I have consigned with this place for several years, and my experience with them is excellent thus far. I have consigned clothes, prom dresses that we no longer needed and every time they would call me and ask me what do I want to do with the items they couldn’t take, do I want them to donate them or give them back to me. They also were very patient as I changed my mind to telling them to donate the items to giving them to me. One day I went on Monday and didn’t know that they were closed on that day. I looked through the glass and you can clearly see that there were people in there, reading the sign that they were closed I turned and headed to my car with my hands full of bags of dresses, the next thing I know a very gentle kind guy ( I believe an employee there or the owner’s son) saw how much trouble I was having carrying all those stuff, opened the door and said “ Ma’am I can take your items” I said but you are closed he said it’s okay I can see that you are struggling carrying those. I appreciated that so much as I had many errands to run the next day that I would’ve have no time to drop the dresses. The girls working there are always very nice and soft spoken and very respectful to customers.

I really am sad to do this. I always shopped at CS. I have found great items through the years, never leaving empty handed. Under the new ownership, Ive visited on about ten different occasions. I understood in the beginning that maybe Covid had something to do with the merchandise, but I visited today for the last time. I left empty handed again. Each time that Ive been in, the owner is degrading a consigner, either to their face or on the phone. Today, yet again she was on the phone loudly discussing a difficult consigner, and then engaged in a political discussion at the checkout counter. I have to wonder if she is scaring off the great consigners they once had.

The new owner Nova is the definition of unprofessional. The way she spoke to my mother and I was beyond rude and disrespectful. When I asked her about some “missing items” I consigned she said she has no idea what happened. She didn’t offer me so much as a store credit. The more I asked questions the angrier she got. After I told her she was being unprofessional and disrespectful she told me not to come to her store anymore and hung up in my face. I had to call a police escort to come with me to get my remaining belongings just to avoid any problems. It’s sad to say after years of shopping at this business I won’t be shopping there ever again and won’t be recommending it to any of my friends and family anymore. I hope no other customers have to go through this. I will say that her daughter and son that work there are very nice. Their mother could learn a lot from them. Nova, as a fellow business owner, I would recommend that if you can’t handle all the things that come with owning a business that you give it up because the way you are currently handling business and treating your customers, my prediction is that you won’t have a business much longer.

Please avoid this business at ALL COST! Unprofessional is too good of a word for them. The store owner is the rudest, most undignified and most dishonest Ive ever come across in all of my many years of consignment shopping.The customer NEVER comes first here and is seen more as prey to be taken advantage of then an actual customer. My wife and I will never step foot in this place again. If you live in the Edmond/OKC area do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!

In some ways I enjoy this store, but the atmosphere is distinctly chilly if you’re not a posh Edmondite.

Took my beautiful designer clothes in said they would sell, went back before the 60 day contract and OWNERS said they never made it to the sales floor, was dated okay since when did Dana, Buchanan and Peggy Jennings Tommy Hilfiger not sell, after looking at these 2 Consigning Sister I see why!!!!! REPORTED YOU TO Better Business Bureau, Good luck, you suck!!!
