I discovered My Framing Store by doing a search on Google for a custom framer that works with sports and race memorabilia. My request for information to their website was quickly responded to by Eugenia, and every communication after that was met with the same rapid response time.The design process was just as quick and the end result is great. There was minor cosmetic damage to the frame during shipping which was easily resolved with a sharpie, and now it looks great hanging in my office.I have multiple maps from high adventure trips with my son that I am planning on having My Framing Store also frame for me, and I am excited to receive similar service.I would highly recommended them to anyone that is either local in NJ, or remote like me in KY.

I have been looking for a custom frame shop ever since I moved to NJ. I tried a few different places, they were all ok, then I found this store and I am in love! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly and courteous. I spent quite a bit of time with them and never ever felt rushed. In fact, I was able to get some good restaurant recommendations from them too! The work was spectacular, they had really great ideas and the best part was the entire staff seemed really passionate about what they do. A few people came in during the time to pick up their frames and had such positive reactions to the work they did. Sometimes you find a place that just feel right. I will be coming back soon with lots of more projects!

Shop is always nice and clean. Friendly service and consistent excellent work. Most of the time I dont have any ideas or plan on how to frame something but they always have great ideas. They are very friendly and able to work with my budget which I appreciate. They have a large selection of frames so I always find something that works perfectly, both in style and cost.

I felt very comfortable leaving my artwork with them. The framer introduced herself by name, and listened to all my concerns and expectations of the final product. She took the time to explain the process throughly and was very respectful handling my priceless map. It is over 200 years old and the entire piece was crumbing apart. They were able to preserve the map exactly as I had left with them and the frame was perfect. Place was much larger than it looked from the street. They had a good selection of frames but more importantly a framer who knew their product and trade.

Charming store. Stopped in to get Canadian passport photos taken after searching for a place that did them. They were very familiar with the specifications and my photos passed the requirements without any issues. Will be back next time I need my photos taken again.

I had my autographed Scott Stevens Jersey with a photo and mini banner from his retirement ceremony all framed with My Framing Store. Eugenia was able to easily meet all my requests for frame size, matting, cut outs and everything else with ease. I could not be happier with the final product and sensational quality of work. I never went to their store or met them personally; but based on the confidence I gained via email correspondence, I hired them to shadowbox my Fathers WWII Army service jacket, plus two photos and a brass plaque. The results (see photos) were stunning and far exceeded my expectation. The shadowbox hangs prominently in our home and draws you to it every time you enter the room. Additionally, working with Eugenia was very enjoyable. Her creative professionalism in designing and building this special monument to my Dad, as well as her patience and understanding in dealing with me, and my many “ideas and suggestions, made the entire process smooth and rewarding, and ultimately made it a success. Julie,Im sorry it took so long to reply, but putting together the jigsaw puzzle faces to be framed took a lot longer than expected. I visited The Framing Store on two consecutive days - to order and then to pick up the mats. Im not sure if you are one of the ladies that helped me, but the two women I talked to were very helpful as my artistic abilities are not what they should be. I have attached a photo of the framed jigsaw puzzle faces of my wife and me as well as our four grandchildren. Great experience at My Framing Store! I had an old and fragile heirloom frame that I wanted to use with a poster I obtained at an auction. All kinds of problems with it - chipped and destroyed moulding, broken frames with loose nails and no structural integrity, dirty old glass that had absorbed the images, wires on the backs that I cant believe held them up for half a century in my grandparents house, and plenty more.I took them to my framing and the staff knew exactly what to do with them right away. She examined them closely and pointed out details that I hadnt even noticed before, and laid out clear plans to fix and refresh every issue they had. She also was able to give me a little more background about how they were made, which I found fascinating. Also, the price she quoted me was amazing - I almost couldnt believe it. Huge bargain.They were done in a week time, and when we went to pick them up I almost couldnt believe my eyes. Wow! First, the backs were all totally new and redone, and as secure and sturdy as I could hope for. Nice new wires and good hooks for the walls. The glass was new too, and good preservation quality with buffers to keep the panes away from the art. The landscape was brighter, more vivid than Id ever seen it. The frames themselves were still the same material, but strengthened and reinforced, and all the cracks and fractures in the intricate woodwork and claywork were touched up, corrected, and painted to match. Looks incredible on my walls.Id highly recommend My Framing Store, great experience, great price, great product, great employees too. Thanks for making my family heirloom last many more generations!

I drive past this business everyday and decided to check them out when I needed my diplomas framed. As soon as you walk in, the atmosphere is so friendly and inviting. They display samples of their work throughout the store so theres plenty of examples to see. Staff was very helpful and gave such good ideas. Everything about them was just very pleasant. =)

I brought a vintage map in to be framed as a gift. I had never gotten anything custom framed before but the map had such a beautiful dated look that I wanted to do something special. I wasnt sure what style would suit it best but the owner was very helpful with recommending different options. Im really happy with how it turned out and will definitely come back in the future.---Just added a picture of another frame job that I got from the store. This was an old picture from my childhood that was actually pretty worn and had tears around the edges. I think they did a great job.

The glass on my frame recently broke during a move and I needed it replaced. I called them and the girl was extremely pleasant and professional. She offered to pick it up from the parking lot so I didnt need to leave my car. As soon as I pulled up, she greeted me and received my artwork. 10 minutes (maybe even less!) she returned with my frame, with a brand new glass installed. She even took the time to dust up and touch up the scratches on my frame! I am so happy to have found them. I recommended them to my neighbors and found out they have been using them for years and have been very pleased as well. I will definitely be coming back with more business!

