Nice place. I went there between 10 and 11 am in the morning. It had few customers but the place has so much selection to choose from. They already began stocking on Halloween and October theme including some items were for Thanksgiving. Courteous staffs. Checking out was fast.

Very helpful staff. Especially Zach in framing.

I simply love Michaels. The only reason I give 4 star is because they are expensive. I wish they were little reasonable 😋

Its been a mixed bag. But to be most effective Ill share my latest experience. The staff was incredible. From Manager, to floor person, to cashier - all great! They were helpful in every facet.

Theres more to this place than you think

I am beyond saddened by the way the STORE MANAGER STEPHANIE had belittled my wife and I. I asked to price match an item, STEPHANIE had said fine and grabbed my phone from my hands. She had told me the price match on my phone was not real, even after refreshing the web page, and re-searching the item for STEPHANIE. STEPHANIE then took out her phone and told me shes an avid Walmart shopper and told me she will find the true product. Maybe her next job should be at Walmart. STEPHANIE then flashed her phone at me showing me that Walmarts price for the product is $0.50 more and that I should just buy the product now, and not waste her time. The product she was showing was not even the same thing.I chose not to purchase the items simply due to the fact that I had used the same price match the day before, had no issues, and had not been treated the way I was.I just got off the phone with customer service and filed a complaint. THE STORE MANAGER STEPHANIE then called me and asked why and what I was complaining about. After telling her why, and how rude she was to me, STEPHANIE then asked me why I was complaining about a product that I didnt even have.It saddens me to see after the past year, people can still be so cruel and rude. Instead of showing kindness, and being more patient with customers, who are paying for you to work there.I just got off the phone with corporate, and without even telling them what had happened in the store, they verified the price match, and my order is on the way.Dear the STORE MANAGER STEPHANIE,I would personal like to thank you for being so unbelievably unprofessional. It really shows the companies true colors of who they are and what the hire.

Great place to visit. I always find nice and interesting items. They seem to have a sale pretty often as well. The parking lot is huge so you dont have to worry about parking your car. The staff have always been helpful and theyre very knowledgeable about the items they carry.

Employees dont have accurate informations about the availability of their inventory. We went 20 miles away and couldnt find the what we were looking for.

Most of the topple time they have what I need. Im there twice a month at least. Just wish there leather area was bigger

It is a good store. I like Michaels but if you are looking for yarn, this store in particular it is not the best. They have very a limited selection, nothing for someone wishing to make a fine project. The attendants are great though. Excellent customer service. I miss A.C. Moore

Ive been somewhat disappointed with the selection here, but its convenient for a local hobby and craft supply once you accept that its a subset of what you might find at a Michaels 10 miles away.

They only had 1 cashier with too long so I walked out without buying.

They literally have EVERYTHING you need for whatever craft you could think of making. Their sales, coupons, and rewards program are above all and returning items is as simple as macys.

The store hours clearly state that it closes at 8pm I drove over a half an hour to pick up an online order and they closed at 7!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do not tell customers to check for store hours online that are not accurate.

This store is fully stocked and clean. My wife goes to this location and on rt3. Michaels always have what my wife looks for. From baking deco to yarn. And they come in handy for small art projects for our kids and church celebration. Also, great place to pick out frames for photos and posters.

Clearance section is on point! Just like any other Michaels, the aisles are constantly changing with the seasons and there is almost always a sale. Its got basically everything for your crafting needs! Wonderful staff, and its usually very quiet so you dont have to wait too long to check out.

Looks like the store is closing down minimal inventory on the shelves. Very little paint for the model cars and hobbies. The Testors enamel spray paints all cans looked like they were used.

A bit disorganized but not bad. Wasnt crowded and was able to get a candy bar

I love Michaels especially during the holidays. There merchandise can be a bit pricey, so dont forget your coupon. After the holidays, prices drop and you can get some pretty good deals.

