I love going into this store, I went back for the first time in a long ten or more years. Im new to sewing, but they have much more than just fabric. I found a lot of things I fell in love with that I couldnt find at other stores.

Masks not mandatory in stores. Im vaccinated, so I feel safe. Im masked, so your all safe from me. But all these idiots infecting each other just prolongs this pandemic and fills the hospitals. I resent Joann fabrics for not doing something simple. Dont worry about changing your policy for me, I wont be back anyhow. Ever.

Crafting supplies with a large fabric selection! Good pricing and often running deals. Always get more than I bargain for !

They have a lot of stuff. And the people that work there are very polite and willing to help you

On this particular occasion came in looking for some least fabric and a pattern to make some pajama pants to give as a Fathers Day gift the location was clean and the staff was knowledgeable plus I like the fact that they had a lot of deals and discounts on the fabric and stuff that I needed to get the project done

A nice selection of fabrics and craft items

I spend a ridiculous amount of time roaming around the amazing selection of material.I love their selection and always walk out with an arm full of protect ideas. There is always someone there to help if I have questions.

I always have great service at JoAnns the girls make it fun to shop there and very respectful. My concern is WHY DO YOU HARDLY EVER HAVE WHITE TERRYCLOTH. I needed some fast so I ordered it to come to the store and havnt gotten it yet. Pretty upset and so are my customers. Ill keep calling I guess to see if it came in. 🥺

Too much merchandise in a small area. Staff are friendly but some of their fabric is not good, almost like a second.

Good store love the cricut supplies selection. I did not see that they are requiring masks. I asked someone for help. The lady that helped me very rudely told me they require masks. I said I thought it wasnt until Monday, and she replied rudely again not Joanns. So I put my stuff down and left.

It has been 27 hours since I placed an order to be picked up, my cc has been charged yet they cant find my order in their system. I have never had problems with any other Joanns. I loved the ones in Colorado

Wonderful place to shop, they always have what I am looking for but the customer service is not so good. There are never enough employees and the ones they do have are not willing to help you find anything

Went there to get a few things for my sons Halloween costume. I dont do crafts so was completely out of my element and not sure what I would need or where to find it. The Associate Staci was a huge help. She showed me what would work best and made awesome suggestions that made the costume even better than I had in mind.

Great customer service. Friendly and helpful. Received a free gift on our way out. That was a nice surprise and it was something I will use!

Always enjoy this store. They usually seem to have some of the best prices in town for fabrics and crafts and seem to have the largest selection of fabrics to choose from. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I can look around this store for over an hour and not be bored.

They usually have what I need for fabric and notions. And they usually have a coupon so you can save quite a bit. I love browsing their remnant section because those are always half price. If they dont have enough fabric of what you want, they can special order it but it will take like 2 weeks to get to you. Also, they stock things in weird places sometimes, like putting tissue paper on a really high shelf near the baskets. Super weird.

The wonderful person who helped me get my yarn was amazing. When I went to check out, the girl named Maggie was not so sweet. I explained that the girl that helped me with the yarn told me you can price match what I was going to get online. Maggie talked into her walkie talkie very rudely to the girl in the back saying we dont price match and the girl said back to her that they did. So then Maggie said well then I was telling everyone else all day that we dont do that. Then came back at me and was very snippy. Maggie was very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable with the whole situation. I will still shop at JOANN Fabric because I love getting their yarn.

I love shopping for fabric and crafts but to ask anyone for advice makes you feel like you are a burden on their day. Theres a few (rarely) that are helpful. But they do have a good selection and usually great sales on things youre looking for.

Excellent store. People are super friendly and helpful. I was there for about 2 hours. Buying plenty of fabric .. fleece to be specific... the girls were fantastic fun and great conversation super helpful with finding the many different choices of fabrics

The store is nice and bright. At the check out the cashier used coupons I didnt have, then gave me coupons for next time.

An awesome selection of crafts and fabrics. I was amazed by how much they had of everything. There were rows and rows of each section and it was very clean and well laid out.My only disappointment was a small leather working section, but it isnt their focus anyways.Excellent experience for a first timer to the store.

This is my second home! I have been here many many times! Over and over again, I am helped anytime that I have a question! They are super friendly treat you like you are a friend. I get everything for all of my crafts and projects here!

