Came out promptly and are very friendly. Locks changed and new keys provided. Have used twice so far.

My initial contact with this company was through the website in chat. The representative did not mention the $95 fee for showing up which the technician did upon arrival. During the chat I sent photos of what I wanted repaired. They claim they are door repair people but the locksmith/ technician could not fix my dragging door. He told me I needed a carpenter, and I needed to replace my entrance door even though he not a carpenter nor qualified to repair it. I should have been told that they don’t do these type of repairs. I was basically charged $120 to make the latch hole in my door frame bigger and that took 1 minute. The technician pretended to know what he was doing for a period of time.The door is dragging worst than it was before. They also gave an arrival window of 8am - 4pm which is unheard of by today’s standards. I would not recommend this company.

Great service! I was able to get an appointment within a few days of calling and the technician was professional and took about 30 minutes to complete the job. Thank you Flying Locksmiths!

NOT HAPPY !This happens to be one of the worst locksmiths in terms of responsiveness I have ever dealt with.Contacted them early in the morning. They didnt get back till the afternoon. By then it was too late for them to make it out since they were busy.If you have an emergency or you actually care about prompt service and your time I would steer clear from this establishment if I were you !Final Verdict: One Star ⭐

Great work! I had another locksmith in who could not fix a tricky antique pocket door lock. The person from this company came in and knew exactly what to do and fixed it.

I would love to post a review of this business, however I cannot. I had them out to do an estimate and build a system for me before Christmas and here it is Valentine’s Day and I have yet to hear back from them. I’ve called them twice asking what the hold up is and I just get excuses and no action. Shame.

The installer was friendly and professional. He explained what he was going to do prior to starting the work. He was efficient and he completed the job in a timely manner. I was pleased with the job. I was also pleased with the cost of the services. I plan to recommend The Flying Locksmiths to friends and family. 🙂

The tech who visited my home was prompt, courteous and as professional as they come. No problems here.

Mistakenly looked at the photos and thought it was a shop but when I got there they were very helpful but all the key cutters were out but said theyd call me the next day when someone was there. On returning the next day Steve cut me 2 keys and said hed pop round if they didnt work, he even called to confirm they worked. So after 2 failed attempts at Home Depot I now have keys that work, much appreciated!
