I was looking for a very specific part for my house that only few places had and most only sold to businesses and plumbers only. Found G.P.S online thru Google and was skeptical about ordering a part from a place I didn’t know. Decided to try it anyway and cannot be more than happy. They had my part in stock, ordered it Thursday, got it shipped to my door in Indiana Saturday. Would recommend and definitely order again.

We were hoping that wed be able to tell your consultant what we were looking for and that hed take us around the showroom and point us in the direction of things that matched our needs. However, he sat down at his computer and was searching your website. We could have done that ourselves. We left after about ten minutes, feeling we had wasted our time coming to GPS.

Excellent experience. Worked with Scott to finalize our 2 bathroom renovations. He knew the stuff to pay attention to and helped make the decisions so that it would fit right in our bathrooms. He also knew what makers made what and where to find it to get the items we would need. The area was super spacious and clean. Im very happy with the assistance and knowledge of the products and installation of them as well. He also noted that he had personal experience with those items over a long period of time.

As a consumer I had to reach out to GPS in Edison today because the original plumbing contractor did not do his job properly. This was time consuming and beyond what a homeowner should have to go through. My first encounter at GPS was Katryn who was professional and polite. She got everything I needed set up for new plumbers to go ahead with the change out of water heaters.. I must say I wasnt expecting this as customer service these days is poor or non existent. She/GPS turned this nightmare of a water heater re-install into a perfectly coordinated experience. Thank you Kathryn/GPS

I remodeled all three bathrooms in my home and worked with Kathy Cox in the showroom. Kathy worked with me through the whole process. Picking out vanities, sinks and all the other accessories I needed to compete the job. Great service and follow-up! I recently had a bathroom installed and purchased all of my equipment including plumbing, faucets, vanities, tub, and countertop from General Plumbing Supply. Anytime that my contractor had a question concerning installation, they were right on top of it. Awful prices and awful service make for an awful experience. Both the sink and garbage disposal I was interested are far less expensive online. When I told the salesperson Holly that the price she quoted me for a garbage disposal was about double the price that it sold online she was clearly not happy with me. After receiving a quote for a sink drying rack accessory from Holly I told her Id think about it and that maybe Id look to see if it is cheaper online. She told me to go buy it there then and walked away and ignored me after that. Keep in mind that the two items I came in two purchase (a sink and faucet) I was prepared to purchase from them and came to about $1000. It was only the price of a $120 sink accessory that I said Id think about and of course the garbage disposal which I didnt plan on buying there anyway and didnt even think they sold. Oh and when I got home, I looked up the sink online and it was about $150 less expensive at Lowes. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.

GPS could be one of the worst businesses I have ever work with. They make mistakes, lie, and completely unethical. The biggest problem is not the sales help, but the fact that this lack of concern originates from the office of the president and includes all their managers. My suggestion is to please stay clear of them.

We went to GPS along with half a dozen other similar stores, and couldnt have been happier with our service at GPS. The showroom was great, and we found a piece that surpassed anything else we had seen. The staff was extremely helpful, and took additional steps to make sure we had everything we needed.
