Buyer beware. If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered a costume for my daughter and it arrived yesterday. It appears that the costume was worn by someone else, returned and then sold to me. The hood of the costume was filled with dirt and leaves. It is incredibly disturbing that this was allowed to occur. The shipping address on the label even states Return Department. I definitely will not be purchasing items from this company again.

I ordered from this site cause they had really decent prices, but I guess that doesn’t really matter when they don’t send you the product and had no intentions on even letting you know that it was out of stock but charged you anyway I ordered four things from this company only got two but yet it said that all four were delivered. I called and all I get was only thing I can do is refund you your money would you like me to do that well of course I would like you to do that no keep my money and don’t give me the product. Definitely disappointing since it’s a family costume party we’re going to now I’m having a hard time finding the other two costumes. Not a very good way to stay in business. I just feel that somethings should have been done to try and accommodate my other costumes maybe offer something similar or point me in the right direction of some thing and that price of that similar costume nothing so poor customer service as well

Do not buy from this site. My purchase of over 10 days ago has never showed up despite the promise to be delivered in 7 days and the tracking site simply says on the way to DHL e-commerce. Useless.

Placed an order on the 22nd with expedited shipping (2-3 day) it is now the 28th and tracking still shows USPS waiting to receive package. After contacting customer service they would not cancel order and said I could not return it . This is my first review I have ever done because their customer service is that horrible.

Ordered my daughters costume 2 weeks ahead and 4 days before Halloween I called and they told me the order was lost in shipping but the order was in the same state but a different city so I thought it would come soon. I had too call for them too tell me it wasnt coming and now I have too wait for my refund

I am very disappointed on the way you conduct business. I made an order for 3 costumes, I only got 2. When I contacted you said it will be sent right away, I also had to buy another size of one of the other 2, because I was told you dont exchange, but that I could send it back and get a refund. Both items, the missing one and the other size were supposed to be on the way. I called today, because the tracking number is not even active on usps yet, I was told that only one of the coatumes was sent, the other was not in stock, so not only no one informed me, but now I am left hanging with one of the costumes, that counting on the other arriving on time...and to make matters worse, I was told today that no returns were going to be accepted anymore! After I was told it will! So I will end up with 2 of the same costume. You do not communicate, and just take peoples money when you are not even able to deliver what was agreed.....

Absolutely terrible experience with this shop. Ordered a costume for my 5 year old. It was shipped to the wrong location (their fault) and got lost. The costume is no longer available. Everything else cost 2x more because Halloween is around the corner. They refunded the price of the costume but not the $8 shipping fee. What a waste of time. Never ever again.

I completed one order for my daughters costume and my mom asked for me to order my nieces costume also. So I did. I signed into my account and ordered the same exact items, Harley Quinn costume along with the Harley Quinn wig. The shipping changed from $9 the first order to $12 the second order. It is weird that the shipping amount was changed for the same type of shipping status. Shipping costs are too high.

Awful !!! customer service ppl are rude and their polizes are not nice at all, I did pay in total an amount of $29.88 and they was refunding only $2.50 for my return because they have a $15 of fee for returns. Sooo I will not recommend this store to anyone.

It was easy to order. I have ordered costumes from here before and have no complaints about the quality of the costumes. I had no complaints about the ordering process until now. I ordered the costumes 3/30/17 and received an confirmation notice and order number via email. Thought everything was fine, but later in the morning3/31/17 received another email stating the order had been canceled. When I called to ask why my order had been canceled, no one could tell me. Said it was canceled by the financial dept. I would just have to order again. So I called my credit card company and they said everything was fine, the order had been approved for payment. So I reordered the costumes using the same credit card(because I had plenty of bonus points to help pay for the costumes) and that order was approved.. I received an email stating the order has been received and approved. So am hoping my credit card is not charged twice or that I dont get two orders now. The credit card company assured me, they would correct charges if need be.

They must be paying for reviews, I cannot figure out any other way they could have such a high rating. My daughter accidentally ordered a costume while looking online. I e-mailed the site within two minutes of the order being placed (it was Sunday morning and they were not open yet). I immediately called back they opened and was told it was too late to cancel. Their cancellation window is 5 minutes. AKA they are a middle man company and are basically charging the consumer, then placing their own order with a separate company. I was told I could return or refuse the package and there would be a restock and return shipping fee. After several minutes of explaining how insane this is, I was told they would waive the fees and send me a return slip. Two weeks later I asked where the return slip was, oops they forgot and sent me one. They were going to charge me shipping and restock fee. So, I again explained this was not supposed to happen. Oops, they read the notes and yes I have free return and no re-stock. Label printed, packaged mailed on 11/20. It is 12/10 - guess what, their shipping company still has it in transit. My best guess is it will be another three weeks before I see any return payment. This company is clearly someone running a website without an actual warehouse or physical space. The reason they have terrible return options is bc when you order from them they are just turning around and buying it from someone else much cheaper to then charge up and send to you. Stay away, plenty of better options out there.

