I have experienced good service in terms of delivery scheduling with no issues except for severe weather circumstances or the like. I also like their online scheduling and notification system as it is very convenient especially the ability to add an extra delivery last minute. Their payment system used to be dysfunctional for debit/credit cards for a while until they upgraded it and it has become much better now. Our main problem, however, is that we mainly use their service to get water delivered to our front door to avoid the hassle of carrying heavy cases of water upstairs to the our residence. After they started leaving it outside the building, I emailed customer service. It took them several weeks to respond which is quite disappointing. After making a promise to honor our request for front door delivery, they did it again and left four heavy cases of water to carry up to the third floor which makes their service completely useless to us. We could have purchased these from any where else cheaper if that was the case. Repeating this again will let us re-consider ordering from this company again.

NOT worth the hassle.The convenience of having water delivered to your house is great if they show up. While they do email you and have a new app, Crystal Springs will frequently change the schedule without warning the day of scheduled delivery. My last water deliver for my 2-week schedule was on 8/30/21 and I have had my water delivery moved several times already, and now the website says my next delivery is 10/7. I have been a customer for over 3 years and it has been an exhausting experience trying to determine if my water will arrive or not. Additionally, the quality of the bottles are not always checked as I have received bottles with cracks in them multiple times (at least every few months) and found out only when slipping on a puddle near the machine.One of the biggest gripes I have with this company is with their customer service, which is fairly useless because the main branch is in Florida. When I call to confirm a delivery date or identify what the issue is, it really doesnt matter because customer service will just read back to you whats on the website or say that they will email the branch manager. Its clear theres no communication between the main branch and the local branch.At this point, I will be looking for Berkey and suggest that you do too. Its more economical and you will always have water on hand.

This was one of the absolute worst experiences with a company ever! After weeks of back and forth with the company, my water was delivered (3 weeks late). When I called later to increase the order, I was told to expect the water the next day. That never happened, I can tell you that much. I finally decided to cancel the company and to my surprise, they were ready to pick up the rented fountain and empty jugs the very next morning. Interesting how that works. I do not recommend this service to ANYONE. It is absolutely atrocious and unprofessional.

I have to give them one star for customer service. I receive a monthly delivery and rent a water cooler from them and I have called several times to have the water cooler replaced because it is garbage. It was scratched all over when they delivered it to me and now the top keeps popping off and the indicator light no longer works. I can NEVER get a person on the phone. I have also emailed them through their website, they NEVER respond. I am actually on hold right now once again trying to get someone on the phone. 40 minutes so far. I am about to cancel the service and just go with someone else. Update: I called back again and chose the option to have them return my call. They did call back this time and the agent I spoke with was very helpful and sent out a new cooler with my next delivery. This company should really sort out their call center hold times and I would rate them higher.

I would not recommend this company. They consistently skip our water deliveries with no call or notice. Every time they did this and I call they had no reason and told me that we will get a delivery in another two weeks. Every time I would have to speak with a manager to get my water delivered soon. It was such a waste of time that I canceled. Do waste your time or money with this company.

This company is horrible. I had a water delivery that got pushed one day at a time for a week. I would call at 6:00pm at night and talk to someone in Florida at their corporate HQ and they said someone would still be out that night. Edison office closes at 5:30 so how would that even happen? Needless to say I cancelled my water with them. I cancelled on 9/10/21 and was told to have my water bottles and rental cooler outside for 9/13/21. Everyday when I sign on it says we hate to see you leave you equipment will be picked up with the date of that day. Well it’s 10/4/21 at 5:51pm and I have 7 water bottles and a cooler still in front of my house but the site said they will still be here today. The Edison office is closed for the day. I asked to speak to a supervisor on 9/29/21 and was told I would hear from them within 72 hours and I still haven’t gotten a call. They don’t care about the customer at all and I feel bad for whoever get my cooler on a rental. It has seen multiple rain storms and nobody seems to care. If I could give this company 0 stars I would.

Scheduled a date for my cooler and bottles to be picked up but they never came. Sent an e-mail with no response. Called and waited an hour with no response. I’m on hold again so I guess we will see what happens? Crystal springs is the worst water service provider. The delivery arrives only when the driver is in the mood to deliver the water. Deliveries are skipped for months. 2 months and counting...Customer service number takes an hour and half to talk to a real person, any time of the day. The customer service person told me to go fill the bottles at a nearby Walmart. How rude??? Like I Dont know where else to get water. The customer service person says I will get the delivery in 5 days and no sign of the delivery guy after 5 days. If I call back, they do the same thing again. But no water for 2 months. I am canceling my service and recommend everyone to not subscribe to this service. Very very bad!!!

