I am currently at the Menlo Park location the time is 10:40am and get his store was supposed to be open at ten, yet no one is here. I drove all the way from cranbury to shop here …. Unacceptable!!!

This is for embroidery service.... Wow thank you Christian you are a true Professional. I was in a jam and just needed some quick demo hats done up with color..had no idea.. Chris helped me catch that WOW factor excellent!! Great price and quick turnaround awesome job Lids on finding a great manager that goes the extra mile!!
