Before anyone reads this review, I would like you to know that this has been the first time that I have ever written a bad review on a business, being that I am a business owner myself and know the effects a bad review can have on a business. However, I do not want anyone to experience what I experienced when I dealt with this company.Worst experience ever!!!! This company was really really quick to take my payment of over $600 for an address stamp, mailing labels and 2 part carbon less forms. (I gave them a sample of the quality of paper I would like). However, the items took over 7 days to be ready and when I finally did receive the items the 2 part carbon less forms were made from the worst paper quality that I had ever seen!!! The paper rips when attempting to pull apart the top paper from the carbon paper. When I contacted the individual handling my order, I explained to her that this paper is of the worst quality I had ever managed and that I am not able to use these forms. She did not want to replace them with the exact quality of paper I had previously given her to use as an example when I placed my order. She wanted me to pay another $350 to have my order replaced with good quality paper. This company did not delivered the goods they had promised me. Now Im stuck with 2,500 forms of the worst quality ever!!!! This is the worst customer service I had ever experience!!!!!

You explain to them what service youre looking for, they will scoff at you over the phone and hang up. Very professional. Maybe the call was accidentally disconnected.But if I am being honest, from my perspective Im certain I heard a noticeable noise of irritation in response to my inquiry, as though your employee was annoyed at what I was asking, then hung up on me.I dont take the time to type out my negative experience with a business unless Im sure of what happened.Please. I came to them last minute to print postcards for a huge event that very night. They worked with me and cooperated on time, even though it was last minute. They were very understanding and easy to coordinate with, and understood exactly what I wanted out of the postcards. Prices are extremely reasonable, and great and kind staff. The postcards looked beautiful, everyone at the event loved them. Good quality!

Great service and great turn around time. My firm was launching our Impact Report and needed 25 hard copies of the 21 pages full color report. Order was placed in the morning, they sent notification job done that same afternoon. We are happy to work with them.

I went to minute press to have some copies made and they charged me .50$ a sheet! For black and white! I spent $25 on copies!! Thats ridiculous! Then the staff was unkind as I tried to get some details and they seemed unhappy that I had come with such a small job for them. Then it took them forever to figure out how to make copies on their own machine! Granted I should have left when I realized the price was criminally high, but I made a rookie mistake and didnt research the prices beforehand and I wont do that again. I was super unimpressed and the experience ruined my day. 50 cents a sheet?!?

Ordered 8 Lots of business cards 500 each lot. Received 28 cards less is each lot. When contacted the owner said there is always 10 % error i.e plus or minus with the printer and in this case it was minus. Company logo was messed in the flyer even after correcting in the proof read. Flyer paper quality was not the 80# that was ordered. Will never go back there !!!

Very fast turn around times, even for non-rush orders.Prices are a bit high for the quality but I use them for speed and when high quality is not important.
