I was in a wedding and the bridesmaid top was too small. I went in hoping to get a similar fabric to perhaps tailor the top, and I left with a beautiful matching top and my correct measurements. Couldn’t recommend the place more and the young woman behind the counter was incredibly helpful.
The staff was super sweet and beyond helpful. I went in there last minute a week before my small wedding and I found some nice fabric and they added some beautiful pearls to it and I ended up with a the most perfect head peace that I fell in love with. Great service, great quality
Small store packed full of imported fabrics from India and South Asia. Gorgeous embroidered silks, jacquards, ribbons, trim, pre-made sarees, and much more, including an on-site tailor. The owner was very helpful, reasonable prices. Fabric sold by the yard (not less); scrap/remnants for sale as well.
Could find what we needed in reasonable price. There are variety of designs and cloths. Good for buying clothing materials than buying ready dress.
Made me custom bridesmaids sarees at an affordable price and in a timely manner!
Great selection! The staff was super helpful. Cant wait to return for my next project.
The staff was extremely helpful and I was able to find fabrics that were out of stock in other stores.
If I could give this less than 1 star, I would. The woman that works there is the RUDEST woman I have ever met in my life. I have never had such a horrible shopping experience in my life. The first time (afternoon of June 3), my cousins and I went there and she greeted us as the door without even a hello, but saying theres nothing in this store in your size. We arent skinny but we certainly arent obese either. We were looking at Indian sizes 38-42 and we even found sizes bigger than that. We asked if there was a mirror and she opened this door with a hanging mirror so I could see the outfit. I walked away for two minutes to get another outfit and she slams the door closed and starts yelling that the door needs to remain closed at all times and shes going to lock the door so we cant see the mirror anymore. I was interested in 2 outfits but just left because I didnt know what this woman was going to do next.A few weeks later on the evening of July 1, I was in the area so took my mother and Aunt from India. I shouldnt have gone back but I have a lot of functions coming up and really need to purchase a lot of Indian clothes and was hoping perhaps someone else would be working that day. My mother and Aunt were in a separate cars, so I went in to look until they got there. I stepped out of the store when they arrived so it was easier for them to find me. I was outside 2 minutes and we tried walking in at 7:35pm and this woman told us the store was closed. I tried to explain to her I was just there and wanted to show my Mom a few things I was considering purchasing. She told us to hurry up. She proceeded to explain to us that no store in Edison would allow you to step foot in the store after 7:30 if they close at 8 because they have to count cash for the day so she was doing us a favor and we were keeping her from that. I have never experienced this in any other store. We watched her turn several other customers away even though it was not 8pm yet. She again proceeded to tell us that there is nothing in this store that would fit us anyway, basically implying we should leave. By the way, my Aunt was looking at fabric to make a top.In summary, my family and I were appalled by the level of service we received and we will be taking our business elsewhere.
Place is good for costume talioring and they have lot of fabric varieties.
I gave a winter jacket for drycleaning after ensuring that the stains and Marks will go away. They took my jacket assuring all Marks will go away. When I came to pick up the jacket after it was done...I see no difference..the Marks were still there..so the lady at counter said we will redo it. After going there 2nd time to pick my jacket..it was still the same. I asked if you could not take it out then why did you take it in the first place. Also after which I asked for my refund of $8 to which they refused to return...trust me do not give your winter jackets to these guys for drycleaning..they are horrible...very ad experience...the address on receipt is Fabric Care, 1655 Oak Tree Rd #225,Edidon,NJ.
I visited lot of stores for fabric but finally got my fabric today I was looking for here at very reasonable price. Just compare their price to other fabrics store.
I wish I could give no stars! The lady there was so rude on the phone I chose not to even drive to waste my time I’m glad I didn’t!
Highly priced item! When you ask for price they will say low and when you are ready to buy they will ask for rate higher than what you were told saying our system says this price only.
Nice selections, good price
Good Experience...