Excellent selection of fabrics and miscellaneous crafting and decor materials. I do with there was more leather working materials and that there was more crossover between decorative strapping and heavy duty because I would like something heavy duty that is also decorative.

A smaller store in size, but had many choices for fabrics. I was hoping for a wider selection for crafts outside of sewing. The employees are helpful.

This store has almost everything. I dont like that the store restricts its 40%, 50%, and 60% off coupons to the less expensive, non vender items. The computerized die cutting machines, sewing machines, manual die cutters and dies, type writers just to name a few are not allowed to be purchased with the coupons and I do understand why but wish they would allow it on the paper crafting machines and sewing machines once or twice a year. Otherwise customer service is very good and the store is clean.

There are not very many places to buy good fabric anymore. You will find all you need for your sewing and crafting projects. Be sure to download the App and take advantage of all the coupons.

They wouldnt let me do a no receipt return on a $12 piece of foam today because I didnt have a photo ID on me. Apparently if you dont have a photo ID you better hang on to your receipt for dear life because you wont even get in store credit... 🤷🏼‍♀️

I had no idea what I was looking for any time I have gone in and they always help me and get exactly what Im looking for. Great service.

I was very pleased with the service today. In fact, the associate I initially got asked me if I wanted to talk to someone who knew more about the Cricut I was inquiring about. The next associate does a lot with it and I was very happy that she could answer a lot of my questions. The only downfall was the checkout, Im not a fan of the one line for 6 registers.

I like Joanns products and sale items. But you can never find anyone to answer a question. Their lines are always long usually with only one person working.

THE PERSON THAT WAS CUTTING FABRIC FOR ME WAS NOT VERY NICE. I WAS BUYING HOLIDAY FABRICS AND WHEN IT WAS CLOSE TO THE END OF THE BOLT (1/2 YARD OR SO), I SAID THAT I WOULD ALSO BUY IT. SHE EVEN WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR A 2 AND HALF INCH PIECE. SHE LOOKED MAD WHEN I SAID THAT I WOULDNT PAY FOR IT, SO SHE CUT IT AND THREW IT IN THE TRASH. WHEN I GOT TO THE CHECK OUT, THE THERE WAS ONLY 1 TELLER (5 PEOPLE WAITING). WHEN IT WAS FINALLY MY TURN, I WAS NOT ABLE TO USE MY COUPON 30.00 OFF 100.00 OR MORE, BECAUSE I USED THE END OF THE BOLT. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING IF THIS IS THE POLICY.

Very frustrating. Waited in line 10 minutes until the lady at the counter realized their were 6 people in line and called for backup. I walked out after waiting for an online order for 20.min.

Poor customer service!! I am disappointed to have driven an hour today to return an item to this store, only to have no one working a customer service counter to accept a return. I was told I would have to get in line behind the other at least 20 people waiting to check out. Really??? I walked out and will not return. The $25 item that I stood in line for 15 minutes to purchase wasn’t worth spending another 1/2 hr to return it.

We went into the store looking for foam inserts and there is a price tag above the foam that said $84.99. Nowhere does it say that it is priced by the yard. Turns out the one we wanted was supposed to be in the $60 area. So I thought it was $60 but it was 60 per yard. Again nowhere does it say anything about it being by the yard so when we bring it up, no apologies for the mix-up, nothing. I like JoAnn fabrics but this kind of repeat customer service is ridiculous. If you have a price on something and its by the yard, then display that so its known.

Honestly this place deserves no stars. The service is crap. It took 40 minutes of waiting to have 8 yards of fabric cut, and when I finally got it cut, they had charged me extra for extra fabric. The staff is incredibly slow and take their precious time. Go to Hancock Fabric across the street.

The aisles are are narrow and cramped, and the service can be slow, but only because the staff are knowledgeable and helpful, and 75% of people in line answer the question how many yards of this fabric should I cut for you? with something like, Weeeeeell, I dont knoooooooow, see, Im using this pattern that I didnt bring in to show you, and its kind of like thiiiiiiiis, but Im changing it so its going to be more like thiiiiiiis, soooooooo... And the staff patiently helps them figure it out. No matter what. SAINTS, the lot of them!!!
