Somone usually is there to aid you with the business cards, prints and copies. Unfortunately lately and with new management, the experience has been below standards. When complaint was given to management about the poorly trained staff, he seem to care little and blamed the equipment and not the rude, poorly trained staff. Little customer service training she had. Store is outdated, new staff all the time. Just a bad store and poorly managed.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Please do not utilize UPS at this location as the person behind the counter did not give accurate information and package did not get shipped out in a timely fashion. Go to the UPS location which is next to Trader Joes.
Staff not well informed about their products. Called looking for Con-Tact paper which I had purchased from the store in North Bergen in the past. There was no effort to see if they had the product or help from the regular staff or manager rather they suggested that I come in and look for myself. They did have it as I suspected but I made unnecessary trips to three other stores and just ended up buying $200+ worth of school supplies at the other stores when I could have purchased the entire list there in the first place. Very disappointing.
Store is well equipped and convenient to get to. It has everything you need. There is one guy there horrible attitude. I tried to get his name but it was busy. I’ll update once I get his name. He looks like he worked there for a while.
Quite office store, clearance items great deal. Friendly staff. Nice music clean store. Staples at its best. Organized shelves, easy to find merchandise. Limited time specials also great. Never loose time while shopping.

Older staples store, customer service is evident and the employees do care about customers, the only drawback I have experienced is that they are not properly staffed to conduct quick check outs. I’ve avoided coming here in the past and instead visit Target next door to avoid the check out line. I Recommend but only on slow days and as last resort.
Some of the sales associates are very good and helpful. The cashier I had the other day was more interested in talking on his cell phone with an ear piece that helpings me

Excellent customer service! Very nice and helpful staff! I was looking to buy an Apple adapter wire, since they did not have it in stock at the store at the time, not only did he order it with free shipping but also PRICE-MATCHED it about $10 lower than store price to what I found online!! Awesome!
Went to this Staples to buy an ink cartridge. Got to the register and waited an eternity for just two transactions to be completed in front of me. When I got to the cash register, it turned out the ink cartridge was the wrong one, even though it had the same ID number as the old cartridge Id brought in. Had to ask a salesman for the right one. Would have done this before, but the floor was empty of sales people when I first arrived. Went back to the line and got behind the customer checking out, assuming since Id already waited a lifetime to check out I wouldnt have to wait at the back of the line again. Instead the portly, not so bright cashier told me I had to go to the back of the line again. I left and went to another Staples and made the same transaction in just seconds. If you are in business and have only a limited time to buy a supply, this is not the store for you. Slow service. Poor customer service. They have no idea that they are a business center and operate with the speed of a nursing home. Poorly managed store. Someone needs to throw the management out and find a team who knows how to operate a business supply store like a business.
Gulemi in printing department was phenomenal. Kindly explained and showed me how to navigate through the confusing online orders! Made my experience in staples amazing!
Very disorganized store with limited supplies. I went there to pick up a simple computer cable and they did not have it in stock. They said they would be happy to order it for me but I have many other alternatives where I can get it faster. The items they did have in stock were extremely overpriced. Very disappointed.
Had what I came for but customer service left a sour taste in my mouth. I was assisted by a male manager, who spoke curtly, cut me off, and was dismissive of my product questions. Will be purchasing elsewhere next time.
Highly recommend printing department at this location! Michelle is always so so helpful, professional, knowledgeable. She is very friendly as well! They help you with all kinds of marketing and printing needs for sure!
Excellent customer service from Alexander and Michelle in the marketing and printing services area. Had a major project to complete for school and they went above and beyond. They spent the time with me to make sure it was perfect and I was happy with the end results. If ever in the future I need a sign or project done I will be going back.
Very pleasant helpful courteous staff. The store is outdated & the placement of items is illogical & out of sorts. Needs a makeover & a good logical reorganization. For example, put all the paper up front. Don’t put the specials up there & the bulk purchases towards the back.
Do yourself a favor and take the time to go to another location! I asked for the most simple thing and they recommend target. Then I needed sticky paper which they have and ask to locate it. No one helped me find it and they all were getting paid to do nothing. They were talking to their local friends and sitting on there ass! Please close this store down it sucks!

Absolutely terrible customer service experience. All started with the print & marketing guy who seemed like he barely had any idea what he was doing and talking about. All I heard come out of his mouth was Oh thats a lot more work for me, I have to do that manually. Who says that when you literally work in print services at Staples?I then needed to urgently pick something up Monday night (it was ready) but a power outage (15 min outage) caused the store to close 2 hours early when the surrounding stores remained open.I get into the store early as I can Tuesday morning (6 min before opening and walk in) they tell me the store is opening an hour late because of the outage...mind you everything in the store was on and working. I say my project is ready for pick up and I needed it the night before, (I had an interview in just a few hours) and said I can leave my card with them they can charge me whenever theyre system is up & running they said they cannot allow that either. So what can you allow? A customer to wait hours and hours and not get the service she was told shed receive? Id give the unaccommodating staff here 0 stars if I could, learn how to sympathize and serve your customers!!!!!!
I always like staples especially this one, but their prices are not very competitive, still like to shop here for somethings I cant wait for.
This Staples sells many products for your office. Laptops, monitors, tablets, printers, notebooks, mousepads, sanitizers, pens, highlighters, poster boards, art supplies, and even some board games to handheld games. The staff is relatively kind and willing to help. The store is easily accessible from the main road and provides plenty of parking.
Bad and rude attitude I had a very bad experience from a person working in edgewater branch his name is Steven when i asked for his help to show me fire sticks he was so helpless and spoke with me in a very rude way which didnt encourage me to buy although I already had picked some products but I left and went to targetPlz try to recruit professional people
Girl at the printing center was completely apathetic. No one bothered to say hello when you walk in not even the manager, but there was a sweet girl named Andrea as cashier.

By far had the upmost worst experience here. I call the store while in route to confirm they have a toner on stock, when the rep picks up phone he literally states he has a line he can take my number down and call me back. Excuse me sir do i even know you! Secondly i get to store as i stand online patiently waiting for my turn i get to the cashier and she doesn’t even know what toner is!!!! Omg shes calling someone on the mic stating there someone asking for toner toner smh... never again never again will i ever waste my time driving an extra 20 mins i rather shop online!
This store has become worse and worse. The crew was slow, and had problem understanding my question after I repeated three times. The general manager has very bad attitude to customers, when they are trying to cover their mistakes on the item price error. I would not recommend this branch.
The store is a mess, has lots of out of stocks, no customer service, and the manager who was of African descent was not helpful at all when I asked him for help regarding the Staples ARC binder. The manager said that the add-ons could only be found online and then of course I found it while browsing the store. The store needs a lot of help and it is sad that it is in such bad shape in area as nice as Edgewater!
Not very well stocked and disorganized. The only positive was the service people...very nice...but unfortunately couldnt help with the three things I asked about.
Dont come here for UPS drop off. Service is very slow and they charge a dollar for tape. Ive been here twice and service is always been slow, 10 to 15 minutes waiting.

Really,this store is a mess! Terrible customer service,there is nobody in the store if you need for help. Staff at the printing service is rude,always working with sour face,specially the girl doesnt know anything and is rude.They should chechk their printing machines because it gives not correct colors and prints too dark!( i am a professional in this field and have pre press monitor) they definitely need any photo editor software on their computers at least to try to make the fix what is not correct on their printers!

The staff is friendly and courtious not to mention knowledgeable about a wide variety of products and services. A young man walked me to everything i needed with a smile, and a wonderful young lady was very plesent at the register. i come here often for simple prints and faxings a few times a week and am always greeted warmly. This Staples is MY Staples!
