Gift bags are great and they have cute little music boxes that make great gifts. I’m giving them 3 stars because every time I seem to come there, this older lady that works at the cash register always seems to have a nasty attitude. I always try my best to be friendly around her but she doesn’t seem to be nice. She definitely needs to have some sort of respect for her customers.

Great store, can find cards you dont get anywhere else. Its a cool store there is also other stuff in there like gifts: baby, wedding, granduation etc.

Nice collection.. got the perfect gift for a friend, that too on sale!

Great personal with alot of Christmas items

I puchased a $9.95 card alsong with a gift bag and tissue paper. This card is a sound and light up card. I tried the sample and then picked one card from the back of the stack to insure that it would have enough battery life. Bad move when I got home and my kid pressed the press here button before we signed it the card was dead. no sound no blinking lights. So back in the car for the 20 minuet ride to the mall. Wow. No refunds or exchanges!!!! It was only 2 hours later! Worst customer service. I wouldnt give them the satisfication of buying another card so I stop at target which has a very nice selection and cheaper gift bags. This is a dying industry so its surprising that they can afford to through customers away. They will never see me again.
