If you want to be charged a lot of money for things they never even replaced this this is the best place to go. Charged me for Roters, antifreeze cap, and antifreeze coolant, I still have the same rusted roters, I have no antifreeze cap at all, and was less then half full on fluid. This place is a joke. Make sure they actually replace what you’re paying for.

I have never used this repair service. But I do know they will not let you bring your own parts. And Josh Smith auto repair has a lot of unsatisfied customers.One review suggested, go to Carter’s Auto repair on Kingsway and I did. Carters auto is a wonderful auto repair place and I recommend going.

I need some tires but they didnt have any its nothing bad to say about them because the tires that I need are hard to come by because they are 285 45-22 so I really cannot say nothing bad

Todd is the only good thing there. He has always been very nice. With that being said, I was over charged on parts. I took my truck in to get my air conditioning checked. When I took it in it worked after running a little while, they said they filled it with Freon, however when I got it back the air conditioning does NOT work now. That cost me over $100.00 for it to be worse than when I dropped it off. If you want quality at a great price go see Charlie at the old Napa building on Kings Highway. He isn’t out to get rich but do a honest days work...

Good place to get your vehicle worked on or repaired, good people,I thought it was a good place, you pay new parts, but some times they put back on your old parts, that you ready own, you dont see it until it starts to rust,where was clean up,then they want you to trust them to redo,if Josh does the work its right but he cant do it all, help has to do better job, after putting in 5 racket pinion replacement all failed I was told that they were using Napa parts, I was lied to they were using racks auto zone, supposed to have had life time warranty, but Auto zone said that after replacing them 5 times that the warranty was longer good, since that Josh Smith had sold out to tire Maxx, if a man tells you that he is using a certain parts, and lies to you, then he is a crooked person, Everytime that they replaced it I was told that it was a Napa part,I have spent thousands of dollars at that place all of this started 6/25/19 the first rack was put in it was bad right away, four months later another one was put in, six months later was put another one was put, all time I was told that they were Napa parts, folks you cant trust people, l try to keep my vehicles in top shape, I am giving the car to my granddaughter I dont want her to have any problems with it, I want her safe,the thing is since they put the first in to have only put less than 12000 miles the car, 6 racks.the racks leaks or you couldnt steer it, would be jerking when turning left

Cant say enough about this business. Staff is always friendly. Building is clean, bright, orderly, and welcoming! Information is always explained in a way the is easy for me to understand. They do what they say they will do and I have NEVER felt like they were trying to do anything to upsell me. My total bill is always less than I expect. I cant imagine that Id ever need to go anywhere else for my auto repair needs.

After asking me a number of irrelevant questions and keeping me on hold for several minutes, the girl came back on the phone to tell me there were no appointments available for several weeks.I thanked her for wasting my time and hung up.I had the repair completed in under an hour myself. A WONDERFUL place !!! Got my car inspected there. They fit me in, and it took only about 30 minutes !!! They were very kind and professional !!! I had called a few days before since I was driving from about 75 miles away and didnt know the area or town. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM !!!!

I knew what was wrong with my car and asked for an estimate over the phone to get the same work done. I was told that they dont give estimates over the phone and that I would have to make an appointment for the car to be checked out. Instead of paying them for a diagnosis,which my mechanic did for free, I let my mechanic do it for the price he quoted me.

Josh Smith Auto & repair did work on my 2004 chevy trailblazer it needed new brakes, tire rotation, and alot of other repairs quite a few too many to mention..it had been long overdue on my part:( ..when i brought the vehicle in to them they assisted me quickly and fully explained what needed to be done to keep my vehicle in safe condition to be driven, the complete process only took a day ..upon picking up my vehicle they took the time to explain the repairs that were made and the cost was extremely reasonable...they advised me if i had any other trouble to bring it back in..this is an older vehicle and has quite a few miles on it:) so after about a week or so i noticed a little trouble with the brakes (which they explained to me may happen due to the age of vehicle)..long story short they took the truck back in and fixed all my concerns and did it at no additional charge..and he also repaired another area of the truck along with the brakes at no cost to me..i would strongly reccommend this facility to anyone with their vehicle needs..especially someone like me that doesnt understand ANYTHING when it comes to vehicle repairs:) i could truly tell they were being honest and upfront with me and not doing like some other repair shops ive used in the past..like telling me my vehicle needed all these things just to gain income he checked my vehicle throughly and made me aware of any saftey concerns and resloved them with ease Along with a great experience i gained knowledge of my vehicle as well:) Great Job you guys!! Josh worked on my car twice for a transmission leak, both I picked up it was still leaking. He also charged me both times. I took the car to another shop fixed it right the first, but showed me pictures of Rtv sealant cake on transmission. I will never go back.
