Awesome spot and great shopping experience. I was welcomed right when I walked through the door. The employees are so friendly and will help you find exactly what you are looking for. The store has a very cool modern atmosphere and it’s very clean! They have a great selection and I always get many compliments on everything I buy from here. I can always count on Metromix to have the hottest shoes and clothes on the market. I would definitely recommend sending all your family and friends here!!

Staff wouldn’t leave me and wife alone for two seconds, she had a stroller with our baby and the staff kept on looking at us as if we’re stealing and making us feel uncomfortable. Three different people asked us if we need help and looking extra carefully at the stroller. They strangely kept on pushing sale shoes on us and we never asked for that.

This store was amazing and I had a great shopping experience. The staff was very knowledgeable about their products and patient and helpful to me so I happily walked out with the perfect pair of sneakers. I highly recommend METROMIX

I give Metromix 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!! Walked in last week for the first time with my bro and was greeted immediately by one of their staff. Wasn’t sure what I wanted but knew I was gonna find something fly! They got all the top brands Nike Adidas Puma sneakers and so much exclusive street wear, gym wear I never saw anywhere else! The sales associate was so helpful, respectful and not pushy at all. He genuinely wanted us to have a great shopping experience and helped us pick out some cool Air Force 1 s with a matching hoodie and sweats . We will definitely be back to do our holiday shopping at Metromix !

Just as someone else mentioned, they make you feel so uncomfortable as if you are going to steal something. I like the stuff, but I’ll go to another sporting goods place and actually enjoy my experience.

Great store and location with ALL the TOP sneaker brands and the NEWEST STYLES, HUGE selections as well, Latest casual wear too.. I always buy a couple pairs of sneakers and apparel. Customer Service is FANTASTIC! Would give 10 stars if I could. I HIGHLY recommend.

Terrible! I walked in and no one greeted me or asked if I was looking for anything specific. The lady just watched me as I was looking at the shoes like I was going to steal them... like what am I going to do with one of the pair of shoes?? Was also a low grade stock of shoes, nothing caught my eye because the shoes just werent good. Recommend getting better staff and stock of shoes.

Metromix By far is one of my favorite stores every time I go to New Jersey on my way Englewood Cliffs NJ I have stopped in that store and they have the best brands you could ever find from Adidas to North face, Nike, Timberland. Sometimes I specially travel from Boston Massachusetts to go to that specific store they have an amazing customer service the friendliest Staff ever and the merchandise is top quality. The sales representatives go out of their way to help you fulfill all your needs. Never did they have a negative response to that store I would recommend everyone to go and visit metromix i’m sure you you would experience the same positive vibe from that store.

Horrible wanted to return shoes that I didn’t want no more $120 not even an exchange or store credit. Doesn’t even try helping you out or nothing to at least keep an customer happy, I work in retail and I know you can do something about it. And it’s sad it was my first time shopping here and I liked their shoes but not coming back here.

Favorite place to shop sneakers! Since I moved away I now drive an hour just to shop at this store, I wont get sneakers anywhere else. Theyre styles of sneakers are THE BEST with great prices. I also love that not only do they have great style choices but they choose specific colors of popular styles of shoes that other stores will not have and I LOVE THAT. Mary and Ali are AMAZING, the sweetest and super helpful. No one ever hounds you or follows you around to purchase anything but are still right there if you decide you need help. The whole staff in general are very very sweet and helpful too!

No refunds only store credit. Make sure you like shopping there. I bought two pairs of shoes for my daughter. Sure enough she didn’t like one of them when we got home. Tried to return them 5 days later, they would only give me store credit and required a bunch of information to issue that. I’ll never shop there again.

This store is awesome. They carry almost every name brand you could think of. The service and atmosphere is very friendly. Shop in this store. Do not order online. Its best to see and feel what youre buying in person. I rate this store the best and have to always stop in and see their new merchandise.

The owner is very friendly and nice as well.They carry a variety of name brands and styles at a good price. Some small businesses will tend to overprice their goods but not this place! This store Metro Mix is a fabulous store down in Edgewater New Jersey. The prices are reasonable. And all the styles are so cool. You can touch and feel the item and try on instead of waiting for delivery to your home and the product does not fit after waiting so long. This store is great, go and try for yourself . I bought sneakers and I am very happy.

I bought shoes here and I wanted to return them due to size but SURPRISE they only give you store credit. Ive been waiting for my size in 5.5 shoes for 6 months now and I have been calling them every week and they still say they dont have it. Cant they atleast try and show that theyre doing something about it?

Over the holidays I was looking to buy a pair of the Ugg Tasman for my boyfriend. I had been looking them everywhere, in the mall, the Ugg store and other stores that sold Uggs but had no luck. I almost gave up because I was cutting it close to Christmas. I decided to give it another shot and called metromix and they had the exact color and size I needed. I rushed out of work straight to the store and they had the last pair. The workers were so amazing and hopeful! Totally Recommend

Metromix has an a return policy that doesnt allow you to get your money back. You can trade your item to for new pair or get store credits. A policy that made feel extremely cheated. I had bought a fresh pair of Air Max 95s, that I later wanted to return. But because I hadnt read a small badge a small badge on the store counter, I had no idea this was the case. And when I tried to return my unused air Maxs I obviously didnt get my money back. This anti consumer practice really made me feel scammed.

Whenever you are in the Edgewater, NJ area make sure you stop at Metromix in CITY Place for the best high end sportswear brands and sneakers!!!

Working as a retail sales manager myself I’ve gotta say I’m really impressed with the staff at metro mix. Very uplifting and postive attitude from everyone at this location. Especially from Jackelyn, she had the biggest smile and catered to my every need. I wasn’t sure what sizes I’d need at first but she was very patient and willing to work with me. She also made a few suggestions with the latest trends and pushed me out of my comfort zone with sneakers. I ended up buying a pair of adidas and I’ve never been happier with a purchase!

I’m very disappointed at this date in time that I’m still experiencing racism in a public establishment in the state of New Jersey my friend and I anticipated to patronize this store by making a purchase of Puma sneakers when I noticed that the Caucasian gentleman stood in the center of the floor without asking us if we needed assistance watching us when there were other patrons in this store that were also caucasian one of the females continued to shelfful attire from the rack while also watching without asking if we needed assistance I simply walked out and stood in front of the establishment waiting for my friend while the female continued to watch me from inside the store I called my friend and told her not to patronize that establishment I felt violated by ethnicity I warn all people with dignity not to patronize this establishment my money is green and I’m a human being we are not responsible for our colour race or ethnicity but we can make a change by reminding those who are practicing this ignorance that this will not be excepted but will only damage your business.

Honestly I’m very disappointed with my shopping experience. I’m not usually one to write reviews this is actually my first google review. The owner there women with glasses never has a smile on her face, I have gone there about five times and she never seems happy. I was asking for a shoe fitting and she stood right beside me as I was trying them on.... it made me feel like She though I was going to steal or something. I felt a bit of a stereo type of thing from her. The staff is great and friendly. My advice is don’t judge a book by its cover.