Was in a bind to have a costume within a few days after looking everywhere! Bought saloon girl costume full figure (says fits up to size 20)as every place else I tried nothing fit! I am a size 8/10 and this was not too big on me...great service as I called to check on delivery and actually spoke with a live person in the US!!! Good quality for the money. Loved the gryffindor robe. It will be my daughters first edition to her Harry Potter collection. Good quality, no tears or tips. The clasp was included in a small plastic bag but that is fine. If it is lost I can sew. Also this item did not break my bank account which is great.

Size ordered was not the size received, the size chart posted was inaccurate (waist measured 3 smaller than the size chart), and so far its been a nightmare to try to return.I ordered 8/10, which was the closest to 11/13 size listed on size chart. Per customer service email before I received it, I ordered and was to receive 8/10. The package arrived with size 11/13 from manufacturer. Cool, thats the size I was trying to get in the first place, but then I tried it on. Hips & bust fit, but waist measured at 29 instead of 32 per size chart.The size chart and the size options to purchase misrepresent the product - do not go by the measurements - this is false advertising and you will not receive an item that fits. Customer service doesnt have accurate info and will not be helpful.Ive been told that Im being given a free shipping label, but the email with the label states that my refund will be for product only, minus $7.99. Which means that returning isnt free. Ive been back and forth with a slow-to-respond customer service dept all week with no resolution.Will never order from Costume SuperCenter again, buyers beware.

Ordering was easy, arrived faster than expected, I think it took 3 days. My aquaman costume fits perfect and Im way over weight, maybe it will help someone to know I am 5 11And weigh 285 mostly in the guy and a XXL FITS . Quality is good as I think you could expect for the price. I took one star off because my police hat arrived and the badge had already fallen off in the box. This could have happened in shipping and can easily be glued back on so no big deal. I would recommend them to anyone

I received an email about a 25% sale off already reduced prices and the code to apply at checkout, so I decided to take a look. I found some really nice deals for my grandchildren, but when I tried to apply the code, I received a message saying it was already applied--which it wasnt. I called the number for help and placed the order by phone. The very sweet operator verified that the code was not working. She took my order and said I will receive my 25% back, that is, it will be deducted from the amount charged to my credit card. Well see.

The only think I didn’t like was that the sizes were not very clear on the website. They need to be listed as they are on the costumes (small, medium, large, etc.). Other than that I loved it and will definitely order again next year.

I was extremely excited to find the costume I was looking for and at a good price. A friend referred me, giving me a coupon code to save an additional 20% so I felt really good about that. However, upon checking out and entering the code (a pop up message assured me the code WAS applied), I didn’t find out that it WAS NOT applied until after the payment was processed. Those screens are not visible at the payment/shipping stage. I don’t feel that this is an honest practice. I’ve reached out to the Costume SuperCenter, so I hope the issue can be resolved!

I have had 3 experiences with the Costume SuperCenter. The first time, I ordered a costume and it did not fit. I was able to return it without any problems. I ordered a different costume, and it fit just fine. I got a lot of compliments when I wore it to a Halloween party last year. Recently, I ordered a wig. It arrived on time, fits well and looks great! I have no complaints about this company and will certainly order again.

The custom looked exactly like it was shown in the picture. And I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of a costume. Plus the hair and miscellaneous items I purchased to accentuate the costume we’re great quality and very detailed.

THIS COMPANY IS THE BIGGEST JOKE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This company is the BIGGEST RIP OFF company I have EVER dealt with. I placed an order online for my sons school play costume. Within no more than 5 minutes of placing the order, my son said he didnt need it anymore, the play was cancelled. I called the company immediately, (remember less than 10 minutes after placing the order), I asked to cancel and get my money back. I was informed that they couldnt cancel the order, they were already in the process of shipping it to me, HA. So I had to wait until I received the item and then return it to them, for my money to refunded. For something that couldnt be canceled because it was being shipped within 7 minutes after placing the order it should have been at my door within at least 2 days. But that was certainly not the case. I told them I expected a FULL REFUND, including the shipping cost, since they couldnt cancel the order.. I was informed that was the case. A FULL REFUND, (including shipping) was to be granted. Low and behold a month after the initial order. I received my refund, minus more than the shipping cost. Shipping was supposed to be $7.00, but remember it was supposed to be refunded, but NO they kept $8.55 of MY MONEY!!!!

I wish I could give less. They advertise that they are in Concord, Ontario, Canada but they are not! I thought I was purshasing from a local company to my mistake, its from the states. I have to return something, please wait to see if I actually get my money back. Ill keep everyone posted on this one and may give a better rating once I have my money in my pocket.

