I stopped by Minuteman Press in Eau Claire today, because I heard they may have special pricing for what I needed. My friends and I are planning a benefit for a friend whose medical bills are climbing because of her cancer treatments. I was pleasantly surprised and almost in tears when he gave me the price. We had them print our business cards, although the cards turned out okay, the process of getting the design set up was a bit like pulling teeth. When I went to pay they accidentally charged me twice. A year later I decided not to print any more cards and although they acknowledge there is a credit on my account, refuse to refund my credit balance. I guess some people care more about their wallet than their reputation.

I got my steer toward Eau Claires Minuteman Press by a friend who told me there was no firm in the area that could compare with Minuteman Press in terms of price, service, or quality of work. Turns out my friend was right--Minuteman Press Eau Claire cant be beat on price, convenience, timeliness, or innovation. Highly recommended.
