Called and scheduled windshield replacement. The guy gave me appointment for 2 days later and said the repair will take 1.5 hours. I dropped of the car at 8:30 when they open. The guy told me he will need couple of hours. No problem so far, they could have been nicer and have better customer service, but im here for repair not for welcomes and thankyous.When i dropped off the car the guy told me he will need couple of hours (not the 1.5 promised) which i was okay with, and told him i need the car done by 4. For which he said it will be. I call at 11 (2.5 hours after dropping off), he asked for another hour. No problem so far, i called and hour later.Now he is saying that he MIGHT be able to get it done by the end of the day. When asked for what reason he said “i think the windshield came damaged”. You think? You dont check the parts when they arrive?He told me that i can come pick up the car and we can do it another day. That means my broken windshield wasn’t even taken off. So what were you doing this whole time? I was the first customer through the door.No customer service. No regard for peoples time. No diligence in updating the customer on the status. No business ethics. No regard for peoples property.When i came to pick up my car, it was sitting in the lot with the key in (could have been stolen or battery could have drained) and windows wide open (could have had stuff stolen from inside)Long story short, taking my business to North Brunswick Auto Glass, who quoted me $75 cheaper and will be coming to my house for installation.

They took great care of my car and followed covid protocol.

Made arrangements through NJ Manufacturers insurance. Brought car in the next day. Windshield was promptly replaced and car was left nice and clean. Attention to detail by the technician. Hope I wont have to but would come here again if needed. Easy people to deal with.

If only I could give zero stars....This company does not return calls at all. Has long wait times when calling them. After waiting a week for a call back I was able to schedule a technician to come in to measure curved table top for glass cover at 8:30 AM. No show. Called rep said she spoke to technician and they couldnt come today and the tech didnt know anything about it. Terrible customer service. Try another company unless this sounds like a fun way to spend your time.Update late (like the service). Weeks later got call back and finally was successful in completing the purchase. Tech who delivered glass very helpful. Raised rating from 1 star to 2 stars.

Satisfied Customer. I had a terrible experience somewhere else and decided to look at other options. From the moment I called and the way my call was handled, I knew I contacted the right place. My windshield was replaced within an hour, no issues. I recommend this place, stay away from Safelite.

Very rude and unprofessional. I decided not to proceed with them due to the very rude lady that answered the phone and gave me my estimate quote. Due to her attitude alone I would never recommend this place to anyone, but the price of the quote was outrageous. I was able to get a much cheaper price from a big chain service provider. Do not waste your time getting a quote.

Needed plexiglass for a back door. No problem. Gave the dimensions and picked up the next day. On rt one north just past Woodbridge ave. My new go to place.

They are helpful & get the job done right. Explained other issues with how window was put in previously before moving forward. Ive used them for over 17 years for various car windows that needed to be replaced.

Some idiot busted my drivers door window over the weekend. I called at 9am on a Monday morning; they had the glass in at 11:30. I brought my car over there, and they installed it immediately while I waited. They took less than an hour and charged exactly the price they quoted over the phone, which was better than I found anywhere else in the area. A+

NEVER GET BACK TO YOU. Beth blames it on the service guys. dont know who to blame but I needed windows and called 5 times. She said I will get you a quote by end of day. That was 3 days ago. Still nothing.. Dont use them.

Great place we have school buses that theyve repaired several broken windows on it without any issues.
