I dont know where me or my mom would be without Jenny Craig. Stephanie has kept us on the right track from teaching about the science behind the brand, to tips and tricks on how to keep the weight off. Stephanie is a wealth of knowledge and is always personable and patient. It really says a lot when a person takes the time to listen how my week went even though they have several appointments waiting. Even with a bad week she some how puts a positive spin on it to pick me up and motivate me to keep going. Thank you Stephanie for giving me and my mom her life back. I hope Jenny Craig realizes how lucky they are to have you!!!!

Writing a review on behalf of my mother- she was offered a promotion to do JC for 1 month and her current consultant Stephanie stated I was disqualified because she missed a weigh in even thought she only missed it due to the lack of ppl that work at this location. NO one ever picks up the phone and she has called numerous times to speak to a manager with NO return phone call ( it has been almost a month at this point) . They lack responsiveness especially if you want to try to lose weight you want a supportive team. I wouldnt recommend this location.. stay away
