The testing here is equivalent to that done by audiologists in the hospital. The techs are knowledgeable and professional . The prices are excellent.

Bought my mother hearing aids 2 years ago and she still cannot hear. Made an appointment at the end of summer; finally got one for November 19 2019 and they just called and cancelled. My mother was told she would now have to wait until December.. Very Poor Customer Service; definitely would not recommend.
