The worst Publix in the Edgewater/NSB area. Horrible selection, out of stock on stuff they shouldnt be, and employees that would rather talk with each other than customers; even when they are supposed to be handling customers. Produce and meat is way overpriced and many times horrible. I will never buy meat here again: tough and chewy and more than anywhere else in the area.

The prices are higher than the discount markets, but you always get top notch products and service.

Nice clean store but on the smaller side. Always well stocked and has sushi!!! The produ e is usually fresh and what they lack n size they make up for in employees. There is always some to help you and very friendly. They will also cash handwritten paychecks as long as they can verify the companies phone number and address.

This is one of the better Publix experiences between the two in this area.. The one beach side is usually loud and very busy. Also parking is so much less of a challenge at this store.

Its Publix. Clean store, friendly staff that is always helpful. Never had a rude experience here. Meat prices could be better, but they could be better everywhere these days, really. I shop here a couple times a week since its so close to the house.

Never has stock. Discontinued many name brand products that the other Publix in the area have.

Publix has been in Florida for very long time. Theyve always been one of our great stores. But they have definitely lost something. Used to be quality everything. Now theyre trying to pass off small watermelons as large.

Honestly the best experience at any Publix I frequent to date! I live in Clermont, visit my mother in Hollywood & vacation in different parts of Florida. I was staying at an Airbnb for a long weekend & figured I’d stick up on essentials (milk, eggs, bread, snacks etc).The first and only time I had a pleasant time at the deli counter. The young man who helped me was very friendly, prompt & made our sandwichs perfectly. I can’t tell you how many times I dread the incompetence.The produce section was CLEAN & WELL STOCKED with FRESH fruits & vegetables! Other locations seem to struggle with this concept. It way sound petty but it’s the little things!

We went to get pub subs for lunch today. They were some of the best sandwiches weve ever had! Not only was the food delicious, but the lady whom waited on us and made our order deserves to be bragged on. Her name is Trisha. She didnt make us feel rushed or like it was a hassle to have to cut more meat or cheese, she efficiently made our other sandwiches while chicken tenders cooked for the last sandwich, and her conversation was friendly, sincere, and informative. It was a pleasure to get customer service like that, especially with how hard employees are having to work. Publix did something right hiring her, and I will be back soley based on this interaction. I highly recommend coming to the deli here for a delicious sandwich, or boars head meats and cheeses!

Every time I order my sub thru the app for in-store pickup it’s made wrong/sloppy.. it’s printed out on a receipt 🤦🏻‍♀️

For over 20 years I have shopped here and my family. This is the best Publix Ive ever shopped at all over Florida. Today the manager I told him how great his store was !!! He said its not him its his team. That shows theres great management aboard this corporation. Thank you

I love Publix but hate this location! The deli is absolutely terrible. More times than not my online orders are not ready even though I allow 30 minutes extra time before trying to pick up. If you don’t order ahead and stand in line it takes forever. They are slow, understaffed for the number of customers they have. The store and aisles are too small for the number of shoppers they have, making it hard to maneuver, and they seem to have difficulty keeping it stocked. It’s become such a problem that I drive past them to shop elsewhere. I don’t go there unless I have to. On a positive note their customer service is great. Wish they had a bigger and better facility like the New Smyrna Beach Publix to work with and a better and bigger deli staff. But I don’t want to drive that far. There are other stores!

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a public location the cashier was very nice and so was another lady right before I walked out of the door but Alyssa that works in the deli was very rude and had a nasty attitude and the menu for me the subs is missing When I asked Alyssa where is the sub sign she said it’s been broke for two months and they never put it back up

Shelves seemed to be better stocked today. Paper goods still scarce. As a side note, the website was up and running without the latest round of clutter. Dont know why they just dont leave it alone!

Very friendly. It is usually well stock ed but last night there was a lot of items gone they were waiting for their truck to come in. I love their pharmacy Mike the pharmacist is very professional and knowledgeable and all the technicians are also knowledgeable. Meat Ok.some people feel its expensive but if you stick to their brands and look for their specials it isnt that bad. Also their vegetables and fruit are excellent. I highly recommend Publix.

I was at the seafood counter when 2 unmasked customers showed up to purchase shrimp. 2 masked publix employees behind the counter said nothing regarding the lack of mask..I then heard an announcement that all customers need to be masked. After I checked out I encounter 2 other customers entering the store with NO face covering. Its getting worst. HELP. NO MASK. NO ENTRY. NEEDS TO BE ENFORCED.SINCERELYWARD
