Hands down the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. We called at 4pm to come check out a used Volvo wagon and were driving it home by 6pm, grinning ear to ear the entire time. All of the employees are so genuinely kind and addressed any concerns and questions up front so there were no hidden surprises at any time. Their facilities are immaculate and each of the vehicles are beautifully cleaned and detailed. We would have had a more difficult time picking something out if we werent already set on the Volvo prior to our visit. All-in-all, I couldnt recommend U Car Connect more and will certainly be back for all purchases in the future.

WOW! We had the most incredible experience buying my dream car, an Audi TT Convertible. We live in Nebraska and my husband found it online--an anniversary present for me. When he called about it, Tom and Eric were both super helpful with his questions. We scheduled a time to test drive it and being from out of state, we flew into Minneapolis since it would have been a long drive. My father recently picked up a 2007 A3 Quattro 3.2 that was impeccably clean and very well taken care of, as we found all service records in the Audi binder within the glovebox from the previous owners. Ive also waited 3 months since I purchased the car just in case anything went wrong, but Tom, Erik, and Sam and U Car Connect fully deserve 5 stars.I purchased a beautiful, impeccably cared for 2009 BMW X5 with all of the bells and whistles. The 97k miles on the car had me a bit worried, but the price, including the warranty, on this car was hard to beat. Up until I saw this car, I had been looking at only new cars, or used cars with less than 30k miles on it. Man am I glad I didnt make that mistake - buying this slightly older, classic looking beauty was definitely the way to go - and saved me about $30,000!After a test drive I noticed a few minor things on the car that I asked to be fixed (window regulator, automatic lift gate hinges, and one rear tire replacement). The guys had everything replaced over the weekend and at no added cost to the sticker price of the car.Plus, Erik is a whiz with all of the paper work. I live in Eau Claire Wisconsin, and Ive been casually looking to fill a life-long desire to own a convertible. In my online search, I kept seeing cars listed by U Car Connect in Eden Prairie MN. On Saturday morning, March 6, I called U Car Connect and was greeted with an enthusiastic voice, which turned out to be the owner, Tom Kinsella. Unlike other new/used car dealers Ive worked with in the past, I was excited to make the nearly two hour drive just minutes after my call with Tom. I had a particular car in mind, which Tom pointed out, but he also suggested that I walk around his heated showroom to get a broader look at what he had available. Tom simply let me browse before I stopped back in his office to talk. My son was looking for a car and he had seen two online that he liked, so my husband took him there to look at them. My son’s first choice had already been sold and his second choice, a Ford Fusion, was on hold but my husband found a Buick Regal for me! Erik Larsen helped through the whole process of purchasing the car. He was very informative and helpful. It was the fastest car purchase we have ever had! No sitting for hours waiting for all the paperwork. My husband and I did have to go back the next day to drop off some paperwork and the Ford Fusion that had been on hold was still there, so we offered to buy it on the spot and we got it! My son was extremely happy! Again Erik helped with everything and made everything run smoothly and quickly. I have to say this is one of our best car buying experiences! Hence we bought two cars! We will definitely be back for future purchases!

Excellent experience. Tom was attentive but not pushy. Fair and honest. He was thorough with his explanations of pricing and the value of my trade-in. My 17 year old truck had a lot of problems but he still gave me a very fair offer for it. At no point did I feel like I was being conned or manipulated. I did a ton of research and I am confident that I would not have found a better deal elsewhere. I will happily return there again!

Excellent experience! Definitely not ordinary dealership. Nobody was pushy or trying to sell you car as fast as they can but at the same time helped us along the way with all questions and concerns that we had. We took our time looking at the inventory and found beautiful Audi allroad which put smile on my wifes face every time she drives it. I hate buying cars. I’ve really never really had a good experience, until now. My son wanted to get into a newer car and asked me to help him. Incredible show room with the perfect car for anyone. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy a vehicle. The customer experience is above all others because of the way the they treat their customers. Erik the salesman is very involved and cares not about the sales but about finding each and every customer the perfect car. 10/10 would recommend stopping in and checking out their amazing inventory.

Probably the most different set up Ive ever seen for a car dealership. Tom, dylan, eric... its like their a little family who love what they do. Tom is old school sales, and Dylan and Eric keep it real. Their inventory is unique specializing in lower milage, hard to find imports and convertibles between 10 and 20 grand.

I have been looking for a used BMW. My husband and I actually meant to go to a dealership just down the road from U Car Connect, but just happened to stop in here first. We walked in and seen a very impressive showroom full of classy looking vehicles. We were greeted right away by friendly staff, and told to browse and let them know if we wanted to test drive anything. So, we did. The owner made sure that we were accommodated with the keys, and the staff promptly moved cars around right away to test drive a BMW X3. After some thought, we sat down with the owner and chatted, and went through the process of actually buying the first one we test drove. Once the process was put into play, it didn’t take long, and the owner made sure to give us the best deal possible. After we picked it up, a few lights came on the dashboard after about an hour of driving. My husband contacted the owner, Tommy, and he had us drop it off. They gave us a great loner car to drive. He had his mechanics on it right away, even replaced the battery for us, as well as a few other minor things, no questions asked. I would definitely come back when we need to look for a another vehicle. Fast and friendly service, and they work smoothly as a team, and made sure we were happy, and treated with respect. I highly recommend Tommy and his team if you’re looking for a new/used vehicle.

U car connect in Eden prairie mn is awesome!!! I bought a 2012 BMW 535i twin turbo. I was dealing with Sam, Erik and Tommy (the owner). They made the buying a car so relaxing. I drove like 7 cars until I found the beauty!! These guys are so down to earth and answered all my questions.
