Very attentive sales reps. She informed me which boots were vegan and shared the history of them being brought out and new, upbeat styles were added. I wear womens size 11, which was too tight at the toe so I ended up with a patent leather dark green pair in mens. A little too wide as they dont have half sizes so Ill be wearing 2 pairs of socks with them.
Store attendant asked if she might be able to use their polish on my old docs I had been wearing that have been worn down from over 6 years of use. I said yes and she ended up making my shoes look brand new. I was about to throw them out/ replace them and I couldn’t believe how amazing they looked when she was finished with them. So grateful! 🖤
We drove from PA to this store to get just the right boots for my daughter, who is on the autism spectrum and has very specific taste in footwear due to sensory issues. A young woman with curly hair (employee 2331, according to our receipt) was exceptionally kind and patient, helped my daughter find exactly the right pair and was just so friendly, warm, and caring. Can’t say enough about her welcoming, sensitive customer service. Thank you very much!
Went there with my husband to buy our Vacation sandals. The girl who attended us was very nice but the rest were so ANNOYING. We were having coffee and they keep telling us to put the mask on while drinking. We were trying to tried on shoes and they were on our back with the mask instead of worry about providing us with a good service. At the end they were all in a corner looking at us like we had a deceased and a guy came out to tell us to put a mask on my 5 year old stepson that was with us as well. I had to leave the store with him while my husband paid for our purchase which by the way wasnt what we were supposed to buy because we wanted to buy way more but with the stress we just had to leave. An advice? Be nicer to customers and stop looking at them and talking between yous and HELP them. Thats why business are going down because employees bad attitude and poor customer service are killing the industry

I went to this shop recently to purchase my first pair of doc martens and the staff was so friendly and helpful! I was helped out by Liz and she was very kind and polite and helped me find a size and style that fit me perfectly! She explained to me exactly how the shoe should fit so that I would be most comfortable. I would definitely go back to this store to buy another pair!

I don’t remember her name, but a lovely employee with blonde curly hair was so kind and helpful to me. I felt so bad because I really wanted a pair of shoes they did not carry so I had to buy them online, and I felt so bad because I work retail and I know how it feels to have your time “wasted” by somebody just looking/trying to find their size, but she was so sweet. This girl needs a raise is she doesn’t already have one! I don’t know her name, but her employee number is 002457 on my receipt! It’s always a great feeling to be recognized for your hard work and she deserves it! I will most definitely be coming back when I want my next pair. :)
I have tried to return boots 8 /16/20, having felt safe enough to travel out in the mall to begin . the boots were purchased 2/17/20, new never worn in the box they came in in the bag In the bag that was given to me by them with logo, as well as inserts never worn in a box never cut with a receipt ready in hand they refused to take them back the only issue is the time factor, which is unfair, manager Ray did not explain to me a good enough reason why he refused them when there were items on shelf displayed of the same boots .the store same new condition, this store is located at 55 Parsonage Road store in the Menlo Park mall New Jersey USA, refuses to accept them and stated it was too long, that was the only issue, I had reminded him of the pandemic we are in, I don’t know why I had to but of course some folks & businesses don’t care, I will never buy another product from Dr. Martens store anywhere in the world again and advertise the same. Even to my 5 adult children & there people who love the product, and hope even a district manager sees this which I’ll complain on him or her & go higher up from there .

Fun store and great staff. I’ve always been dying for pair and would go in all the time and check them out. I finally was able to buy some red loafers and I love them. The music is awesome and great break for the bombardment of Christmas music at the rest of the mall. The guy there even gave me the mall employee discount (10%) when he saw I worked at macy’s.
Definitely the best Docs store in the area, they have the most variety of styles and sizes. Renee helped me, and she was suuuper informative but wasn’t pushy like most sales people. I would 100% recommend!
The best Doc Marten store in the area, people like Ray, Kelly and Nasir will help you find what not only looks great, but is comfortable and in your price range. I never felt pressured to purchase anything and they had everything well stocked. If you need a pair of docs, go to the Menlo Park Mall store, its well worth the drive if youre from out of town.
Worked with Samera and she gave AMAZING customer service. Answered all my questions and helped me pick out the perfect choices. I called the store multiple times to try to see if they had my shoes and she was the only one kind enough to pick up and help me. She reserved my shoes and even offered to show me other pairs I could possible love.
The shoes are of excellent quality, a great throwback, and look fantastic. Unfortunately, I had a not-so-great experience with one of the staff members at Menlo Park Mall. I received a pair of boots as a gift. They were a bit tight as the sales lady at the other mall informed my husband they run big, but we could always exchange them as long as they weren’t worn outside. Not a problem. The salesman was skeptical about the exchange because there were creases in the shoes. He made me feel like a lier. I understand they must deal with other customers who are trying to get away with shady returns, but that’s not what I was trying to do. They gave me a pair to try on and sure enough, after a few minutes of wearing them in the store, there were creases in the shoes. The other staff member was quite pleasant to me.My husband was interested in trying on a pair of boots for himself. After I was thoroughly unsatisfied with the experience, he changed his mind. He’s going to opt ordering online.
