First time. Friendly, helpful staff. Tea is amazing. Got lunch from the deli and some chicken and beef; trying Halal meat for the first time. I will be back! Excited to try more menu items.

It was easy. I made 2 separate orders on 2 separate days. I received emails and text messages and was able to pick up all of it at the same time. No line and the guy was very fast getting the goods.

Didnt know what to expect. Staff was helpful when asked and I tried some tasty food I had never had before. Also picked up a few items in the grocery area.

There were a few items in the store. The restaurant seems ok but I didnt order from there. I got some chicken. It looked very frozen and kind of old. I was a little confused when I saw it. It tasted okay, but Holy land is definitely worth the trip. All the other items were overpriced. I was happy to see some Ethiopian bread.

They usually have great customer service. But when the younger generation is there not so much. I was not happy that its the 2nd week in a row that a non handicapped vehicle and person parked illegally and when I spoke up I was in the wrong. They told me they didnt have the meat I wanted to buy when they had it, as they gave some to someone else. Took twice as long with the order than normal and everyone was coming to me being confrontational about speaking up regarding illegal parkers. Seriously thought i would be harmed for doing the right thing. We usually do anywhere from 50 to 120 a week in business there but now we wont be back ever again since it is a very uninviting place to anyone who isnt Somali.

They have Horrible customer service. And they have Overpriced items as well that lack quality.

Depending on whos at counter, you may face communication problems. Meat quality is better than many but can definitely be improved. Primarily its a place to shop for Somali community but welcomes all.
