ones being served. I am surprised this happened because Ive never had any issues in the past 4 years I stop there.

Floors were nasty, people were not helpful- Wont be back- I dont advise my friends or family to go there! SORRY to say this but its true- :(

Its very clean service is excellent some cashiers have attuide but over all it is a nice place to shop and I like it because they help you take your groceries out and put them in your vehicle.

BEST GROCERY STORE IN OUR AREA.

I shopped this store today and left my phone at the register. The bagger followed me to the car to bring me my phone. That was so sweet of him and most people would not have done that. He is a great example of a true honest employee. His name was Travis. Just wanted you to know you have a great person working for you. If I lived in this area I would surely shop here.

Excellent super market w a good southern pick up meal service. The subs are better than Subway, which I consider the best of the fast food chains. The Cheese and Beers are to die for. The staff is willing to special order -- I stock up on exotic beers. The points system for gasoline discounts is similar to that used by Kroger. Convenient location

Bought a big bag of Apples and I only had one that was not rotten in the middle, they looked really yummy on the outside but OMG we all know that saying looks can be very deceiving and unfortunately these Apples were more than that ; its also unfortunately I did not keep my receipt 😣

Their Greek buffet is to die for AND the deli sweet tea. They carry lots of unique organic grocery items and theres always some cool clearance, too

The grocery store is good but the gas station is horrible! Cashiers are extremely rude and I dont understand how the grocery store accepts my bank card but the gas station doesnt? Will not be back.....

Fantastic deli for Sunday dinner

Visited store on 4/21/2018 @ about 2:00pm. Everything was clean and well organized. I mainly went in for the Tbone steaks that were on sale. They only had two in the case and when I asked the person in the back, they only had two more. It seems hard to believe they would be out that early on Saturday particularly as the ad runs for three more days. The other down side was that the steaks were some what tough even after being marinated.

Employees have good customer service food in deli is good the store is clean and well stocked the sale that they have every month draws more people to come into store plenty of parking u save with your Ingles card

When I go to angles Im always greeted as if they have known me for years. They have very nice employees, if you cannot find something youre wanting, ask one of the employees theyll take you right to it or go get it for you. If this is the one on Arcado and Rockbridge Road Lilburn they have the best deli that I know of. Their cakes are out of this world, they have a manager her name is Rachel and she is very nice, will tell you the truth all the Employers in that store are nice.

Excellent alternative to Walmart, Kroger, etc. Well stocked produce, meats, alcohol (beer and wine ). Also with a nice deli. There is easy access off of 441 with a gas station.

Good store. Havent ever found it terribly crowded. The folks inside are nice. But do keep an eye on some Ingles prices. On certain things they can get a little out of hand.

Work there 12 years. Went through a lot of different managers and never felt so disrespected as a mother wife and woman.

The best place to have a blessed meal (Wife saver)

They have eased out a lot of the name brands and have the store brands only for some things. Last week i had to wait in line a long time (6people in line only 2lanes open) .it would have moved faster if the cashiers were not talking to each other. The casher didnt say anything but the total, no goodby,have a good day, at least say thank you. My total was almost two hundred dollars I think a simple have a good day would have been nice. All she said was the total. They use to be nice now just indifferent.
