The installation from the time of internet purchase was 21 days! This was smack-dab in the middle of the Pandemic. The installers were professionals and if you have never seen a pool table assembled, felted and leveled...take the day off and watch. These guys are artists and it was really exciting to watch the table transform into the final work of art. I spent many months online researching the best fit pool table for our home and Pooltables.com wasball of $2,000 less expensive than the others. Working with Justin at pooltables.com was a pleasure - I received a call to schedule delivery and installation within minutes of ordering. Our installation was delayed because the installer got sick - though frustrating, i appreciated the transparency of the company in letting us know and not putting us at risk and we were able to reschedule quickly. the installers arrived early and worked fast - they were very nice and took extra care to make sure the table was positioned perfectly, aligned with the light above it and far enough from the walls and windows in the room - even with a hiccup or 2, our experience was great - the customer service was outstanding - I would highly recommend buying here, they went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our final result - thank you!

I bought the pool table from these guys after doing extensive research and I think this is the best I have seen both in quality, price and customer experience. The delivery was on time and the installation guys were very professional and took their time to do the job right. Most importantly, both Justin and Michael were very good in helping me select the right table for my needs and were very patient in answering all my questions, before, during and after the sales process.

Sometimes things just dont work out the way they should but Justin from pooltables.com will do whatever it takes to make it right and his pride in customer satisfaction really shows.
