Very poor customer service and fake quality leather...I bought one leather jacket for 150$ stating it’s very rich quality but it doesn’t lasted for 2 months also and got ripped automatically... It’s sheer waste of money buying leather goods from here

Love the jackets here. A regular Mom and Pop shop that works hard to get by in a highly competitive mall which has shops like Nordstrom.

Great Store... Stopped by in the Menlo Park Mall and found this store upstairs by Brookstone. They had a great deal on a nice genuine leather jacket.. They even sell Michael Kors handbags, I was able to buy a bag for my mom for Christmas and even got 20% off on it. I love this store they are great to deal with it..

Do not buy from their website AT ALL. I bought a $300 jacket from them and after a while, I noticed the tracking option wasnt updated at all. I called multiple times and sent them many emails asking where the jacket is. The only thing they say when you call them is that theyll be sure to call you back as soon as their manager gets in, then they immediately hang up. I was supposed to have been called today by their manager, but apparently he was out today as well...Complete scam.

I would give a negative star if the option was available, absolutely a nonsense store. They cheat people with ridiculous prices. No refund policies entertained and only exchange allowed which is bullshit.

Less than 1 yr ago i purchased a michael kors bag, its fraying and the owner will not deal fwith me, he is rude.when i called michael kors, they stated that this store is not authorised to sell their bags and that it could be a fake. therefore kors wont deal with me either.DO NOT BUY THERE
