Always amazing, I have been going to this place for more than 10 years now. This place has such a large selection of great items for all sizes. Even if some how they do not have something in stock to fit you atm they’ll order it and call you when it arrives! I’m a 28J and I always am happy with my purchases, 9/10 they already have my size on hand even though it’s an odd size. I really think you’d love this place is you need proper fitting bras/ underwear’s, much better then Victoria secret.

Such a wonderful store with pleasant employees. I went here for shapewear for my wedding and they were able to help me find exactly what I needed and checked me out within 30 minutes. So many choices and they measure you to make sure you get the right size you need. They also have so many colors and sizes that you dont have to worry. Would recommend to anyone looking for shapewear for their wedding or other special event!

I have ordered a bra 2 months ago since then I keep sending them emails and they tell me that its lost with the postal!!!!!They told me they filed a complaint a month later nothing, and then they contact me again and tells me I should contact the postal!!!I mean come on what kind of service is this I just want a refund and its not cheap they keep telling me I should have chosen the more expensive postal but they didnt give me a choice I do not recommend buying from this website and I still want my money

If you need to be fitted correctly for a bra this is the place for you. If you have difficulty finding the proper bra size, come here. This shop is not low cost, but you get what you pay for! I searched everywhere to find a strapless bra to wear under my wedding gown, and it was an infuriating bust!(no pun intended, just worked out that way! Lol) I went to big name places, expecting help and selection and found neither. Apparently, Macys only has one tape measurer, and if the employee with it accidentally takes it home, you cant be measured for a bra! Beyond absurd!! Dont even get me started on the lack of assistance I received at Victoria Secrets! Leave the mass merchandisers behind, and give this small business your attention. They took me in to be measured in a all private dressing room immediately. The person assisting me saw I had some physical limitations, and offered me help with getting my bra off, while still giving me respectful privacy. She measured me quickly and accurately. I know its accurate, because I have NEVER been more comfortable in a bra in my LIFE!! She listened to my wants, likes and dislikes, and made sure to find exactly what I needed. In the end the bra cost $68, and I love it! I will be returning to purchase any other shapeware I need for my wedding. Thank you.

Went today to get a bra for my prom dress. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Did not feel embarrassed when I was being measured and fitting the bras. Made me feel very comfortable. Definitely will come back!!

Amazing, as always. The perfect place for awquard sizes. They will measure you there and help you feel comfortable. Dont go to a store and try on 20+bras when you can get the perfect fit here and be happy and quick. They also have bathing suits and apparel. Everything a woman needs and the service we deserve. They are happy to order anything they dont have in stock, although the stock is usually very good. Always a pleasure to shop here.

Susan and staff have always been so helpful and caring since I can remember. My mom steered my sister and I here for a good fitting, supportive bra, unlike the bras we used to come home with from Victorias Secret. Getting a proper measurement and fitting is so important and its nice they take their time doing this here. So for years this has been my go to store and you cant get me to by a bra anywhere else. Susan and staff have made me feel confident as a woman for all of these years, especially with helping me find bras that give me support and comfort after breast cancer surgery/reconstruction and radiation 2 years ago. Susan will also help you fit bathing suits that have insert pockets for breast cups/ forms. Thanks to Susan, I found a comfortable, pretty suit I was able to wear with confidence this summer. You wont find a more dedicated and caring owner/staff that puts your best interest at heart. Thanks so much Susan!

Very rude! I recently went to purchase undergarments for my wedding. Nobody said hello. When I told the associate I needed to be sized she said hold on. I waited 10 minutes and ending up leaving without being seen. I definitely would never step back in this store. I only gave 1 star because I had to.

This store is a hidden gem. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Surprisingly for a small store, they have every size imaginable and a large selection. My only wish is that they had more retail space to spread out the merchandise.

I went in today to be fitted properly for a brassiere. Once entering the shop I was greeted and informed that Allyson would be assisting me. It has to be said that this establishment delivers stellar customer service. In some way it made the cost of the products worth it. I appreciate the determination she had to fit me properly and to ensure that I was satisfied with the fitting and the product.I believe that every woman needs to properly fitted for a brassiere. When you encounter a professional that has honed their craft and can assist women with proper brassiere fittings. My experience here was amazing. They were extremely helpful and had exactly what I needed. They had sizes that are hard to find in multiple colors and patterns.

They were all very nice, but the store itself is prettt cluttered. I got a black medium corset for 61 dollars, which i thought was pricey. Well see how the corset works out

She was knowledgeable and very patient with me while I tried on several different options. I finally found something that gave me the look I wanted and is actually comfortable. I now SWEAR BY my new foundation garment and recommend this store to everyone.Im glad I found a store that offers one on one personal service that used to be the norm.
