GREAT JOB inside and out! I was looking to sell my 13 year old car and I didnt really keep up on cleaning it. There was dog hair, gunk under the seats, dings and scratches on the outside. Chad made it look like show room ready. I could hardly believe that it was the same car. The day after I had it detailed I listed it on Craigslist and had it sold by the afternoon. Im confident that the detailing really was one of the key factors for it selling so fast.Chad was extremely friendly and helpful. He scheduled me on the day I wanted with no problem. I had originally tried to get into the place down the street, but they wouldnt even tell when they had open appointments. They just said they were booked and hung up. Id much rather give my business to a place that understands what customer service is all about. Chad really went above and beyond my expectations.

Super happy with the detailing service we received on our van. Several weeks ago, we bought a used vehicle that clearly had driven around a dog. We suffer from allergies and purposefully have no pets, so we were having doubts about whether we would keep the car until we did some research and found Auto Detailing. Chad was very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive when I called, answering all my many questions. I think he knew how important it was to us to get our car cleaned back to an acceptable state and his shop certainly delivered. Our car was detailed and finished on time, as promised, and they even washed the exterior (we just had an interior detailing) which we thought was nice additional customer service. I purchased a used car that was previously owned by a heavy smoker. The interior smell was very unpleasant. I contacted Chad at Auto Detailing MN in Eden Prairie and he recommended a thorough interior cleaning of all surfaces as well as the headliner followed by an ozone treatment. (An ozone generator is placed in the car with the cars ventilation system recirculating the O3 throughout the cabin.) He was up-front in stating that they cant eliminate all car odors but said the ozone infusion was the best solution.I was very pleased with the end results. The smoke odor is as practically gone as I can discern and hasnt been masked with another fragrance - maybe some slight remainder of the cleaning products they used. Cant think of anything I would ding their service on. It was timely - despite a heavy seasonal workload - and I was treated with courtesy and was fully informed of everything they were going to do and why they were going to do it. The final bill was even a little bit less than the quote I received - probably because my car was very small. Overall very satisfied.

Im a very anal, perfectionist and a clean freak especially when it comes to my car. I keep it clean and spotless. This is the only place that has impressed me. The car came out looking great. I had the biggest grin when I saw it. There was not a scratch, swirl, hologram or anything anywhere on the car and I looked everywhere. Every angle, up and down, this way, that way etc. They were all completely gone. I bought my own polisher/compounds/sealant/wax and everything this past summer and will be doing my own car from now on, but if Im feeling lazy or its just too cold out, Ill bring it back here, since my garage isnt heated. I was due for a detail for awhile. My paint was getting dull and was full of swirls. My car also had a scuff mark left by an inconsiderate jerk. The good news is that they were able to correct that. I went to pick up my car and it looked amazing! Highly recommend this place. They do awesome work for reasonable prices. They are great with communication and are happy to answer any questions.

WOW WOW WOW!!!! Honestly, I didnt even know you could clean a car that well! Auto Detailing detailed the inside & outside of my Suburban & there is not a speck of dirt anywhere. My husbands family works in the auto industry; he has helped drive vehicles around, take them to get detailed, etc. He immediately checked all of the spots his grandpa would check & he did not find any spot/crevice not cleaned perfectly. Five stars doesnt do Auto Detailing justice!!!

My husband brought our SUV in to be detailed and their work is incredible. We are somewhat road warriors and travel a lot so we are pretty hard on our vehicles. From the ease of appointment making to the finest of detail this place is five star. Our SUV came out looking almost brand new. We will not go anywhere else. Absolutely AMAZING service all around. Brought a Civic in with Hondas Crystal Black Pearl paint, a color that almost highlights imperfections in it. Had some pretty bad holograms, swirl marks, and even a slightly deeper scratch up the hood. All were completely gone by the time Chad was done with it. The car looked better than it did when I picked it up from the dealership.Aside from the great results, the service is outstanding. Chad took the time to walk around the car with me, make an in depth assessment, and was clear about his thought process and plan. Theyre not about sticking you with the highest priced package... theyre about offering you exactly what your car needs to make it perfect.I very highly recommend this shop. In fact, thinking about bringing a second car here pretty soon.

The owner was friendly and accommodating when I had to reschedule my appointment. My car had some light scratches that they were easily able to buff out.For a pretty reasonable price they did a thorough job and the car looks as good as new.

Chad and his crew really did go several steps beyond, to the point where impressed at the quality of their work is truly an understatement. We recently took delivery on a new SUV, and noticed a number of swirl marks and fine scratches in the clearcoat from the dealer. Not only did chad eliminate them completely, but made the whole vehicle shine to a point I have never seen before! I cant wait to take the other car in as well. I could not be any happier with the results I received from Auto Detailing. My car was awful to say the least. I have 3 kids aging at 11, 8 and 1 and in the 8 years Ive had my car its never been detailed before. I brought it in thinking it was a lost cause and the damage had been done however Chad proved me wrong. He brought the car back to life! He took time and effort on every little stain. Chad did a great job in buffing the scratches out of the front bumper in my brand new car. I got amazed with his workmanship. I firmly say that if you have any scratches on your car and if you looking to fix it, you can make a trip to his workshop and he will welcome you with a smile. He will say well ahead whether the scratches can be buffed out or not. But he never ceases to give a try. I can see his 18 years of experience from the way he look at things. As a car guy, I would say that Chad is a go to person for all the car detailing stuffs.

