I am above thrilled for Superior Auto. They took what was a unfortunate experience with a bear hit to my vehicle and gave me the best service personally. Suzan set me up with a loaner for the weekend until my rental car was available, which she set up as well! She made everything easy. The staff and owner was friendly and courteous. You can tell the love what they do and make your experience the best it could be.

In the past I have received Superior service, primarily from Craig. On my most recent visit, I took my car in for an estimate on some cosmetic issues. I was unhappy with the service I received from Suzen the General manager. While looking over my car, she accidentally poked a hole through a rust spot I was considering having repaired. I understand that the paint was the only thing that was holding it together, but I was not happy. I probably will not be returning.

Ran into a deer and our USAA insurance arranged for our car to be towed there. All of the staff at Superior was extraordinary helpful. They calmly assured us they would take care of everything, and indeed they did so with the utmost in professionalism and courtesy.

I cannot say enough good things about this business! After I hit a deer and contacted the insurance, and then Superior, the process from start to finish could not have been any more smooth. Car accidents can be a stressful event. Its never a questions where we bring our car when that happens. The staff at Superior are honest with estimates, thorough with communication and demonstrate excellence and professionalism as a priority. Each time I bring my car in, the process goes so smoothly. I feel the stress melt away! I receive my car back fully cleaned, detailed and better looking than what it was before the accident.

Showed up at 3pm on a Thursday and the owner himself came outside super nice and solved my clear coat issue. Will definitely return if I need help for any autobody needs.

My vehicle needed body work and some painting. They were quick to give me an estimate, and to get it in to work on. During the process, we received email updates along the way. I was surprised how quickly they were able to get everything done and you cant tell anything was even done. They did an exceptional job. But just as importantly, I was speechless when I opened the door and found they had detailed the suburban. It was spotless, smelled like a brand new vehicle and they did this as part of their superior service.Our insurance company had said they were on their preferred list and I can understand why. One of the best car repair shops I have ever gotten my car to. The owner himself greeted me and made things very easy for me. My car was completed way before the time committed. Dave, the owner, also went out of his ways to get the extra parts I had broken off my car, and fitted them for no extra cost. Id highly recommend Dave and Superior Auto Body works. Well I hope I never have to make a trip to the auto body shop again, but if I ever have to Id go to Superior Auto Body.

I’ve always appreciated the value and customer service I’ve received at Superior Auto Body and they will be my first and only choice for any future work.I had a mishap with my garage door over the weekend. I brought my vehicle in on Monday for an estimate, expecting the worst. Brian took a look at the damage and was able to clean off the paint on the spot. No additional service required and he did it with a smile (at least I think he was smiling, couldn’t tell under the mask). And at no charge.

Having an accident is an extremely unsettling experience. The owner and employees made me feel very comfortable. Their claims service was extremely smooth & efficient, as they worked directly with our insurance company, and always kept us informed of what was happening. That service was impeccable, but nothing compared to their level of compassion and sincere concern for my well being. Every time we spoke with them, they always asked how I was doing. Simply saying, Thank you just doesnt feel like enough to express my gratitude for their compassion and professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs on their vehicle!!

Not only can they repair your vehicle to a `factory setting` their customer service, makes you experience a whole lot easier when repairing your baby. Also I came in a few weeks later thinking I had massive scratch and they gave me a `free car wash` turns out it wasnt scratched at all! 10 out of 10 would recommend. Thanks again

Unfortunately for me I have had the opportunity to work with Superior Auto Body on more then one occasion. They work well with insurance company and adjuster to make sure there are no surprises. The most important thing is you get your vehicle back in like new condition. The best in town!

Ive used Superior Auto Body about 6 or 7 times over the past 20 years and they have been EXCELLENT every single time! They are very accommodating to your timeline and needs once they have it in their shop and getting it back to me when I need my vehicle. Each time, they have found more damage than the insurance company and they work it out with them, without anything from me. Its really nice getting text updates and phone calls on where things are at.Dave has a great team, keep up the good work!

Shocked by the positive reviews.... took almost three weeks for some minor front end damage and every problem they encountered was blamed on the other shop they took my car to (without my knowledge) or my car insurance (like why damage from the incident was NOT repaired) but only after the fact and after I had to call them. I have problems with my car I didnt have when I took it in and Ill be paying hundreds more to fix that somewhere else because Im done dealing with Superior. Best part is, I didnt have this problem before I brought my car in. Absolutely nothing was communicated to me and I had to call them every single time to find anything out. Bad experience. The only thing Superior was their attitude. My car is worse off. Wish I would have left the cosmetic damage and had the part replaced somewhere else. My car was clean inside when I picked it up and they did let me use a loaner car. But that doesnt make up for all the poor service.

Dave and his crew have taken car of any auto body repairs we have needed over the years. The job is done on time and always as promised. They go above and beyond in customer service. It is a family run company operated with pride and integrity. I recommend them all the time as they truly do a Superior job!

Hi, just a quick note to tell everyone of my experience with Superior Auto Body, I recently took my 2013 GMC into them to get an estimate, and never been in this situation I was nervous about the whole deal. James was my contact person and he was exceptional in his evaluation of my trucks condition. It wasnt a major incident, but none the less he was aware of my concerns and addressed them like the pro he is, I also met the owners and they too showed their professionalism and concerns. I had other estimates but went with them because of their friendly nature. I would choose them again for repairs !!! My rating for this body shop is AAA+ Thanks Superior Auto Body :)

Brian was awesome with communication and the company went above and beyond for a small priced job, right down to picking the van up and bringing it back when completed due to the fact I am not from the area and my father being disabled. I recently had work done on my car here. The experience was absolutely amazing. The customer service was excellent. The staff friendly, remembered my details, and name (which had a persoanl touch. The work done was timely and excellent, my car was cleaned inside and out (which I felt was above the call of duty). Overall experience was great!

Could not be more pleased with my experience working with Superior Auto Body. I got rear-ended for the first time in my life and had no idea what I was doing when I brought my car in to the shop to get an estimate. Not only did their staff get a hold of Progressive for me so I did not have to do it myself, but they also got my car in the same day the accident occurred to be fixed. My car was repaired and ready to go within a week! Without a doubt the best customer service I have received thus far!

My Mitubisho Mirage was hit in the front drivers side fender. I have a friend that works there and recommended to bring it in. Best decision ever! My car has a decal that was no longer made. They figured out how to get it made. Cannot tell anytjing happened to it at all! And.....all said and done great customer service! Will be my new place if God for bid anything else happens. My car was hit in a parking lot when I was about to enter a restaurant and I filed a claim right away with my insurance against the guy that hit me. My insurance quickly recommended that I go to Superior Auto Body to get an estimate. My insurance and Superior Auto Body made this experience so positive and relaxing. They got my car in to get fixed within just a few days of getting my estimate for repairs. My car was fixed and back to me the same week! The staff is very polite and welcoming, despite my car getting hit and being bummed out about that, this auto body repair shop made me feel important and worked with my schedule. They even vacuumed and cleaned my car after fixing the dented rear bumper. They went above and beyond my expectations! I definitely recommend this place to anyone!
