My family member’s medicine was ready but due to sickness, we were not able to pick it up. The pharmacist offered to mail it to us. And it arrived much earlier than the suggested delivery time.

Pharmacist lied to me and told me my medication would be ready the next day. After calling in he once again told me to wait another day and that went on for like a week till they said they can’t get the medication. Thanks for wasting my time

Ì refill my prescriptions at this on regular basis . The staff pharmacists are courteous & professional. The General staff are welcoming too Questions were answered promptly.

Worst experience with male Indian pharmacist,He is very rude.One star is only for female pharmacist atleast she smiles and talk nicely.They didn’t check with my insurance and medicine cost me 100 $ when in another pharmacy, it was only 10$ with insurance.Worst service.

This pharmacy is unprofessional and lack communication within its own staff.I had my fathers medication refilled a few weeks back. I was afraid they would put away the medications since its been a few weeks, so I called them at 7:50 pm last night (while I was at work) to make sure that they would have it available for pick up today. Today, my boyfriend goes there to pick it up and the tech tells him its no longer available. APPARENTLY THEIR STAFF DOESNT COMMUNICATE. I had called purposely yesterday to make sure this was not going to happen. They also did not inform me that the insurance information needed to be updated BY TONIGHT.I work in the medical field and I can assure you your lack of communication in your pharmacy will cause mistakes and issues.I will never come back or recommend anyone to come to this pharmacy again.

These people lie to the customers. I have been taking medicines for past 1 year here. The other day i went there to pick up a medicine which i have been taking for past 7 months and this medicine has been put on auto refill (on their suggestion itself) so that every month it is automatically available on due date. The lady at the counter had to take a break or something and didnt want to prepare my packet. . When i reached the counter at arond 1:45pm, she made some expression and simply told me this medicine is not available and come tomorrow. People are not free that they will keep running everyday. There are lot of pharmacies around. Will change my pharmacy and never go there again.

If I could give it Negative stars I would the pharmacist told me to break my fluoxetine capsule and I’m able to put it in my water or drink to take it instead of swallowing the pill because it kept getting stuck and it burns, I have been nonstop throwing up since I’ve tried it
