Brought a package r of trousers for the gym was sold a pair the ripped in the same place on 2 occasions was told it was my fault and that they would not replace them as was my fault there product ripped be carefull when shopping with lulu lemon and there faulty cheap products

Terrible online experience. My other half spends half the day waiting for delivery. Nothing comes despite courier saying attempted delivery. It is then taken to a local depot of which the address is incorrect on email - you have to search and guess yourself where it is. I expect far better from a premium product - your choice in couriers has wasted a lot of time. Will not be buying again.

Nice clothes. Good online store. Strong brand. Very friendly staff.... However none of their staff knew their products and when asked about them Just read out the label.I would buy more from the brand but I would go online rather than the store.

Terrible customer service. Imagine paying £100 for shorts wanting to return completely unworn and untouched but missing the return date by 1 day due to work. Shocking. Will definitely never use again. Plenty of other BETTER shops.

Big store and nice staff. It’s my “local” shop if I need to buy new gym gear, since I work near Liverpool Street.

I’m reviewing their free yoga classes not the staff or their products.The Sunday yoga class I went was overpacked and not comfortable to have so close to my face someone else’s feet. And at the same time worrying if my feet are too close to someone else’s face! Also I know a friend didn’t manage to get in whilst on the queue waiting in the cold. So I would recommend a different system for the classes so at least if you make the effort to wake up on a Sunday for a yoga class you know that you get the mat space and the comfort of having some space around you when practicing it.The class itself was good so if you haven’t tried yoga and are curious, go for it :)
