There was this one staff but she was pregnant and all, she’s one of my favorite workers out of every staff in the mall me and my buddy bought matching pride bracelets since me and him are you know, but anyway I loved my encounter with this woman and overall the store had amazing items, and my brother was very happy with his purchase of his hat from Mario. I love this store very much, i came in with my friend and two little brothers who were with us and we asked for help with some chucky shirts my brother had asked for and this employee offered help and was extremely generous, while me and my friend were checking out this lady who was pregnant was very kind and very generous. after we checked out me and my friend came across these two nice gay rainbow flags bracelets and we didn’t realize they had a buy two get two free option and the lady informed us on the discount and i was amazed. i recommend this store 10/10 the staff was amazing!!!!

This place has always been my go to for t-shirts since I was in middle school and I’m a 21 year old dude now. This store has great items as per usual. However. Not to be that guy, but I don’t appreciate the associates hovering over me while I shop. I’m being bothered every 5 minutes about how I’m doing or being told about the sales which haven’t changed in quite a couple years. My sister and her friends were apparently being hovered by an adult male associate quite recently. My sister and her friends are minors and they had to leave because they were extremely uncomfortable with this. Please, to the general manager who runs the store please don’t enforce your associates to be hyper attentive to customers like that, you’re going to lose business in your targeted audience and the returning customers who have been with you for years. Every other hot topic in the central jersey area is better in customer service compared to you. I don’t take this upon your associates, they’re simply doing what they are being instructed to do, but I implore you to be a little less overbearing to customers.

The number they give for this hot topic is for custom service not the actual store along with an extreme wait time and they had no idea what item I was even talking about if they dont have customer service representatives that can pronounce the items that the stores sell then what is the purpose of them having a customer service line. I just wanted to know if a specific item was in stock at a store but after 30 minutes of waiting just to find out they cant tell me because the store is a half hour away from where I live why would i wanna travel a half hour for an item that might not even be there??? completely useless