I had a wonderful experience here. I bought an embellished giclée recently and took it here to be framed. The consultation was thorough, the price was very reasonable, and pickup was a breeze. My mom ordered a custom framing job, and all I did was pick it up, but the pick up process was so easily done. The woman who helped me was so very nice, and helpful. She opened up the pictures, and they looked wonderful! The frame was big, and when I left the store, she even held the door open for me. It was so appreciated. If there are any other needs for custom framing, my family will be coming here, and we will recommend it to anybody else who needs it done!

When I got married a few years ago, I got two frame jobs done on a couple of wedding photos for my grandmother and my husbands grandparents. They both turned out so great, my husband went back and got several other framing jobs done on a bunch of art that he purchased. They were good with communication and meeting your expectations! He was 26 and had struggled for many years to finally graduate from college. He was awarded his degree posthumously in January of 2019, which is the degree you’ve mounted for us.My younger daughter and he were inseparable. They were 18 months apart and each other’s best friend.When Chris passed, Marie Elena was in the midst of medical school. She was completely devastated by his sudden passing and took it very hard. But she made a promise to him that she would graduate, and as a result of losing her brother, chose a specialty in neurology, to help others suffering from epilepsy, the way Chris did.Not only did she succeed but she earned a residency at one of the top hospitals in the world...the Cleveland Clinic.Her graduation from medical school is next week. Originally we planned to throw her a graduation party and celebrate, but of course with the pandemic, everything is cancelled.When we asked what she wanted for her graduation present, she only asked for one thing....her brother’s diploma mounted in wood...as they had grown up looking at my own college diploma mounted this way since they were children. She plans to hang it in her medical office, alongside her own.We are driving out to Cleveland next week to be with her on her graduation day. Even though we won’t have a real graduation, I was hoping to at least be able to give her the diploma....Which is why I’m being such a pest and asking you to go to all this trouble.I would so greatly appreciate it if you could help make this happen...

I got my Canadian passport photo here and everything went smoothly, thank you. The only issue was I was under the impression the stamp ink would dry eventually, but it never did several days later. Just be really careful with the stamp.The process itself was super quick and the prices were reasonable. The person at the counter knew exactly what to do for a Canadian photo and got me setup immediately.

Ive used their services a few times so far, and Ive always been excited to see the finished result. Theyve made my diplomas, certificates, and posters look really professional and great. Great work! I had a 4.5 feet by 6 feet thick canvas print, that needed to be stretched and install mounting. They did a fabulous job on the stretching and gave me the nails for mounting on the wall. They added the proper wood frames on back for additional support and installed a wire to hang on the wall. We are very happy with the results. We are planning to use them again. They were cheaper than Michaels quote, but a tad bit more than Hobby Lobby. First time user, Kinjal

I have to tell you this place is diamond in the rough. You dont find these types of store anymore with online retailers selling cheap frames. This place treats your pictures and memorabilia with extreme care and love. They frame EVERTHING. From baby pictures, sports jerseys and basically precious you have. I wont go anywhere else for my framing.

If you are in NJ/NYC area and looking for Canada PR / Express Entry (or other streams) photos, My Framing Store is a great option.The service is prompt and not too time consuming.The photos worked perfectly for the documents submitted after PPR (passport request) and received CoPR (confirmation of PR) without any issues.Similarly, after landing, received the PR cards on time, without a request for resubmission of photos. Having the photos exactly as per the requirements, is very crucial for this step, otherwise youll have to send new photos matching specs, and wait for an another ~8 weeks to get the PR cards.

The staff is super helpful and extremely patient. My husband and I went back and forth trying to decide on a frame to get for our painting we got on our trip. They are so talented and better yet, their prices were super reasonable. They were almost 1/2 the cost of what a Michaels were trying to charge us. Were so glad to have found this place.

Ive been getting a lot of things framed recently, so I took that as an opportunity to sample the framestores around town. My search has ended. When I came in the first time, they was closing the shop but the young woman let me take all the time I needed. She helped me while I made decisions at my own pace. When I had made up my mind and wanted to be on my own way, even though it was late she didnt miss a beat helping me finish up the order. It was marvelous; if I never walk into another framestore again, I wont consider it to be the slightest loss.

I first started by bringing a friends wedding invitation in to get framed as a gift for her special day, when I saw the finished product, I decided I would do this for all of my friends. Everyone that sees the finished frame raves about how unique and beautiful it is, including the bride and groom. Ive gotten all of my friends wedding invitations framed since then, including my own very recently, and everyone loves them!! The owner really just has an eye for this stuff and just really knows how to make it special. Thank you so much!!!

Went here to get three posters mounted since they were all wrinkled. I first emailed them and they got back to me right away. Went to the store and customer service was great! Helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They did a great job mounting my posters! Turn around time was quick too. Will definitely be going here for any/all my framing needs.

The issue I have with this store. I had ordered a custom frame for a very custom hand drawn poster. First off, the person I had drop it off to get it done was told the frame was wood painted like stainless steel? Why not just get stainless steel frame? Either way its kind of irrelevant. So she calls a week later to find out the status and they said that last thursday the wood came in scratched. Why did they not call to let us know that it may be delayed or that they got scratched wood? Nope nothing. The lady at the front said the bottom of the receipt says no refunds, and no returns and that they would charge the card. However, she did in fact waive this. The point is, if you are time pressed or want to be kept informed of the situation with your precious pictures or posters. Go somewhere else.

This is my 5th or 6th year using MFS for a work project. Everything is always very, very nicely done and is always delivered on time (usually early). The prices are reasonable and the staff is always very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend and, of course, will be using again.

Annually we have pictures framed. They do a great job! Out framed photos are displayed in the main hallway at EHS. They are always polite, with a quick turn around time and great workmanship. My favorite, being a secretary, is they accept our district P.O.s. Win, Win!!!!!
