Ice cream tasted good, but pricey!Customer service can improve.

A must go to place. I love their ice cream & when i was back to my country Pakistan then i missed this place & its ice cream. They have lot of varieties of chocolates & believe me theyre very special. Highly recommended place.

Who doesnt love chocolate- especially Godiva. I stop in here time to time. Besides the normal stuff they also serve things like ice cream and hot chocolate which are both sooooooo delicious and worth the detour. I go out of my way winter & summer seasons.

Chocolate tastes immaculate! 10/10 will go again! definitely recommend singing up for their Godiva Chocolate Rewards club, worth it!

I first came to Godiva a few years ago looking for a gift. I didnt know what to get and asked the woman behind the counter for suggestions. She showed me a variety of products as well as the latest in their line, and suggested a very nice gift box that I purchased. I asked the woman her name (she told me it was Sandy) and let her know how helpful she was and how impressed I was with her great customer service and all the helpful suggestions. She also gave me a sample to try. I fell in love with the chocolate and brought home some of that for myself. We struck up a conversation and I found her very witty and funny. That added greatly to the experience. Needless to say, the recipient of my gift was very impressed and happy.I love the chocolate, of course and go back for more for me when Im at the mall, but I always look forward to seeing Sandy. She is always friendly and makes me laugh every time. Its like coming to see a friend!

If you are chocolatier of course your going to love it. There ice cream is always great literally when I go to the mall i always tend to buy some sweets for my wife. It can be pricey on certain chocolates but it does go with its name. They are good for everyone and they have a nice reward system as well if you go there a lot to get chocolates

Love their chocolates but they are bit pricey. Other thing I like as well is the chocolate/ truffle shakes which I liked the most.Plus good place to purchase chocolate for giving it as a gifts to friends and family

Service was very poor. 2 stars because I know the chocolate is good. But I didnt end up buying anything because poor customer service. Took forever for anyong to help and ring us up... So I just left. Bye.

A delightful selection of chocolates and truffles including strawberry. Join their club and get a free item every month. Service here was attentive but not cheerful.

You can find all kind of Godiva chocolates in there ! Its heaven for me! Love it. Their chocolate is delicious. Little pricy thou. Highly Recommend

I recently placed an online order which, when initially sent, was totally incorrect. Despite my upset after opening the package and realizing their error, once I spoke with Godiva, they quickly rectified the situation and I received the products ordered within two days!

Im appalled by the behavior of this location. We were on a field trip at menlo Park Mall, and the staff at this location was nothing short of rude. I understand that kids running into your store can be an annoyance, I used to work retail myself, but to tell kids you only give samples when they are with a counselor, and then yelling at my staff once the campers pulled her in, is completely uncalled for.First of all, there were about two other camps in this mall today. So we werent the only kids there.Second of all, is your staff not aware that middle school aged kids will spend all of their money on candy, if treated with respect?Third of all, how is any of this my counselors fault? My kids were respectful and kind. The only thing this store can get angry about is that they were walking in. Not once did these campers mess up any of your displays, and they were being heavily supervised at all time.How unprofessional of you. If anybody needs to be yelled at, its the staff at this store for how they treat people simply due to their age.

Nothings better than chocolate! Its always tempting to be in a godiva store. I recommend the barks ... the one with almonds... absolutely amazing. The store was kind enough to hand out a treat to our son on Halloween. He was very excited! The service here is always courteous and prompt.

Love the hot chocolate but customer service is the worst ever. Need to communicate with customers more and smile. Please learn how to saythank you. I was there 26th January 2019 around 10:30am and 11:30am.

Great customer service! I was ordering some stuff from Godiva online and by the time I went to check out its said they were out of stock of a certain item I wanted. I called the store up and they had it at the store. I went there to make my purchases for three of my kids. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made my bags look really nice for my girls. I would shop here again.

We had a wonderful experience getting treats for my wife. A wonderful young lady gave us amazing service.

I was helped by Sandy. She an older woman that is way past her prime and aged about as well as milk. She is a RUDE and very unpleasant person. Even when she tried to smile it was easy to see past it. She had a comment for everything. Over all horrible experience. Chocolate was good as usual but service is half of the luxury experience. If youre going to charge almost $60 a LB for chocolate not to mention the overpriced strawberries you better make me feel special in regards to the purchase. I will ABSOLUTELY not be coming back. She deserves to get fired and i hope she does.