Loved it! They had everything I needed, and the employee that helped me was so nice and didnt really care that I was buying out like all the tulip fabric paint they had. Things could be hard to find, but you just gotta open your mind! Overall, amazing! Also, very neat, and quick service.

Always has a great selection of items. Staff is always friendly but they are hard to find for help and a few times when asking for advice, some werent very knowledgeable in their products but I appreciate them saying so rather than pretending like they know and having me purchase items that wont work or that I dont need.

So disappointed in the customer service department. I paid for same day delivery which never came and after being on hold multiple times for a looooong time, they had no answer and ended my chat as i was still asking questions.

I love Michaels. Has the biggest and best supplies for crafters. Stores are clean and well stocked. Prices are good and better using coupons. The Pelham Manor location is one of the best I have ever been to.

My wife loves crafts so we go to Michaels often. This Michaels is out of my area but i found it to be one of the most organized ones.

The staff was really helpful and nice.

They charged me twice for my purchase even though they said they made the return. It’s been almost a month and I still don’t see it reflected on my account.

Great selection of arts and crafts supplies. If you have the app there is always a coupon or sale and the app will let you know. Thats why I have more sketchbooks than I need, every other time I go there is a BOGO on sketchbooks.

Everything you need and more

You cant use your bicycle, skateboards, rollerblading, etc. You can walk around the lake!! Beautiful, peaceful. They have Turtles and Ducks in the Lake.There is plenty of parking.

I love Michaels, but the costumer service needs a lot of improvement and a better service in the pick up area. When I was paying, the cashier didnt had any idea about the rewards, when I was leaving the pick up bag started the alarn because they didnt checked the security on my items it was so embarrassing it was way to much! Bad day in Michaels...

Awesome place for those who are passionate for arts and craft... great variety of articles and stuff for almost any kind of art.... in my opinion I think that this place is one of the best in the area for the reason that it has what I need for photography material and drawings. Some times they have very good deals and specials on certain stuff I get everything I need for a very good price...!!!!!!!!!!!!

This location is a constant let down. The employees don’t care. They never have their seasonal product set up on time. Things online that say you can pick up in store at this location are never out on the sales floor.

Too many items to shop without sales help anywhere to be found. They need competition to get customer friendly.Otherwise you will find what you want eventually, but will dread having to go back.

Always enjoy Michaels, everywhere I go. Good finds in this location.

I visited Michaels and it was beyond pleasant experiences. The associate is very specialized in its field, so help was easily ready and I was able to receive almost expert opinion from the associate. The store is huge and has every items you crave for hobbying and painting. They have a huge collection of everything you can think of. And, the fact that store was squeaky clean didnt hurt at all! Try this store out!

Customer service is great and if you take advantage of the online coupons you are good to go. Didnt find everything I need .. they dont carry tailor chalk in this store. Other than not finding a few other things is a good place to go.

Michaels is still our go to place for arts and crafts. We were there last time to pick up supplies to help organize physical photographs from photo albums. While they have a limited selection, we had enough to start organizing. The 4x6 and 5x7 plastic photo organizers are built well. We did not like the larger case for photos as it was very flimsy. We were able to put the 4x6 and 5x7 photo organizers in the big plastic case but had to carry it with two hands. They have (almost) everything one could want for arts and crafts. Sales can be a good time to get better prices. In general, probably the best one-stop shop for arts and crafts supplies.

This store was clean and organized. Nice to browse around in. Lots of inventory and some pretty good sales going on.

I love Michaels since Im big on arts and crafts. Every time I go here the parking is very convenient since there are lots of spaces. Also, I always have coupons when visiting this store so on top of their sales I can also use those coupons and get it cheaper. Overall love the location, parking space and also the merchandise.

Pleasant trip! I havent been to Michaels in a while since its not all that close to me but this was a pleasant trip for me despite not quite finding what I needed. I visited around 5:30pm on a Wednesday and though there was barely anyone in the store. The associates were quite pleasant and helpful and even though they didnf have everything I needed, I still walked away a happy customer!
