I wasnt looking forward to mattress shopping, but the experience turned out to be very positive. Thomas, who helped us in the showroom, was great. He spent a lot of time with us and helped us figure out what we needed. I think he gave us very good, honest advice and did not pressure us. The delivery guys were fantastic too. Insisted on covering their shoes when they came in even though I said they didnt need to. Really terrific. The whole experience from store to delivery was really impressive.

Very rarely will I write a review, just not my thing. Recently, I called in from Florida to speak with,Thomas Roberts, the store manager about a mattress for my mother who lives in the local area. We had an informative conversation about the different types of mattresses that would work best for her needs. Not always an enjoyable process shopping for a mattress, we limited it down to three mattresses for her to come in and try. My mother came in two days later and found the mattress that she felt most comfortable with. He did a fantastic job every step of the way. For anyone overwhelmed with shopping for a mattress, I would highly recommend giving Thomas an opportunity to help guide you through the process.

It was very easy to purchase exactly the automatic bed base that I wanted. It was delivered on time and very efficiently. I made amistake on the height I requested and it was too high for my handicapped husband to get onto the bed. I called my salesman and asked if we could readjust the height and he said he would arrange for an adjustment. The adjustment was completed today on time and efficiently. I walked in searching for a good mattress. Thomas asked if I needed help and was vey professional, knowledgeable and most of all patient. I tried several mattresses ranging from medium firm to meomory foam. Thomas was knowledgeable and provided answers to all my questions. It took me a few days to decide and choose the Beautyrest pressure smart medium firm with the adjustable base. It has a 10 yr warranty and 120 day trial if it doesnt work out it can be exchanged for a different mattress. So far so good. No complaints at this time.