I was supposed to get a delivery on July 7 and still have not heard back anything, today is July 18. I called at least 5 times and was always told someone would call shortly . When I asked one of the customer service person am I supposed to arrange water for myself since they are not giving any date when water would be delivered, I got a prompt reply that if I can arrange for myself I can go ahead and do so . Thank you for your permission !!!!!!!!!!!! I am definitely looking at some other vendors.

The level of dysfunction and ineptitude at the management level of this company is unimaginable.I have been on the phone with his company more times than I have with people who are close friends of mine, they simply are incapable of solving issues and providing good customer service.It is almost as if there is no communication at all between the delivery side and the corporate sideAs an example, here is the most recent issue-Due to the pandemic, my water delivery needs at my business have decreased significantly as people are not really in the office as much.After having some bottles delivered, I requested that they not deliver more until I give them notification to do so. They did not listen, and delivered more. I ended up keeping them because I figured I would just use them eventually.I notified them that I already have too many, please do not deliver any more water at this office. I put out some of the empties and I called the company and said please do not replace them. I also put a hand written note on top of the empty bottles saying please do not replace these bottles just take them.I returned to my office the following day to find not only the four bottles I left for pickup still there, but additionally ANOTHER four bottles making a total of EIGHT more five gallon bottles.This is not the first time this has happened, it’s not even the third time. There have also been any other issues where customer service and some thing is taken care of and it absolutely is not, I cannot begin to share my frustration with how many wasted phone calls are spent dealing with this.Find. Another. Company.

This is astonishing. I called and ordered recurring delivery. Got my delivery date and waited. I received an email rescheduling the delivery, ok, stuff happens, so I waited. no delivery came so I called. we will have the delivery people contact you directly, we dont know why you didnt get your delivery. No one contacted me. Waited all the next day, still no delivery so I called again and was told no one can figure out why, but your order was cancelled I told them, thats fine, leave it cancelled and Ill hire another water service, this obviously wasnt meant to be. They apologized and I called Poland Spring and ordered from them.Today I get an email that today is my delivery from Crystal Springs. Huh?This is the most incompetent company Ive ever attempted to do business with. Ive done absolutely nothing wrong and they keep making the problem worse and more complex. Stay Away. Never use them.

Beeen very satisfied with the service overall, we dont like the tap water in Jersey CIty, so having an option to get water delivered is great.They do a fantastic job overall, we had a couple of times where we couldnt be here for the delivery or so, but usually theyre very good at working out things.The old website was a bit confusing, but the new one is great, consider not getting a water dispenser tower, but instead one of those rechargeable thingies from amazon, is much cheaper and convenient.

Horrible service. They would constantly miss deliveries, then reschedule without letting me know. My HOA will not allow me to leave empty bottles for pick up outside my house longer than 1 day, and on multiple occasions Crystal Springs would cancel my delivery/pickup last minute and reschedule it the next day without even telling me! I would have to call their Customer Service just to get any information about it being rescheduled. On top of that, even when you call, it takes 20 minutes to speak to someone even in off-peak times. Ive had one or maybe two decent interactions with their agents on the phone but their Customer Service as a whole depends on which agent picks up the phone. Switched to Nestle Life and Im loving it so far. I tried, Crystal Springs! I really tried....Youve betrayed me!!

Never been delivered water on time. Never came on schedule date either. No courtesy call from anyone related to delay or not able to come on schedule time or date. You need to call multiple times to get your work done. (if you are lucky). I will never recommend Crystal Springs (DS Services) to any of my friends or family. DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED !! Wish we could put 0 stars. Dont know how this company is still in business. From day 1 their scripted word is worth nothing. They rarely showed up to deliver when they were supposed to, gave them 2 years to get it right, finally gave up. Now were trying to get them to pick up their 5 bottles so we can get our deposit back, forget it. Our bottles are outside for at least 3 weeks, they tell us theyre on their way every time we call. Cant believe Costco has anything to do with such a terrible company. Buy your bottles from ShopRite, much less aggravation

Signed up through Costco years ago...when they are on time they are great, but when the driver takes vacation or they have logistics issues then any number of calls to customer service wont help. I was told 5 days in a row that my missed delivery was coming tomorrow, but it never happened. All apologies, but in the end no water was delivered so had to buy from shoprite. Have to wait for the next bi-weekly cycle now. This happens a few times a year so be ready for the ride...

