Absolutely horrible. I just left there in tears because of the way I was treated over a haircare product for all races and textures of hair. When I kindly tried to address the issue of micromessaging, customer service, treating people kindly and addressing them in a friendly manner and it being inappropriate to makie unnecessary and offensive racial references to any customer or make them want to cry or hurt vh thier feelings. This is why corporate giants like Sallys Beaty Supply should have company wide diversity and inclusion unconscious bias and micro messages training. Because of what Taylor or Katie said and how she was treating me since I walked through the front doors until after I asked for a manager and her name, she kept trying to confuse me and wrote both first names down on a piece of receipt paper with no phone number saying its against company policy to provide me any management details.I have been coming to this specific location for almost 6 years and have a part ofvthe loyalty customer program for probably more like 12 years. This isnt how you treat anyone at a business! She had on all black. A black winter hat that said corpse. She had sunken in eyes and ombre pink and black hair, a black shirt, she was very slender and taller than me. I am describing her because she refused to give me the initial of her last name or the other saying that was against company policy. I just wanted a business card with store contact info for a store manager at that location or something like that initially so I could speak to someone about my experience.I still patronized the store spending almost $50 on products to upkeep myself even though I didnt finish my shopping bec as use of how she was treating me. I just wanted to walk out from sheer frustration and embarrassment because this took place in front of 2 other customers in the store over a course of time. She appeared to be on some type of substance, her movements seemed sluggish and her comments in reply to me, although I addressed her in a professional manner despite how she was treating me, were very crude, rude, condescending and passive aggressive with a flat tone and dead stare the entire time.At first I was the only customer in the store and it took her a long time to even acknowledge my prescense, I needed help looking for a refill of an item which zi brought the empty container with me so I wouldnt forget.I asked for a district manager at this point a or corporate number, she refused. She asked me how Im paying for my items and asks for my loyalty number. I pay with a credit card. Pick up the piece of paper with 2 names on it and left very upset and embarrassed to be treated that way. I just got home and thought this would be the best way to notify someone. Here is the paper she wrote on and the empty bottle I brought in needing help with.I will never come back here again.
Always find what I need and the employees where knowledgeable and happy to help.
I stopped in because I was told best hair products come from a supply store. Taylor was amazing, directed me to every product i was asking about, explained about the products and was just the best thank you!!
Visited today, Sallys (online, Midwest) has been out of my base color, 4N, for many weeks and Ive tried to achieve it so many ways. Ive stated that with out anyone offering a solution. Finally today I asked the Eau Claire store if I can mix liquid with creme, she said...no, but we have 4N in another brand and you can mix brands. Problem solved so 5 stars. So happy, yes.
Cashier was rather distracted with tablet and kinda rude. Even if tablet was for work purposes should put down and focus. Just saying that location has been going down hill. Super sad
I literally walked in today (7-3-20) at about 10-10:30 when they opened. The lady asked me if I needed help. And I said, Yes, Im trying to get this pink out of my hair completely. I have already bleached my hair about twice so its pretty faded and she said, Bleach it. Wow thanks, never thought of that. I had gone in to get green shampoo or something similar. She helped me for .5 seconds to tell me to bleach it and walked away. No way am I going back.
I just left the store and the woman that is working there was completely rude and hateful. This is the second time Ive had to endure this womans negative, judgemental attitude. When I ask questions she makes me feel small and stupid. I will never go in there again when that woman is working there.
Stopped in to get stuff to fix my sisters hair which she dyed red. Then got nail stuff because my nail broke off. (Rough day) Kelly was great! So helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciate her willingness to help and how kind she was.
Cashiers are usually really nice and helpful. They have been keeping up with my color on the shelves.😊
So glad they have rubber gloves in stock! Went in for new hair colors and hoped they had gloves since everywhere is out thanks to covid.
I visited Sallys for the first time a couple months ago. Although, I was happy with my product the staff member that helped me was rude. She made me feel like I was really incompetent when I asked how to use the product properly. Its time for me to go buy more items and Im dreading what should be a fun experience. One last try and sadly, it would be worth driving further or ordering online if its the same experience.
Due to CoVoid it says that Sally’s is now open for curbside pickup only. I have called multiple times and it just rings and rings and no answer which is strange because I called yesterday and someone picked up but they were extremely unenthused that I was even calling. I’m very confused on whether this place is opened or not
Went in, asked if I needed help. I said yes I wanted to bleach my hair and dye it and she rolled her eyes and told me I need a lot of bleach. She seemed kind of judgmental. Didn’t really appreciate the attitude.
This is my go-to place for all my extra hair and nail products.
I am LESS then happy with the customer service. Yesterday, 4-13-19 at around 12 my friend and I had gone in. My friends son is very autistic and was having a bit of a melt down. The store manager had come over, not only did she yell at him and told him to shut up that he was disrespectful to the other people but then shoved him out of her way. If this is how Sally’s treats people they need to shut down. A five year old was completely disrespected by a GROWN women. How disgusting that they treat their customers like this.
Due to covid they have a sign saying they are only doing curbside pickup. I’ve been calling multiple times for the past two days with no answer. Please don’t have a sign if you aren’t actually answering.
I had a basket full of items, wasnt done shopping...when I asked to use the bathroom the lady told me customers were not allowed to use it. I said i used the restroom before with no issue. She then said that that worker was not supposed to let anybody go. She said she would hold my basket behind the counter when I returned period expecting me to leave the store go someplace else to use the restroom then come back and purchase these products. Needless to say I gave her the basket walked out did not go back, and will not go backLost a pretty good sale all because I couldnt use the bathroom way to go Sallys.
Currently closes Saturdays and Sundays despite what online and Facebook say.
There was some confusion over a sale, I wrote an email to the company & not only did they get back to me with great customer service but the district manager called me herself, explained everything & generally made my day.Excellent, excellent customer service!
Great customer service. Fun, experienced staff!
First time in the store and the clerk was very nice and friendly. Will be stopping in off and on as I need things from now on.
Wonderful place for all your beauty needs. Employees are very friendly.
I love their products and their prices are pretty agreeable, BUT when i went in today, the girl Abby who was working was such a snot and just awful to me. I got a hair color remover kit (my hair was red and i wanted to go to a lighter shade a.k.a blonde) but i absolutely hate when the color remover kits dye my hair blond to start out because then i dont know what to do and im left with the unsightly hay color. so i asked AT LEAST 5 times if it would turn my hair blond and she said no, nope, it shouldnt. turned my hair blond. not that it matters THIS time, but still. so i called them back, and asked, what should i do now? just put the other dye i have in-which is also blond, or just come and get some toner. and the lady was just an awful snot and told me that i didnt listen to the other girl and left it in too long. i said no, the lady told me to RINSE for 10- 15 minutes and let it sit in my hair for what the directions said. and she was just unpleasant, especially when she realized she was wrong. The girl with purple hair was very pleasant and nice and very helpful (even though the color remover TOTALLY turned my hair blond) but the Abby girl is just awful and rude. She basically told me meh, i dont care, so youre on your own. just put in the dye and see what happens, should be fine. I LOVE Sallys but this Abby girl just shouldnt work in customer service.
The girl working today when my friend and I went in there today was very rude and obnoxious to us. We asked questions and she was not very helpful at all. I was not impressed with my visit at all. I will probably never walk into that store ever again.
