[Very kind staffs] GNC.com made error on my order (I cancelled online order a while ago but they shipped it anyway, I called customer service, they are rude, I was told to return them to any store. So, I went to return, but in fact, the online order was not acceptable to return in store, BUT they accepted and refunded very kindly. I will come back again since not only GNC store in Fort Lee is closed, also their positive mind! Thank you

I’ve been to many GNC locations and I would have to say the Edgewater location is on the top of my list... The sales associate Jannafer (with the natural hair) was able to answer every question I had and offered her honest advice on the vitamins I was inquiring about... I live close to another GNC store but prefer to drive to this location(which is much further from my home) because I know the associates are knowledgeable about every product in the store... Highly recommend!!!

Im actually a sales associate in this location and would like to say I appreciate all the comments on this post good and bad. My customers will receive the best information to make objective decisions on their product selections. I have never and vow to never push products on any individual. Everyone receives customized support from me. In this industry there are multiple solutions for any one problem...Im just here to make it all simpler for your lifestyle.

I went to this GNC in Edgewater, I just have to say very happy with my experience there. The gentleman that helped was Vincent, he was down to earth and very knowledgeable about his products!!! I will be going here for now on !!Thank you Vincent

Walked in today and was greeted by jannafer & jesse! not only were they two enthusiastic employees, but really sweet people. the world is in a weird place right now but a moment of laughter and kindness really does go such a long way. i bought just one quest bar, and it became this chain of jokes, like who goes into GNC to buy ONE quest bar lol. anyways, definitely a high of my day! thanks guys.also the birthday cake quest bar was bomb.

AVOID at any cost.Store is old and least visited by any customer hence the supplies are old and expired, on top of that staff and manager (specially the afro lady) is very obnoxious.There are better places around for fresh and latest Vitamin supplies.

Best GNC experience Ive ever had. The salesman Vincent was great. Very helpful and actually concerned with getting me the right products for my specific needs verses typical pusher type sales you experience at most every other GNC location everywhere. Someone give that man a raise!

Lady there refused to take my returns stating that it was purchased from a different location hence no.After some convincing she started talking bad about the location I purchased the stuff from.Very unprofessional and mean, just want to sell their stuff.
