Last year the pool in our building was closed on various occasions due to the inability of this company to provide a lifeguard (including the last pool day of the season). I was hopeful that this year would be different, but it’s already started. Imagine planning your weekend with young children around going to the pool only to find out it will be closed. I feel very strongly that this company needs more staff and better training, esp when it comes to professionalism of guards. I sincerely hope that Woodmont properties evaluates continuing their contract with this company.

I am community board member and we hired this pool company for managing our community pool in Edison. We are very disappointed with service of some lifeguards and their managers who were very rude in behavior and un-necessary rules.If you want to discuss any rules, they will threatened to get out of contract in middle of pool season. Then you just been mercy of them.

To bad there are no NO star reviews!!The worse services weve ever experienced in NJ.Attitudes and treating tone of lifeguards towards minors,disrespectful tone with customers.Checking phones while on duty,or just lounging in the chair sleeping (hard to say because of sunglasses)Very unprofessional!! Water is full of leaves and insects, meanwhile lifeguards just sitting there and readings books.For the company who is providing Services..they have no knowledge of what SERVICE is means, personal are not trained.So disappointed our community(Glenn Hills community, lifeguards Amy and Broody for further references) hired them.Do no use them!

This is by far the worst pool company my co-op ever hired! I go to the pool with my son and his friend often and it has been a nightmare. They don’t believe in you having fun. First off they close the pool every hour for 15 minutes to clean the pool. If only that were true all they are doing is checking the water that’s it. They make everyone get out and wait for 15 minutes and sometimes even longer . The lifeguards barely do their job, instead they hang out with all the teenagers from the complex. They also close the pool from 3-3:30p.m. For lunch . Then the most ridiculous rule they have is my son can’t be in the pool unless I’m in the pool with him. He is 11 years old and can swim, usually he stays in the 3 -4 feet side of the pool. I usually sometimes want to relax and read a book or clear my mind but they make me go in the pool when at times I don’t feel like going in. I shouldn’t be forced to go in the water when I don’t want to! That’s why they have lifeguards for. They told me even if he has a life vest on I will still have to go in the pool with him. I don’t understand what is the purpose of the lifeguards on duty. This is the worst pool company ever !!!. They also were supposed to open the pool by Memorial Day but instead opened it up towards the end of July. Very poor communication and the worst experience ever!! Do not recommend!!!!

Child was saved by another adult while life guard was on his phone and didn’t notice anything even happened. Pool isn’t being kept clean at all. Terrible company. Do Not Use.

Lifeguards that work at the apartment complex where I live rather be on their phones then watch people in the pool. They let their friends in. They do not clean the pool like they are suppose to.

If I could give this company less than one star, I would. The pool guys arrived at strange hours of the night then claimed it was “too wet” to work, when in reality, if they came at the earlier time that they promised to come, wetness would not be an issue! Replacing a pool liner which normally takes a weekend, has been taking over one month. One man even walked off the job after being confronted on why he has pushed our pool off for so many days. When we called the owner, Paul, he has yet to answer, but as soon as they heard the words “we won’t pay.” Shelly, his assistant said she would contact him right away. But our 17 calls before did not matter? They breached our contract and they still don’t care. ABSOLUTE WORST experience. Chris also lies and said people were going to show to help, NO ONE showed. Not sure how their still in business. It’s disgusting the way they treat their customers. ALSO didn’t even bother to put our pool cover away, just tossed to the side. Not worth the money. Don’t waste your time.Only good thing they did was cope the edges of our pool and paint the stairs.

Absolutely by far, the worst company I have ever used to manage my pool. So disappointed!!!!!! The pool is never cleaned unless asked by us and half the time the lifeguards say they were not trained so they do not know how to clean it and then the regional promises the world and never comes through. Ive been promised we will not have any issues anymore since the week we opened in May. They are quick to send their invoices though. What a joke!

Last year this pool company was an easy 5 stars. This year they are terrible. The community pool has been dirty. Rules only apply when the manager is here. Lifeguards do NOT check pool passes or enforce ANY rules (appropriate swimwear, driving rafts) after being told MULTIPLE times. They also bring their friends to the pool and play music with profanity. Constantly on cells phone. I feel bad to give one star but things havent changed. The manager is great but nobody listens when he isnt here.

This company has 2 lifeguards (George and Angelina) that are a disgrace.George hardly ever sits at the designated lifeguard chair..and when he happens to he is plugged into his device, or entertaining his friends that illegally enter the private premises.The lifeguard.. lol was swimming with 6 family members for 3 hours (lots of witnesses).When I told him he should be in the lifeguard chair doing his job, he laughed in my face.D I S G R A C E !!!!!!
