I stopped to buy power steering fluid. John took me straight to what I needed, after I checked out John offered to help me. After asking some questions he and another employee discovered that it was just my tire guard scraping and even gave me my money back, as I didnt need the ps fluid after all! I have to say John was wonderful!

I had excellent experience at this AutoZone in Edgewater florida. they hooked my car up to that code reader that tells you why a light is on in your car and they help me get a light bulb for my headlight.

Can you pack this way because the staff makes this place very accommodating. Being female, I dont feel out of place and the gentlemen that work in there are so helpful and try to recommend things that are good for the customer and not horribly expensive. Anytime I need anything for my vehicle I will go there.

I received exceptional service by Jon today. I had a check engine light on and was very concerned about my Jeep. He knew exactly what it was and fixed it right away with a smile. Great people and great service. Both vehicles needed new batteries. All the service agents were knowledgeable, respectful, and more than willing to get the right batteries and install them for us. We are new to the area and because of them and the kindness with which we were treated this is the Auto parts store for us. They build trust with their customers and you cant get better than that. I have never had a problem with this location, actually its one of the best AutoZone Ive been helped. Everyone is very nice, theres one employee named Jon that has went above and beyond to help me with not only finding what I need but making sure I understand what Im buying and how to use it. For example, the multi meter I purchased, Jon made sure I knew how to use it. Jon has helped me find confidence within myself to continue working on my own vehicle, probably without even knowing it too. The store is always clean, organized and friendly every time Im there, unlike other locations Ive been to in the states. I fully recommend this location without a concern!!! If they dont have it in-stock they have always been able to get it same day (if your in early enough) or next day. Im not always giving out 5 stars due to my traveling Ive seen there is a huge difference between 4 star and 5 star, but this location definitely deserves to get recognized for they presents of the store and staff!!! Jon deserves to get recognized for his amazing work ethics too! You wont be sorry if you decide to visit this location!!!

John was so helpful and knowledgeable! He did a great job of explaining the different battery options we had. He was so helpful when we called with questions about installing the battery (offered to help install it as well) and when we brought the core back he even took the time to test our alternator and starter! Even though we showed up right at closing time, we received the best customer service weve ever had. Youve won a customer for life!

Informative and helpful staff.

Had a water pump come apart on interstate 95. Limped in to the store with no fan belt, brakes or power steering. Replaced the belt with help from the store personnel. Didnt work so they called me a wrecker and got my truck to the shop. Great customer service!! Highly recommend!!

I was in a panic. I was told at BMW service center it would cost $220 for an oil change and replace the oil drain plug on my BMW. He told me I could buy the oil with filter bundle for $33 and the oil drain plug came with the filter and easily do it my self. Ryan helped me find the tools I needed. I did it in 30 mins for half the price. Thanks Ryan.

Staff is extra friendly and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Ryan Kirby for assisting with my starting problem in my Toyota Tacoma.. Recently, I found myself with what I *thought* was a dead battery; so after a quick jump I drove directly to Autozone with the intention of purchasing a new battery. Ryan took a close look and noticed that my battery cables were corroded and loose! So after a quick once over with a wire brush and careful tightening of terminals, I was sent on my way with a hand shake and a smile! Totally made my day. Its worth mentioning that Ryan adamantly refused a tip. -Autozone customer for life.

I’m always highly satisfied with their customer service, but today I was not. I came in looking for a new air filter and all sales associates were busy. So I just asked where I could find one for my car. He looked it up, and wasn’t in the best mood. We walked over where it was, and then threw it across the counter to which it landed on the floor, and was in a snotty mood. He went to another computer, and I said “I’m not giving you my service when you throw what I’m about to buy aggressively on the floor, especially when there is another auto part store right next door to them with friendly sales associates, who are willing to help and have a cheaper price!” I was very disappointed!!!Not a great move on Auto Zone.... :( Bad Customer Service

Very nice and helpful. They didnt have a part I needed once so they managet called the New Smyrna location to see if they had it and put it on hold for me.

I was greeted and helped right as I entered the building, they didn’t have the part in stock but the sales associate Chris H. went above and beyond by calling around to find my part (tail light socket) I was very satisfied with my visit there.

Even though it was raining cats and dogs, the tech came out with me to check my battery which was charged prior to me going there. The next day it turned out the battery needed to be replaced because of being old.
