I went with my friend to buy sodas that where in an especial of buy 3 for 9.99( 3 limit per household) and they would let us get more than three even though we were not from the same household. I told her that we could show her our different ID to prove that we live in a different place. And the lady up front refused to. If you want to buy something in special go in the store separately.

Designed a Mothers day card and sent it to Walgreens nearest me to be printed. Was informed the next day their printer was down. Phoned the next closest Walgreens to ask if they could do it and was told, yes. Went to pick up card and they couldnt find the order... and said their printer was down and couldnt do it anyway! Finally tried Edgewater Walgreens. They immediately received the order and printed it out quickly. Photo department man was very courteous and understanding of the problems Id had. Very clean and well organized place and it will now be my choice for printing.

Had my meds ready when I got there

The selection is pretty good for a small store. The employees are generally helpful, but unfortunately there are not many of them so you may wait to check out at peak times. The store carries many food items and has a refrigerated section so it would be convenient for a quick stop if there is someone to check you out. Store hours are limited compared to comparable stores. Sometimes it is difficult to get out of parking lot.

Pharmacy has got way better recently. also Manager was super nice and helpful

My husband who is a doctor requested a cheaper medication for his ear and the pharmacist said that there was not another one. The pharmacist nor the technician offered to call the doctor about an alternative. They even tried to blame it on the patient which was calling him a liar. I am also a local doctor. We will no longer be using this pharmacy and I will be recommending my patients to go elsewhere. Paula Hall DO and William Eischen DO

Great store lots of new staff very kind

For years I have used this Pharmacy, I always thought maybe I was just in a hurry and that is why it seemed slow. Well this month put it in perspective for me. I requested a refill of Trulicity which is a 3 month RX. When I arrived to pick it up they gave me 3 boxes that were all expired by 2 months. I refused to except them and requested for it to be refilled with non expired medication. The lady was very respectful and completely understanding. She informed me it would take 2 weeks to receive them. I arrived to pick them up 16 days later for them to tell me that they have nothing scheduled for me to pick up. I will not be using this Pharmacy any longer.

Thay were open

The pharmacy needs to get it together, their sense of urgency is lacking. I had strep throat and my order was sent in at 9:30am for antibiotics and it was 3:30pm and my order was still not ready. I called and talked to multiple associates and finally I found out that my doctor had to leave a voicemail for the order because no associate picked up the phone. Walgreens pharmacy staff didnt think to check their voicemails for the entirety of the day, therefore my order was not processed until 6 that night and it wouldnt have been unless I made a fuss about it. Keep in mind I have a newborn baby and a job that I needed to get back to. I felt that their sense of urgency was lacking. As a pharmacy associate I feel it is important for them to process orders as quickly as possible.
