From the minute I arrived, everyone was professional. I was about twenty minutes late to the appt and they still got me out in time. The waiting room was nice and stocked with coffee and hot chocolate. I was trying to eat my salad with coffee stir straws and the worker offered me a real fork, haha!! I did appreciate the level of professionalism and cleanliness.I will be back.

The staff was very courteous. I took a ride home and back to the shop using their shuttle service which was a plus! It took a little longer than I expected, but they kept me up to date with what was going on. Communications were great! I had oil changed and radiator/coolant system maintenance performed.

Highly recommended - my wife and I just moved to Oklahoma from out of state and needed to get my new license plates on. Unable to budge the screws on the old ones with the tools we had, we called them and they told us to come in and they got it on for us right away. It was all done free of charge. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Great service! I had a protective covering on the bottom of my car come loose. I called a couple places, but went with Christian Brothers because of their location. And I’m happy I did. The guy up front was very polite. The facility was extremely clean. What I needed done was very minor and they didn’t even end up charging me. You don’t see that much these days. Being a single mom, I really appreciated that. I was helped immediately and in and out very quickly. Very grateful for their service. Will be using when I need something else done.

We’ve only been back in Edmond for a year but Christian Brothers has performed maintenance on all 3 vehicles. Service writers and technicians are efficient, accurate, and up front. They’ve also completed a major front end repair on my grandson’s car which was pre-owned and had front end issues. CB diagnosed problem, discovered that car had been in a front end accident and was not properly repaired. Drives great now. Highly recommended!

After making an appointment with Firestone, when I arrived they didn’t have time to fix my slow leak in tire. 😖😖😖Well, I called CB and they got me in and out in 20 minutes! Everyone I spoke with was very nice, brought in and showed me the nail/ screw that caused the problem and plugged my tire.I am a return customer of 15 years to CB and will always come back for service for both my vehicles.Why I didn’t call them in the first place I don’t know. Many times when you see the word Christian in a business name - it sends out warning flares that these people will be potentially just giving you a ride, trying to appeal to a religious mind set but not necessarily providing services at a fair price.My experience has been very positive so far, pricing has been reasonable and the service has been top notch. They were the most accommodating of all the places that I have been to in the Edmond/OKC area for service.I had a headlight problem and was in right before 1030. They put aside what they had going because I use my car at night for work. It was finished by 130. They shuttled me to my house and came back for me.That is 1st class service. So I had recently moved to Oklahoma after loosing the home I grew up in 2018 from the woolsey Fire. I have been going to Bob Moore Chevrolet, Good Year off of May I have been scammed with prices, a piece even taken out of my car.It became overwhelming when you just want to take good care of your car and have a trustworthy mechanic who cares about the well being of your car and the safety of you driving in it and actually checking your car to make sure it’s on point !My mum told me about Christian brothers, called made an appointment, from the phone call to meeting Kevin and Josh they are just incredible steadfast employees that knew what needed to get taken care of and verified, I had a nest in my air filter a cigarette but, that has been in there for who knows how long, I would address this matter to Good Year and Bob Moore Chevrolet and never the extra mile to go forth and proceed with such care.My car smells brand new as if I got it at the dealership, I’ve been blessed truly blessed by coming to Christian Brothers not only was it an amazing relaxing experience, their lot, bathroom, waiting area, everything is proper and clean pristine. CBA- East Edmond is a complete auto service center that’s currently almost unknown. That makes it easy to get your car in for maintenance but this place is an underutilized gem. They work on all makes and models using state of the art diagnostics which saves time and money. The Staff are always polite and customer-focused. I can’t say enough about these guys. If you’re a believer, consider who you want to support when you spend money on car repairs and choose CBA-East Edmond for a GREAT stewardship choice.

Spoke with someone at the 2nd Street location about an estimate on engine mounts. He said he would call back with the price. That was 6 days ago. I would hope this is not an indication of the quality of their work.

Very quick and very pleasant to deal with but it seemed really expensive. Also the first time I ever remember getting charged for a diagnostic fee after Ive actually had them do the work.

As I was waiting for my tires to get mounted. Jesse, the owner, came out and introduced himself to me. He’s very down to earth, yet very knowledgeable. Everyone there was very friendly and professional.

They discovered that the part holding my oil filter on was stripped, apparently by the last people who changed my oil. They were kind enough to get the part ordered and have me come back to get it fixed and will get another oil change. They were very concerned about me leaving with the issue not completely fixed and made sure I knew to check oil daily until I can get back there to get it fixed. They were very kind and helpful in getting me part numbers to look up air filters myself.

We were traveling through Edmond Oklahoma and our minivans A/C stopped working. I had previously gone to a different mechanic and they could not figure out the problem both times I took them. But here they figured out the problem very quickly and professionally. They were up front with the price and did not hide anything from me. I would definitely recommend this place. Five stars! I had my F150 aligned and a brake job done. They were very responsive on the quote they sent me via text. They were right on time and their shop is spotless. I will take all of my vehicles to CB for any work needing to be down. I am very happy working with them.

They were able to diagnose the issue I was having with my truck after the mechanic took a ride with me so I could point out exactly what was happening. Took a day to get the parts but they kept me informed & updated on the progress. When I had a small issue with the repair, they immediately addressed my concerns & stood behind their work. Turned out to be a separate but related issue and they worked well with me to get it back in the road quickly. Brian & Weston were very professional & easy to work with.

The waiting area was comfortable and nicely decorated. They got my car into the service bay for my oil change quickly. My wait time was pretty reasonable. All-in-all it was a great experience.

These people are SOOO nice! I had popped part of my bumper off coming down a steep curb. The dealership told me it would be $1,378.00 to fix it. Instead I went to ChristianBrothers in Edmond and Westin got down with a screw-driver and some tabs and fixed it for FREE!!! SUCH GREAT PEOPLE! So then I took my auto there the next week to have tires, oil, filter change. Great job,! Nice, comfortable and stylish seating area in Rt66 decor. You can pick a counter, chair or couch...oh and great coffee! Down to earth, kind folks. I am never going anywhere else, even though I live in OKC, not Edmond!!! Excellent experience...found my place!
