Very poor ethics. I purchased a cabinet from this group at an estate sale. They had strategically placed items all over the top, Once I came to pick it up the top was clearly cracked in half. The lady there said she would talk to the owner and get it repaired. The owner of this store has been nonresponsive and not willing to correct the issue. Basically will not return calls.

Hands Down, the absolute worst experience Ive ever had at an Estate Sale. The ladies were late at getting the signup sheet out (No Biggie), and they were over 15 minutes late to open.First off, the prices were an absolute joke. I managed to find a few items to purchase. The employees had written me a receipt for each item with a price that they either had on the item, or quoted me on that item. I did not even negotiate, these were prices they told me. THREE separate occasions walking around the house I was asked what my invoice showed for certain items. Each time they said the price is wrong, and would tell me if I want to purchase it, the price would be much higher. The last straw, I was standing in line and had a couple old vintage toys. I was paying $10 for each figure (Ebay Sold Listings fluctuated from $12-24 on these). The lady told me that price isnt right, and if I wanted them it would be $250 for one, and $150 for the other. I just left everything on the floor I was going to purchase and left. I was just amazed at how unorganized they were, and how on three different occasions they would change a price on me after one of the employees had given me a ticket with a price. What a mess! There are plenty of Estate Companies around, dont waste money or time with this one.

Extremely rude when called to inquire about an appraisal. Pam is who I spoke with. Seemed extremely put out. Will not patronize this business and will spread the word.
