The guys behind the prodesk are mediocre at best. I swear its like they are BSing about something every other time while sit there in line for the cashier. But when they see one of their buddys theyre real quick to open up a register and help them no matter how many people are in line at the pro checkout. They should ask the next person in line not there buddy that just walked up.

Had to go to another hardware store because nobody was working the tool department for the 40 minutes I was there. One employee I found said to go to the pro desk, but nobody there.
