If I could give it no stars I would this place is so highly disrespectful and they discriminating against someones age, I went in and made a return used my i.d everything was fine now I do returns like once a week because clients change there minds all the time I never have a problem unless there is this female there who is short with blonde and brown hair she is a nasty woman she believes any young person who comes in there is just a theif and will refuse a return or lie and say it denied the return which never is denied and in the last two days I spent 4000 dollars there and today I had to return some stuff for a client and she denied it because of my i.d which is the same i.d I always use and she denied my exchange for my razor that has a lifetime warranty which she cant do because its not a home depot product its Milwaukee so thats not good and also she is making my business look bad because now my clients are stuck with 200 in material or have to go and return it them self which is not rite and she pretty much said to the other lady why does he need a pro account and I doubt that was clients she just doesnt believe someone who is young can have a successful business all she has to do is look at my pro account and see how much money I spend there and return there its on my pro account I have a gold status on my pro account, so I speak to the manager and he sticks up for her and says she is sweet and isnt at fault Im at fault I was in the wrong I should have followed policy which I spoke to the main headquarters and they said no matter what is wrong with your I d as long as you have one they have to take the return epically when u have a pro account, I have never been so disrespected in my life because Im young I stole it and returned it like come on now just stop thats so wrong, my pro account speaks for itself also I have clients who I do work for and Im talking people who spend 10000 on material and are very important people and I will never bring my business back there, so good job home Depot not only did you lose a great business customer but I promise I will have some of the biggest companies never go there again,, I cant wait to speak to the regional manager
