Very nice selection of products. Check to see if they are clearing any items out due to being near expiration. Some shea butter from Ghana, Japanese cherry blossom lotion, lipsticks and a few other items had been marked down by 40 percent.

Today is Halloween... children visit the mall going into stores dressed up and excited to show their costumes with their parents ...and get a few treats from the local community vendorsNot so at The Body Shop .. they felt the need to post a large sign stating the following:DON’T COME IN-NO CANDYHow low rent... meanwhile the Body Shop is advertising for Halloween body care type products. ...truly primitive....expect more from this establishment

If you have skin imperfections dont go there! The lady told me i had really bad dry skin which i told her i knew. I went to purchase products i did research on that could help me with my dry skin. She keep pushing and pushing trying to make me buy products i didnt want. Every time she told me i had really bad dry skin i would anyways say i know, i know.... Her skin wasnt the best to be trying to advise someone about their skin. Never going back to this location.

Customer service was nice. A little pricey, but the products are pretty good. Smells great in the store

Worst customer service. Ever. And not knowledgeable about skincare. Just refer items without seeking to understand your skin.

I had a very nice experience at the The body Shop Menlo Mall. I met Esther who take time to listen and help me find the right product for myself and for my sisters gift. Shes very polite and accomodating that I ended up purchasing 7 items. Im using the product she recommended and Im sending some to my sister. Shes knowledgeable and an asset to the company. I will recommend the store to my friends and family.

They have really good deals if you buying body mist for women in bulk.

My experience the last 3-4 times I went was horrible. Pressured me to purchase product that I told her repeatedly made my skin feel tingly, instead of exchanging for something else (I had my receipt but she still wouldn’t let me exchange for product of same amount). The product ended up giving me perioral dermatitis...and right before starting a new job at a prestigious corporation. My face was amassed in little white/rashy pimples.Went back to just get my money back since she wouldn’t exchange with receipt for product of same amount, and she wasn’t even apologetic.It would have been nice (1) for her to LISTEN to the customer. If they say a product doesn’t work for them, don’t push it on them because it works in average cases or for you personally. (2) For her to be apologetic that she was wrong and caused my face to endure weeks of painful pimply rash—she didn’t even care. (3) To exchange product for another product of same amount, especially when you have your receipt.I’ve spend much money with Body Shop online and when I lived in ATL, but the experience multiple times in NJ with Esther at the Menlo Mall has made me move on to search for another line...I absolutely despise horrible customer service—especially from a business I pour dollars into.A new round of customer care training would serve Esther well.P.S. She also told me they don’t accept the 40% special in store when corporate confirmed they are supposed to honor it.