Costume jacket was way to small to be a 3x, it was more like a 1x, then I had to pay return shipping of $8. I contacted them because the warehouse is 5 minutes from my house and I could have returned the costume and saved my $8, but no one ever answered my email (And I still didnt get and answer). So I had to pay the $8. I will be sure to buy my costumes in the store where I can see what the size looks like.

I bought from them because their website had a nice selection. This was the single worst online purchase I have ever made. I ordered 5 days before halloween and paid for overnight shipping. They sent a shipment confirmation, but the items never left there warehouse for several days after because I kept tracking it. My stuff arrived on Halloween at 4pm. My kids couldn’t wear their costumes to school. Then the order was messed up. Wrong size on one, and another one wasn’t even in the box. And my husband got an inflatable costume which was missing the power supply. So they were 0 for 3. I called them and they could care less. They ruined our Halloween.

I ordered a wig from Costume SuperCenter on 11/14. I received it on 11/26, but it was the childs size, instead of the adult size I ordered. I e-mailed them about the mix-up and heard nothing back. I e-mailed them again on Dec. 4th. Four days later, still no response. I called them and talked to an associate. They promised to send out a replacement wig in the correct size. When it arrived, it was, again, a childs wig. I called again, and talked to another associate who advised me that, despite what the website or the packing slip may indicate, the wig I wanted is only available in a child size. They refunded my money, after having wasted a month of prep time for my event.

I truly wish I could give this site a lower rating. For an 80s party a friend and I planned to go as Goose and Maverick from Top Gun. I ordered a costume from this site and linked my friend the same site. I got my costume and it was far smaller than what it was advertised as. Thankfully my friend is shorter than I am so I just told him he could have this one and I would order the next size up, which turned out to be the largest size. I ordered it and waited an entire week after the quoted delivery date (Might not have been entirely their fault) and what I pulled out of the package was the same exact size as the original. I checked both of my orders and they were for different sizes. I sent an email to the customer support to see what could be done to remedy this situation. I got a generic email telling me that a return label had been sent to me and that they would just deduct $7.99 from my refund to pay for it. I was honestly dumbfounded. I couldnt believe after telling them and showing them they had sent me the wrong size of costume they wanted me to pay to have it shipped back. Thankfully my sister is a clever one and has found a way to get the costumes to work so we can still use them. Now just to decide what to do with the prepaid shipping label theyve sent me...EDITIve looked through some of the reviews on multiple sites now. Its clear that this company pays for fake reviews on the bigger sites knowing that a company this small wouldnt get checked for fake reviews.

The costume is great quality, as vibrant as the picture shows! It runs a little short, got a large and my son who is 62, its pretty snug but hilarious. Arrived on time! Very happy :-)

We order from our wholesaler but when they were out. CSC had what we needed doe only 20.00 more than I would have paid wholesale. So be assured their pricing is great and customer service and shipping are top notch

Very good price, but final cost was $11.50 more than what it said on PayPal, since shipping was added in a later step, and then tax was added, invisibly, in a third step. Both are understandable costs, but it would be better if they displayed the full cost before you hit the final buy button.

I purchased a costume and a mustache for halloween. Shipping time was quoted as three days via ground. I had 5 in order to be safe. I received tracking, and the item was to be delivered 6 days after I placed the order.I emailed customer service (because the phone kept saying I was calling after hours which I was not). I received no response.The package arrived and it was the mustache and the costume was not there. I emailed customer service again and no response. Also no refund.IF your order goes perfectly, no issues. If there is a problem. Good luck. Stay away from this reseller.

Ive always been impressed with the variety of costumes, the quality has been great, and when there have been mistakes, they have made it right. I only knock off one star because the time that mistake happened, I couldnt get to a person via the phone # on their website. I had to go to their Facebook page and contact via messenger. They were very prompt to respond via messenger and shipped me a new costume in the correct size for no extra charge.

There were lots selections of costumes to choose from and the prices were good. Costume SuperCenter had everything I was looking for. I will definitely be using Costume SuperCenter again in the future.

I gave up after being on hold for 10 minutes. I wanted to confirm the T-Rex costume was from Rubies as they didnt list a brand. However, I came to conclusion that the R at the end of the item number stood for Rubies since the rest of the number matched. Also, Rubies listed this website as a seller. The price is good so I just hope it shows up as expected - the correct item and packaged well (Amazon had many good reviews but the price increased so I found this website). Dont let me down!

My emails stated $0.00 for shipping; invoice stated I was charged more than price of costume due to expedited shipping which they say was over $19.00. When I was checking out expedited shipping read free otherwise I would not have selected it and all my emails show $0.00 dollars for shipping. I think there is an issue with your website anyways!! I ordered the same costume again just in smaller size and today it was at 25.99 and the other day same costume was 19.49. Plus when I tried to check out it would not accept the promo code had to call and have it taken off the purchase after. So with this many issues with your site maybe it did state $0.00 for expedited shipping???Never again!!
