Store is PACKED with inventory, too much as aisles are narrow and merchandise from ceiling to floor. If you looked for 8 hours you still wouldnt see half of their stuff. Had to ask staff who was nice and knowledgeable about what I wanted but missed looking at alot of stuff cuz I felt trapped. Great prices too. Definitely a place Id go back to.

This is one of those beauty stores where they dont respect black folks at all and customer service is low but the whatever black they have working there is always nice

The customer service there is unacceptable. They dont see customers they see dollars. Young girl in there rachet... she dont know about any of the most basic products used for braiding and argued me down that shine and jam is not edge control... I said yes it is have you ever used it. She got so foul speaking to me that I told her and the owner behind the counter who said nothing I my defense that I didnt want any of it and walked out. She tried to ruined my day. I wouldnt recommend this hell hole to anyone.

My favorite beauty supply store in the Downriver Southwest area the only place out shop where the employees dont follow you around like some type of shoplyfter there are always friendly and remember me needs time sometimes I dont even have to tell them what I want they already know love this place.
