This is a great Michaels location! They always have a great stock of everything, and its clean and well-kept. They have just about everything you need for crafting and decor. I always leave with a cart full of stuff!

The staff here was so helpful on my most recent visit. She handled my return quickly and took the time to make sure my exchange was the best value and exactly what I was looking for. Love this store!

I could get lost in Michaels for hours. They are beginning to add more resin items (which are still pretty overpriced), but I love coming here for the additives for my projects. Kind and helpful staff, I did not feel rushed at all.

The Eden Prairie, MN store has always had friendly and helpful people working there. The location in Sequim, WA was no different. Both had exactly what I needed for my projects. The frames were on sale and beautiful. I needed really inexpensive shade for my sunroom ceiling, and they had the fabric I needed in clearance on sale.

I always get assistance from staff and they are very nice.

This is my favorite store because it has tons of coloring books and coloring supplies, and even an entire aisle dedicated to stickers. Things there are relatively cheap with a few exceptions, and I can always find nice things there to keep me entertained.

Very clean, fast service. Looking for a stencil very disapionted positioned so close to floorhard to look through another customer who was looking also had same complaint.

Its Michaels. As an infrequent shopper, it was a little hard to find what I was looking for, but I eventually did. Not many employees around, but its Covid time so thats acceptable to me. Prices are decent, about what I expected. If I crafted more, I could definitely spend a lot of time here.

I really enjoy going to this Michaels. The staff is always very friendly and its never too crowded which is great during these hard pandemic times. I went to Michaels for one thing. Honestly, I do not even remember what it was but guess how much stuff I left with? Michaels had SO many amazing deals that I just loaded up with a plethora of supplies for future spontaneous projects. They always have a 40% off coupon so Ive thought about going every day to use it on something new, but honestly, the deals are so good either way. This michaels is clean and organized and the employees are always friendly and willing to help.

Im a trucker, although Ive never been into a Michaels this ones staff is Xtra nice . Im delivering next door but I couldnt locate my delivery spot so I called the manager of Michaels and she went as far as to walk to that building and found the address and then talked me into the place....I didnt get her name but could yall relay a message..... Friendly people, usually pretty helpful.

Always a fun place to be. Store is neat and orderly and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. It definitely gets your creative juices flowing and there is so much to see and enjoy. The staff will always find you a coupon you can use.

It has everything Arts & crafts. The store is very huge, great collection of products. There were less staff than expected. The store also had UPS pick-up at this location and they’re open till late. They also do photo printouts and frames. Wheelchair accessible store.

Great store but the prices could be better compared to alternative options. They have a really long return window which is nice and you get coupons for next time after most purchases. I went there too look at glasses and vases for wedding centerpieces specifically

Many different craft things ranging from drawing supplies to knitting supplies. Many of the items rotate depending on the season/holiday. I love all the Halloween and Christmas things they have.

Michaels has a lot of things that are craft related. They have a big store with lots of different types of things. When I was walking through I saw a lot of things that caught my attention. The reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because some of the things in the store are crafts that are cheaply made and so will fall apart if you try to make them. Other than that, Michaels is a great store.

This Michaels is nice and bright, great variety of items, one of the biggest Michaels Ive been in. Prices were good, lots of sales, coupons available online and in their app, and they also accept some competitors coupons (like Joannes). And for those of you looking for employment they offer a good employee discount too!

Clean store, friendly associates, Toms of stuff for crafts of any kind. And they always have great sales. Takes me an hour to get there but always worth the trip.

The staff in the store has been helpful when it comes to locating an item most often. Knowledge is limited in most departments, to be expected, I suppose. Framing area is an area I have had good luck, advice, ideas. The check out staff 9/10 times have not seem to care much about their jobs or the customer. I have watched several times a cashier get into a dispute with a customer over a coupon. Apparently if the coupon is not in hand you are out of luck, this store is big on coupons, their competitor keeps many behind the counter if you forget. Good customer service? Anyway, REMEMBER the coupon...no exceptions. Or try the competitor out.

Michaels is such a great place to get stuff for arts and crafts or as a teacher I get supplies for my classroom. They always have great discounts and you can use your teacher ID to get another discount. The staff is always super friendly and helpful.

Good crafting store

I was looking for hangers for pictures. Couldnt find anything that was suitable. The gentleman behind the framing counter came to the rescue and found just what I needed. I will return. Helpful employees.

Love Michaels and their sales, its been over 2 yrs since I was there but i use to go a lot before I moved and the staff was helpful and seemed friendly. Now all that needs to happen is open a store near Fairmont, mn :))

I had to get several items here for our wedding. The staff was all so nice and helpful since I had no clue where to start looking. Once at the register the cashier zapped some crazy magic barcode and everything was magically cheaper, she smiled and said there you go. These folks know how get people to come back, nice work.

Associate know exactly which isle your item is in.

We waited in line for over an hour and they only had 2 check outs going and when the line was still around the entire store to the back corner one of the workers decided to go on break. Very poor customer experience and understaffed.

Place does great Framing. They helped me pic colors and frame type. The clerk wasn’t pushy but felt like he was as interested in making it look professional as I was. Received back early before deadline and before Christmas. Nice job!

This was an older version of Hobby Lobby, in terms of layout an aesthetics, but their prices seem comparable, and HL isnt everywhere, I was looking for specialized fine tip metallic markers.....they had them, were easy to find, and were a reasonable price. I didnt have to run 3 different places, which is time and money in my pocket too.....all in all, a very good experience!

This is a review specifically for Michaels Custom Framing in Eden Prairie and not the store in general. I brought a piece of art work to be framed and when I brought it, it was rolled up. The woman working assured me it could be flattened out for framing. I selected a frame and three mats and the cost was around $270 after a discount/promotion. I was told the piece would be ready December 3, 2016 but did not receive a call informing me it was ready. I called about two weeks later and they told me they were really busy for the holidays. I finally received a call that it was ready the week before Christmas, so I went to pick it up. When I looked at it before taking it home, the picture was wavy and you could clearly see it. The woman who helped me at pick-up was extremely rude to me. She told me they tried several times to flatten it out, but couldnt. In fairness, I did tell her that it looked like crap. There was no apology from her whatsoever. I asked her why no one called me to tell me there was an issue and she was dismissive of me. She told me her manager would call me later. The manager never called, so I called them several days later. I was very calm and polite to the manager and said I was open to whatever they needed to do to fix it, but that I would like to be informed of what the solution was. No one called me to discuss it with me. I received a voice message telling me they couldnt fix it and the art work was ready to be picked up about a week and a half later. When I went to retrieve the artwork, the woman (a different one) was very rude. She was not friendly at all and offered no apology or explanation. They did give me a full refund, but the customer service was deplorable. I can understand that they couldnt do what they promised, but they could have at least been polite to me. I will never bring anything to Michaels to be framed again. I would rather pay more somewhere else and be treated cordially.

Always friendly staff and a good variety of crafting supplies.Recently in during the Christmas crunch and was amazed just how quickly the staff got everyone through the checkout. The line was LONG!

My fiance always leaves the store with a smile, so I guess that means I have to give it five stars! They are a little bit spendy but if you want something today, it is a fine place to go.

Product, product every where but never what I needI always go into Michaels hoping to find something that I need. I sometimes call ahead and even then I have been led to believe that will have what I need. So far I have struck out all but once. I dont know if I am too picky or if they miss the mark on available items. It is really a great store if you need what they have.