As a long term customer I enjoyed getting water delivery but my delivery day was always changing. I didn’t mind that but over the summer my water cooler stoped working. When I called they quickly sent a replacement but it was an old used cooler and it tasted like the water coming out was moldy. Again a replacement was sent but I saw a bug on it. Delivery guy claimed it was a “Beatle”. A month later we started seeing more “Beatles” in our kitchen. Upon investigating they were cockroaches and the whole cooler was full of them. When I called all that was offered was to replace it. We opted to close our account instead but this company could care less that they gave us products with cockroaches. I have contacted customer service multiple times hoping something would be resolved before reviewing.

Customer service is very poor. we cancelled the service and months later they were still charging us. When I called the person had no idea what was going on and had to transfer us. upon being transferred they said we had a charge from when we cancelled and additional late fees. they were trying to charge us more than the invoice said even though the invoice had arrived the same day. They had never informed us of a balance before asked to have late fee removed. they could not do so. dont waste time with these people.

Even for the setup the delivery guy was very accommodating with our schedule. I mean its a water service you leave the empty bottles out and they bring you full ones not really rocket science...

They’re suppose to deliver yesterday they told me because of weather they would make it out today. I have had nothing but issues with this company from the beginning. When they delivered the water dispenser a cockroach came out the box when delivery man was setting it up. Anytime I try to make a change on the website it never went through. I never received a bill in the mail and when I call they tell me my account is in collections now. I call the collection agency to make a payment on a Monday at 9 a.m. and they are closed. I will never do business with Crystal springs ever again, I hope they go out of business.

HORRIBLE, TOO BAD I CANT GIVE 0 STARSThey often miss our deliveries, incorrectly charge us, and to make matters worse, they send you a delivery calendar for the year, but they themselves dont follow it. For instance, their calendar will say water delivery on February 23rd, but suddenly theyll show up on February 14th to deliver water.... Then not knowing youre stuck with a bunch of empty bottles.Their calendar changes all the time. No updates, no calls, no delivery reminders, nothing from them!We called and complained several times. But guess what, they are just employees who really dont care.We originally signed up through Costco, and called to let them know how hard it is to do business with an incompetent, disorganized, unprofessional company like Crystal Springs Water.Horrible. Were going back to Poland Spring,. They charge more, but there is no aggravation.

They skip deliveries and they charge us even if they dont provide services. And after the multiple delivery skips I cancelled their services In August and buy my own water dispenser and buying water from Walmart on my own.After the cancellation the actual pain started. They schedule to pickup the water dispenser and empty cans. I took day off and waited for them, they never shown up. I called them, they said the truck person is behind schedule he will come. We signed up for water delivery services with DS services via. Costco. Since last week we have been promised water delivery 5 times and still not water yet. The customer service agent always promises for delivery but water doesnt get delivered. This is the 2nd time this happened this year. DS Services has lack of coordination on water delivery schedules and water doesnt get delivered on time. I dont understand why Costco advertises DS services on their website.

The local branch is wilfully negligent and incompetent. constantly missed deliveries without explanation or notice. not even a courtesy call when missed a delivery. even after i cancelled the account, they refuse to pick up 9 5-gallon bottles. They have missed the pick-up 3 times already without explanation.... still counting. the route manager is never available and then outright lies when contacted through the customer service. This is the worst company to get water delivery from. Delivery rep is an out right liar. Never received my delivery on Feb 19, 2016. Delivery rep states customer wasnt home I have been with this company for at least 12 years one would think that after all these years they would have this right. I always got a phone call the night before my delivery to remind me of my delivery and to leave my empty bottles out. When I first started with this company with the original owners they were great but since they sold it to these owners it has been a disaster. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone not even an animal shelter.

I am an ex-customer who used to get 2 or 3 5-gallon purified bottles home delivery with cooler rental for 1 &1/2 years. Went over a year without much problems, then suddenly deliveries get missed and schedules get changed without any notification. Although the local management is likely at fault, central customer service does not know what local management is doing, and vice versa. Deliveries sent by central are not recognized by locals. Central is professional and are willing to reimburse funds for the errors AFTER you complain. They are a massive company after all. From my initial experience I wouldve rated them higher, but the past 4 months have been consistently inconvenient and not worth it.

This company is terrible !!!!! They delivered water to my address when I am NOT even a customer. I did NOT order any water from them and when I got home to see 6 containers of water on my front lawn. I called them to inform them about their ERROR and was put on hold for 45 mins!!!! This is not even my water which Im calling for !!!! I wanted to do the right thing and call them to let them know that they made a mistake and was put on hold for so long. What a disgraceful company!
