We were looking for a reputable company in the area to install luxury vinyl planks in our home. I stopped at Carpet City of Eau Claire and spoke with Jason who set up a time to come out and give us an estimate on replacing our carpet with the vinyl planks. He arrived on time and spent over an hour with us answering all of our questions and explaining the expectations of the change within our home. The next day I stopped at the store to pick out some samples to bring home. I was assisted with loading all 12 in my car and told to keep them as long as needed. We spent a few days deciding on what would work best for the three areas in the house where we would be installing the vinyl. When the time came for the installation we had the pleasure of working with Alfonz, who was professional, courteous, took our ideas in to consideration, was very tidy and communicated with us well during the day while we both were at work. I couldnt have asked for a better experience and the results are everything and more than what we had hoped for. Thank you Jason, Erin and Alfonz for all of your help along the way!

The carpeting on our stairs was well worn when we purchased our house and we finally decided to replace it. We contacted Carpet City of Eau Claire, got a quote, made a choice for our future carpet, and scheduled an appointment for our carpet replacement all within about a week. The new carpet install looks amazing and we love the color! We also got a quote to redo our kitchen and look forward to seeing the results when we decide its time to get it done! We will also be replacing tile in our second bathroom in the near future. Definitely recommend Carpet City of Eau Claire for all of your flooring needs!

We were able to get all our flooring needs met at a great price. We also had our carpet installed by them. The installer was extremely knowledgeable, polite, on time, and did a fantastic job. Unfortunately that seems to be a rarity nowadays and Im thankful that theyre still businesses around like carpet City.

They were helpful. Seems to have a pretty good selection. Not sure about prices. I suspicion is the whole industry set up to be so overwhelming that is hard to compare prices.

We have bought from Carpet City multiple times. Weve been in our house 35 years, and have replaced carpet in living room twice, family room twice and all the bedrooms. We have always had excellent customer service, from helping us to choose what is right for us. We even had the living room replaced after one year, when the carpet did not wear well. Ben has always been so helpful. We will continue to go back and are happy to recommend them to anyone looking for carpet.

Highly recommend shopping here for your flooring needs. After our wood laminate flooring was damaged by water, we knew we needed a better option. We talked with Jason and Ben about replacing the laminate with vinyl plank and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to offer the best product for the best price as well as tips on installing and also explained the different options for transitions between rooms . We have had our new floor for about a week now and we absolutely love it!

Working with Carpet City was very easy and enjoyable! They helped me select the right style and best brand for our family room. When I couldnt decide on a color, they ordered free samples which was great because the color I thought I wanted ended up not being the right color. I ordered another color and absolutely love it! We are very happy with our purchase from Carpet City. We went to the store looking for a variety of different types of flooring for various rooms in our home. Jason was very knowledgeable and was able to direct us to options that they had to offer. Even when we said that we wanted to stay within a certain price range for carpeting, he did not push us to go to more expensive carpeting, but simply showed us what they had to offer in that price range, and recommended the best within that range.Both of our installers were professional, prompt, expedient and personable. Our 4 rooms of flooring were installed in 3 days. They cleaned up any excess and were a pleasure to work with. He worked with us in finding the time to measure the square footage needed around our schedule and worked around our closing date in the house to get the old carpet removed and the new carpet installed. Ive always had really great service from the Eau Claire Carpet City so it was an easy decision when deciding on where to get my carpet. They took out the old carpet and put in the new quickly and were careful not to damage any castings. Id recommend them to anyone.

Our experience with Carpet City was great . We thought that we got very good carpet for a very reasonable price. After finding what colors we were interested in he got us down to 2 carpets in no time flat . Our installer was excellent, very particular with everything, and also offered some ideas on how to put bi-fold doors back on the closets and picked up all of the little pieces of carpet and scraps, bagged them, and took with him . We were very happy with Carpet City Flooring .
