I just want to start off by saying that I am very disappointed in the service that I was provided here at Ray Catena Land Rover. I brought the car in for a repair on the windshield, which was slightly cracked. My vehicle was taken in and the car was slighty low on coolant along with an active recall on the vehicle. However, as the car was returned to me, it was given back very dirty, significantly dirtier on the exterior than when it was brought in. On top of that, the coolant on the vehicle was left exactly the same and the recall was left unserviced as well. Out of all the vehicles I have and had, this is by far the most disappointing experience I have had at any service center. Common courtesy would be to, at the very least, inspect the vehicle as well as slightly clean it when it is returned to a customer. None of that was provided to me. As a luxury brand it is very disappointing that this is the service that has been provided to me and I will definitely take that into consideration when leasing my next vehicle. At some of the other service centers that I have been to, Honda being one of them, I have always been given the car back fully inspected as well as all fluids being at appropriate levels. I highly do not recommend anyone bringing their vehicle to this service center. I for sure will not consider renewing or getting a new lease with Ray Catena. Very disappointed in this service center.
I enjoyed my experience. There was not much waiting time. They were efficient and on time. They offered free shuttle/Uber service. I think they are very experienced. Tony was my advisor. My car drives much better now, though the price was unexpectedly high. I appreciated this great service.

Thomas Grzybek provides superior and personal service. My families experience with Thomas and his staff happens to be excellent. We would not consider having our service to our automobiles provided by anyone else. I really believe they treat your cars as though it is one of their own personal automobiles. The team at Ray Catena Land Rover is truly professional. My service advisor, Doug B. was phenomenal and made sure that service was performed on my car as promised. I was very impressed with both Doug and his manager, Tom G. taking the time to follow up with me after service to make sure that my expectations were met and/or exceeded. Great job!
I received the same exact service at Priceton Land Rover 7 months ago for $90 less and more thorough inspection report. Poor value.

Vinny was able to find the exact Range Rover that i wanted to purchase. He was excellent from the get-go. Over a phone call, he took down all the specs that i wanted and within 30 minutes he was able to find me the car that i wanted.It wasnt just the fact that he found me what i wanted. But i was extremely impressed by all his follow-ups up and professionalism until the time i got the car.Thank you Vinny for all your help!Highly recommended!!

Always great experience here. They are always very courteous and helpful. They do great work and complete little extras to ensure you are happy. Very timely and if you have to wait, they have a great lounge to have some coffee, watch tv, or work on your laptop.
Excellent !!!. Every time me and my wife go to the dealership we always receive a good attention, specially from Mike Loretto. He is definitely a good agent. He always make sure our car is an a great condition because he takes care of the minimum problem regarding the vehicle. Definitely if you want some that love your vehicle as much as you do, ask for him. He is the best !!!
They gave me a quote for an Evoque.I later figured out that Land Rover website was offering $150 less per month for the same car. Asked them to honor what I see on the website, but came up with nonsense stories.Just do not waste your time dealing with these guys.
By far the worst service. Got a cracked windshield. Made appointment on line in Dec. next available appointment was Jan. Wrote on line what the issue was. I wasted my time going to LR service to be told the windshield needed to be ordered. They couldn’t call me and save me a trip? It’s been 4 weeks and still no windshield. Now the windshield won’t be available until end of Feb, really??? The woman at the service desk said it was “intergalactic”. Intergalactic?! Are you kidding?!
RIP off wish I never visited them go elsewhere plz
