The manager Lauren went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service for me. A stone fell out of my engagement ring right before my wedding and she made it possible and got it fixed for me in time for the big day. Also Ive worked with Brandon in purchasing a wedding band and he provided very helpful advice and was a joy to work with as well. Thank you!!

So apparently lifetime resizing doesnt mean a thing. I cant have my ring resized to the size it STARTED AT because they need to add more gold to it??? What did you do with the gold you took off of it to make it smaller before?! I dont have $400+ to throw at this. Ill just not wear my wedding ring anymore. Thanks for nothing.
I have had nothing but problems with the quality of the ring my husband purchased. I am allergic to nickel and there must be a lot of it in the ring. I have to have send it to the jeweler every 3 months just so I can wear the ring. My hand bleeds and breaks out from the ring. I have also had to have the diamond replaced twice as the prongs broke and I lost it. I brought it in to be inspected as required but the ring still feel apart. They also tell me that I pretty much shouldnt wear it. I am not hard on the ring or do a job that would hurt it, its normal wear. But the quality of their ring is horrible they dont last. I would never buy anything from here.

The staff was so nice and it pushy or overbearing! My boyfriend and I came here to pick up my sisters wedding ring and they saw us kind of looking at some. They offered to let me try some on but I declined at first. They asked if i was sure and promised they werent going to like pressure us into buying anything now or something like that and then she ket me try on like 7 different rings. She was very helpful when giving advice about resizing my class ring and also made us a wishlist with both rings we picked out. Totally low pressure and very very kind!I went in a couple weeks later and showed my friend the ring we picked out for me and the staff member (a different one) let me try it on again and didnt make me feel like it was weird that I came back. She also tomd us about the deal they had going on at the time (and I must say, it was a pretty dang good one)
Went in (for the second time in 4 months) because I lost a diamond(for the second time in 4 months) The lady pretty much told me to never wear my ring because it breaks down the ring. Okay? So my fiancé paid $3,000 for what? For me to keep it on my end table? No! Dont tell me that I need to not wear it when its a $3,000 ring and it should have the quality to withhold many activities! She was like lecturing me on how I should not wear it that much. What the point of having it then!? Poor service!
I recently had dropped off my moms necklace to be fixed, and even though my mom had a lifetime warranty on it they still insisted i had to pay because she did not come in for checkups when she had. My mom had to call and try and fax them papers prooving she did indeed come in for the checkups(she lives an hour away) and they were absolutely terrible to her still. Saying a number of rude comments and saying I shouldnt get my money back.Today I went back to show them the fax that they said had failed and they never got and they had it right on the front desk. Right out in the open. Once I showed her the fax she said nothing to me and then typed on the computor.The lady who refunded me my money and the other worker were rude to me for no reason, they were talking very sassy to me and pretending sometimes not to hear me when I was talking to them or asking questions. When I went to put my card in they treated me like I didnt know what i was doing talking to me like a child. Right before I left I had asked for my papers back and the woman tried to say they needed it for their records. I then told them they can take their copy for the records.Needless to say I got my money and papers back but my mom and I are absolutely furious because of this and will not be back to buy another article of jewelry from this store again. The three I dealt with need a major attitude adjustment and need to learn how to have proper customer service. Dont go to this store if you dont want to be looked down upon from the snooty workers.
Very nice selection of items but just a little more expensive than others.
My wife went to pick up her wedding set after some prong repair work and fiasco ensued. She told the store employees that something was off and handed it back stating it wasnt her ring. She was reassured that it was hers and that unsoldering and cleaning it up would make it look different and she had done just that. Later that night, 30 mins prior to close we were contacted asking us to return to the store as we had another customers ring. Not exactly the right moment to say I told you so but someone made a big mistake. We were informed that two customers with similar names and ring styles were returned at the same time. My wifes rings were soldered together when they left our possession and upon pick up one band was completely separated and not returned. We were refunded our repair work costs but expected some sort of customer recovery as this is the 3rd issue weve had with the company within the last 3 years including a botched soldering job that was redone previously. As a customer of over 14 years, I can honestly say I am truly upset and dissatisfied. As the associate was apologizing profusely and trying to appease an uncomfortable situation, the manager continued to clean a ring and verbalized that shes trying to decide whether to clean it or not as a stone is loose. She tells us, this is her own band. Are you kidding me?!? She couldnt be bothered to converse with a customer with whom a very bad and unacceptable transaction had occurred. Shameful managerial skills and loss of customer has occurred. Social media is a strong platform, I hope this post can help others avoid bad service. #Helzberg