I have never been one to detail my cars often, because I found I was paying very high prices to only be disappointed in the quality of work. However, over the past 2 years we have had nothing but multiple excellent experiences with the services we have received from Chad and his crew! We have had complete auto detailing, Clear Shield, Ozone Treatment, and Windshield Treatment done. Each car has left there smelling and looking just like the day we bought them at amazing prices (even after a horrible surprise my friend left me in the backseat on a Friday night)!! Chad personally takes out the time to examine your car with you and will immediately fix anything he sees (which I dont even notice) before you leave. He is professional, courteous, and stands behind his work 110%!! I have already recommended his services to my friends and family. I also will be a long time customer for years to come.

I have an 06 Scion Tc. I bought an upgraded audio system and attempted the install myself over the weekend. I couldnt quite figure out all the wires and found myself in a bit of a rut. I tried calling a few places to see prices/availability to finish the job; every place told me 1-3 weeks out for the install. I ended up calling my mechanic (Midas in Shakopee) and he gave me a reference here. When I called and explained my situation, he gave me a good quote and said he could fit me in on Monday! It was the best possible solution to my problem! Everyone there was very nice and I enjoyed the professional, laid back atmosphere. The install was an A+ and I left a very happy customer! I would def bring my service here in the future... in fact, I am looking at the external detailing for my car already. Specifically paint touch-ups!

Weve trusted both of our BMWs to Chad and his shop over the past three years. Were particular about maintaining our vehicles and keeping them clean. Chad is very meticulous, takes notes and always addresses any concern areas we have. Its a rare experience as a customer to meet someone whose standards and attention to detail exceed even your own. Our most recent experience was having him repair/refinish our clear coat that had been damaged from an overzealous car wash at a local body shop. Chad and his shop really came through for us, and our vehicle now looks like it did before. We feel grateful to have found a professional detailer we can count on for quality work.

My truck was filthy when I brought it in. In 6 years it had never been detailed once. When I came back that afternoon I was blown away. It sounds strange but I honestly feel like Im driving a new vehicle. Chad and the boys went the extra mile to impress me and really outdid themselves.

DO NOT GO HERE!! If I could give less than one star I would. I was honest about the needs I had for my car to be cleaned and the owner declined to clean my car. If you spilled something in your car and it smelled, would you expect a car detailing company to say they would not do it? My dog vomited in my car. I cleaned it extremely well...as well as I could, as car cleaning is not my area of expertise. It sounds worse than it is, believe me. It doesnt smell in there or anything, as it was mostly water. I was denied cleaning services because the owner is not interested in cleaning vomit...even though I specifically said I cleaned it and there is no vomit. I am extremely disappointed with this company. They seemed so highly recommended. Clearly, people lied about what they needed cleaned (as maybe I should have done...lesson learned?) or this company is not as good as they say. Big thumbs down.

I dropped off my car in the morning at 9:30 AM to have paint protection put on the vehicle, went to Eden Prarie Center, took in breakfast and a movie, and picked my vehicle up at 2:30. When I did pick show up, it had been washed and the wheels were even treated, (never expected that) and the workmanship was just classic and beautiful. Way to go Chad and Automotive Paint Protection!One more thing, very easy to deal with and plesant to talk to..

I brought in an old truck I got for my daughter from her granfather. He didnt bathe as often as he should have, the cab had a fowl order. Chad and his crew did the job. What was dirty and smelly was now all clean and fresh, the truck never looked so go as long as grandpa had it. I highly recomend their work. I took my car to Automotive Paint Protection and Detail Center with a nasty stain in my front passenger seat. I didnt think ANYTHING could get it out and it only took them a whole ten minutes to make the front seat look good as new. These guys are amazing! I had originally found someone on Craigslist to come and detail my car to get rid of some swirls but that guy left my car in a much, much worse looking state. My entire car was covered in holograms and it was really depressing to look at. I decided to have Chad and his crew fix the damage caused by the mobile Craigslist Detailer due to a recommendation from a friend and their great reviews. They did not disappoint, all those great reviews are well deserved. They did an incredible job on fixing the mess that I brought them and it came back to me looking better than when I had originally bought the car! Cant recommend these guys enough! The experience overall was A+++. Easy, flexible scheduling and secure dropoff. Chad was quick to repond to calls and e-mails. He came up with a plan for some pretty heavy clearcoat and clear bra damage and then executed to perfection. The car came out looking awesome. I am very picky and usually hand detail my own vehicles. A lot of damage can be done with a buffing wheel. I would totally trust Chad to work on any of my vehicles.

Unfortunately I cant say anything good about quality of the products that were used on my new car. The film he used was so narrow, dint even cover bumper for 1/3 from rocks and chips, started peeling of after first rain...cheap precut 24$ ebay kit, pretending to be quality 3m product.Calling Chad didnt seem to solve the issue, 24 hour guarantee time is over.... Buyer Beware!!! Take your money someplace else...
